We've had an amazing time here. - The jacuzzi is super fun - my girlfriend spent around 4 hours in it without leaving. You can even watch TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) from there! - The location great - close to the railway station and to the Old Town - The staff was kind but not overly annoyingly chatty - just as we like it! - Even the internet was surprisingly good

We've only had two minor issues: - I wish they provided parking at the location - this wasn't a huge problem though, as there are options to park nearby - The floors weren't too warm. My girlfriend wished for a cosy carpet

Location was great, close enough to walk to old town. Room was great, spacious, warm and had everything we needed and more. Bottled water was provided. Mini fridge available for charge. Add-on breakfast was very convenient and well presented. Staff were freindly. Jacuzzi bath was a great addition and enjoyable to relax after long days on feet exploring

Covers/pillow not the best sizing and quality but still very comfortable hotel and wouldn't let this prevent a fantastic stay.

This boutique hotel is amazing. It is a short walk (around 10 mins max) from Krakow central train station. I used Google maps to make my way from A to B and we had suitcases as we travelled down from Gdansk. The staff are so friendly, so lovely and accommodating. I'm just sorry I didn't get the lovely lady's name on reception when I checked in. She is such a credit to this hotel. The apartments really are luxury. You walk in and they all have high ceilings with lovely big windows. The rooms are decorated beautifully. I took my boyfriend to Poland for his birthday so I purchased the birthday package for our room as a surprise. There were rose petals everywhere with lit candles, jacuzzi bath filled with bubbles, a bottle of fizz in ice ready to be popped and even balloons, a fruit platter and a birthday cake for him. They really do go the extra mile and these touches totally made our visit in krakow so I cannot thank them enough. Cannot recommend anybody to stay here enough.

Couples, attention, unmissable accommodation in the centre of Krakow! 😍 Tastefully furnished air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds await you. A real highlight of the accommodation is the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which offers a unique experience. There are two TVs - one in front of the bed and one in front of the jacuzzi. The room is cleaned nicely. The breakfast is brought to bed, and it provides the perfect pampering. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend you the Romantic Package Deluxe!❤ We had a great time. 😊

Very central was so easy to get about They made the stay special by getting my partner a birthday cake on his birthday waiting for us in the room Unique with the hot tub in the room was lovely to come back to after walking all day!🧖🏼‍♀️ Felt safe

It is right outside the trams which go past almost 24hrs a day but me and my partner never got woken up with them so this wasn’t a big deal for us and is worth the little noise for the fab location

I like how everything was layed out and explained in a box for visitors.

The only thing I didn't enjoy. Was the bed and quality. What I mean by that is every bed squeaked so you could here people doing things. I think the level of comfort for me in that aspect makes it feel not appropriate. To even want to enjoy my hotel room with my spouse or purchase the romantic package. I didn't need other rooms knowing what I was doing. Because I definitely heard what they were..... so it definitely made me not purchase or ask for a romantic package.

The hot tub was an absolutely fantastic feature along with a walk-in shower, his and her sinks. Oh, and not forgetting the TV on the wall with access to features like Netflix, Disney +, and YouTube to be able to lay back in the hot tub with a drink and chill watching a film between sightseeing and nightlife. The bedroom again had a TV with the same features as the bathroom, a minibar, a comfortable bed, and a good amount of storage space for clothes. A good point was that to gain access, you needed to enter a code to open the door and then key card to the room. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the square but distance enough to not have the noise.

The only downside was that the pillows were more like cushions but we all still managed to sleep well enough.

We had the most amazing stay here, the staff were really friendly they let us keep our cases behind reception when arriving early and leaving late. The two person hot tub were magical it was so relaxing especially after a long day, the room was clean and the cleaners would clean everyday if you wanted them too. The way of doing breakfast was great you’d choose the time you wanted it and the items you wanted and it was brought to your room between these times. The location was great as when you turn left out of the hotel and head straight across you would be in the main square! I would definitely recommend people staying here for sure.

The only fault we had in the room was the shower wouldn’t turn to cold and the water was too hot so we had to have a boiling hot shower each time. Also the fridge could be a bit bigger as it has all mini bar stock in and it’s a squeeze to fit your items in that you’ve bought from the shop.

Very central. Receptionist is very kind. The cleaning lady is very detail oriented and did a really good job. She even found an earring I lost! Thank you. Bed is very soft and comfortable. Zabka and carrefour is close in case you want drinks or snacks. Outside is also a cute bunny cafe which you can take your date or partner :) I booked this cause my airbnb scammed me and the receptionist answered very fast and my room was already ready. It made my day.

Because it's an old building the piping has issues. The warm water takes a long time to work. Or sometimes runs out when using the jacuzzi. The plumbing is also slow but it works. All in all, to be expected since its such an old building. So it's understandable.

The breakfast was lovely and was great having it bought to the room, the bath was amazing loved using it and even had a tv so could chill and relax watching Netflix. The location was great was close to the old town.

I think maybe this is just my preference but I would have liked an option for two pillows and types of pillows and also the mattress was a tad hard for my liking. As I say this is my preference and not saying it effected my stay to considerably.
