We've had an amazing time here. - The jacuzzi is super fun - my girlfriend spent around 4 hours in it without leaving. You can even watch TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) from there! - The location great - close to the railway station and to the Old Town - The staff was kind but not overly annoyingly chatty - just as we like it! - Even the internet was surprisingly good

We've only had two minor issues: - I wish they provided parking at the location - this wasn't a huge problem though, as there are options to park nearby - The floors weren't too warm. My girlfriend wished for a cosy carpet

It was in a good location, very close to the main square. The staff were very good at organising trips for us and arranging a taxi from airport to hotel and back again. We stayed in the luxury room with the jacuzzi which was absolutely amazing and just what we needed after long days of constant walking.

There was no lift in the hotel and our room was up 4 flights of stairs...something I struggled with, but apart from that I was happy with everything.

Location was great, close enough to walk to old town. Room was great, spacious, warm and had everything we needed and more. Bottled water was provided. Mini fridge available for charge. Add-on breakfast was very convenient and well presented. Staff were freindly. Jacuzzi bath was a great addition and enjoyable to relax after long days on feet exploring

Covers/pillow not the best sizing and quality but still very comfortable hotel and wouldn't let this prevent a fantastic stay.

Very central was so easy to get about They made the stay special by getting my partner a birthday cake on his birthday waiting for us in the room Unique with the hot tub in the room was lovely to come back to after walking all day!🧖🏼‍♀️ Felt safe

It is right outside the trams which go past almost 24hrs a day but me and my partner never got woken up with them so this wasn’t a big deal for us and is worth the little noise for the fab location

Couples, attention, unmissable accommodation in the centre of Krakow! 😍 Tastefully furnished air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds await you. A real highlight of the accommodation is the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which offers a unique experience. There are two TVs - one in front of the bed and one in front of the jacuzzi. The room is cleaned nicely. The breakfast is brought to bed, and it provides the perfect pampering. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend you the Romantic Package Deluxe!❤ We had a great time. 😊

This boutique hotel is amazing. It is a short walk (around 10 mins max) from Krakow central train station. I used Google maps to make my way from A to B and we had suitcases as we travelled down from Gdansk. The staff are so friendly, so lovely and accommodating. I'm just sorry I didn't get the lovely lady's name on reception when I checked in. She is such a credit to this hotel. The apartments really are luxury. You walk in and they all have high ceilings with lovely big windows. The rooms are decorated beautifully. I took my boyfriend to Poland for his birthday so I purchased the birthday package for our room as a surprise. There were rose petals everywhere with lit candles, jacuzzi bath filled with bubbles, a bottle of fizz in ice ready to be popped and even balloons, a fruit platter and a birthday cake for him. They really do go the extra mile and these touches totally made our visit in krakow so I cannot thank them enough. Cannot recommend anybody to stay here enough.

Nothing, our stay was incredible.

I like how everything was layed out and explained in a box for visitors.

The only thing I didn't enjoy. Was the bed and quality. What I mean by that is every bed squeaked so you could here people doing things. I think the level of comfort for me in that aspect makes it feel not appropriate. To even want to enjoy my hotel room with my spouse or purchase the romantic package. I didn't need other rooms knowing what I was doing. Because I definitely heard what they were..... so it definitely made me not purchase or ask for a romantic package.

The two person bathtub was very romantic. We used it every night. The location was great as well as it was walking distance to the old town, malls and railways.

The tv in the bathroom did not connect to the Netflix or any smart services. Also the street cars and street was quite loud if you had the windows open rather then the air con blowing directly on you as you slept.

The hot tub was an absolutely fantastic feature along with a walk-in shower, his and her sinks. Oh, and not forgetting the TV on the wall with access to features like Netflix, Disney +, and YouTube to be able to lay back in the hot tub with a drink and chill watching a film between sightseeing and nightlife. The bedroom again had a TV with the same features as the bathroom, a minibar, a comfortable bed, and a good amount of storage space for clothes. A good point was that to gain access, you needed to enter a code to open the door and then key card to the room. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the square but distance enough to not have the noise.

The only downside was that the pillows were more like cushions but we all still managed to sleep well enough.

Amazing perfectly located and quirky . Really nice welcome and the room lovely . The hot tubs not just great for romance but after a long day so relaxing . When in Spain you would sit on a balcony here you go in the hot tub . The romantic package was well worth the money and so was the breakfasts .
