Nice and clean, updated apartment in an older building. The apartment included a full kitchen and bathroom. It was within easy walking distance to the old part of Krakow, as well as grocery stores. Our two options for parking were a monitored paid lot down the block, or metered street parking in front of the apartment. We chose the latter, as there was a constant law enforcement presence due to the Russian Consulate being located across the street. We definitely recommend this apartment because of its location.

The bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed. That was a battle

Apartments 2 bed and one bed had hairdryer n washing machine if you needed it. We were out all day. So a base for evening, really. Clean and good value

The apartments were a 1km away from the main hotel. In biskupia, we had never been to krakow before, so assumed address was as per photos of hotel frontage.so no reception staff or choice of breakfast on a morning. We had to wait to 3pm for a text on the path outside to enter an apartment block. Then keys were in a box outside the room. Looking at photos on the main page, we thought the rooms would be within the aparthotel. Once we had got our bearings. This was fine. And we had a good 8 min walk to start of park at old town. So was fine for our 3 night stay. Rooms were a good price. So you get what you pay for.

Location, very comfortable apartment, loved the coffee & were very happy that we were given another packet when we asked for it.

We didn't realize that the reception was not at the same location as the apartment so it would have been helpful if that was highlighted in the email we got which confirmed that we could leave our luggage there as we arrived in Krakow early. Towels in the apartment are a bit tired looking.

Amazing place, great stuff, perfect breakfast, super clean, very big room with all the facilities necessary. Location was just perfect, we walked to all the places didn't needed any transportation at all with in the city. We arrived from and to the airport by taxi (Bolt and Uber) very cheep, we also went by taxi to the outlet outside the city and it was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with everything you can imagen and more, the stuff helped us with everything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay in Krakow and we will be back for sure.

Had one problem we had booked ventus rosa apartment taxi driver picked us up from airport and dropped us off it was the wrong place as this hotel was getting renovated my phone wasn't working so we were stranded if it wasn't for a young lady helping us to get in touch with the hotel don't know what would have happened hotel said it was the Venta Rosa boutique hotel which was were we should have gone hotel said they had sent a email to say that is where we should have gone But we did not receive this message so we had to pay for a taxi

location was in a good place. Just far away enough from the centre. A 10 minute walk to be in the action!

The location is very good, it’s just few minutes from the main train station and old town. The apartment is clean and matches the description and photos.

The apartment could benefit from an AC.

Location was fantastic. So good to be near the old town and the Jewish district and close to Vistula river and the castle
