Warm welcoming hotel Location was great- just a few minutes walk into the main square Room was comfortable and warm Staff friendly and helpful Small gym downstairs was a plus but would be better if it opened earlier on the morning Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and very tasty Would 100% return to this hotel

I was going alone so booked single occupancy in the room, found it very bizarre though that there was only a single duvet on a big most likely king size bed, would have been much more comfortable with the right size duvet on the bed even if there is only one person in the bed

We stayed here for 5 night. Wonderful hotel, with great value for the price🙏 Good solid breakfast everyday from 7 til 10.☀️ They where so nice and helpful, big thanks to Sandra and Emilia for being so great on our last day and making our checkout a breeze ❤️ And a thanks to the guy (new staff) (sorry didn't get your name) that Friday morning told us to go Okraglak and try the baguette, we had a good trip😍 The hotels has a great placement and we could walk to every thing (farthest we went was about 30 min om fod) We went go the termy bath 2 hours away by car, that was not worth is. But every thing else was perfect. Very nice room, not noise, soft bed, good bedding and a decent shower. Thanks for this time, if we come to Krakow again we would definitely stay here again ❤️😍

Fantastic location, helpful, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean, you could choose if you wanted your room cleaned each day or not which is a nice touch. Something for everyone at breakfast. Beds were comfy, curtains must have been m blackout as no light came in which is a must for a good nights sleep in my opinion. The and coffee facilities in your room which are topped up, even a small fridge which came in useful. I can’t think of any negatives apart from the pillows.

The pillows, they were awful, that was the only negative.

Good location for the old town in an area I know and like. The breakfast was fresh and a good options including lactose free milk and milk substitutes. I arrived very late as my flight was delayed and I had to wait for a taxi but the 24h reception and the receptionist were welcoming. The decor was a little tired looking but very clean. If it was modernised I’m sure it would be a lot more expensive. My stay was very quiet (but is is off season so I don’t know what it would be like in summer or at weekends)

The mattress on the bed was a bit saggy for me, I like a firm mattress.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location. Loved the quietness, especially at night.Spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were professional but very friendly and helpful. Lovely size room for a city, and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money. Good breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

Nothing not to like, although I would have liked to have toast for breakfast but that's a very minor point.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The room was spacious and located a 5 minute walk from the center. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. We took a tour that we booked through the hotel website to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz and we were picked up in front of the hotel which was convenient. They also had a vodka tasting nightly which was a nice touch. They also had plenty of games and puzzles that we utilized when it was raining heavily.

The hotel is lovely, staff are very welcoming, breakfast was very good. The garden was an added bonus, although they don't have a bar, they were happy for you to take your own wine, etc in to the garden, happy to supply corkscrew, glasses etc. Don't miss the vodka tasting every night in reception! That was nice! Definitely recommend this hotel, just literally 10 mins round the corner from the Main Square, plenty restaurants & cafes on the way.

Superb location if looking for a base to tour Krakow. It was in a perfect quiet area just a 5-10 min walk from the old town. Hotel was manned 24/7 and reception staff were so helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. Room was a nice size. The bed and pillows were so comfy, so we slept really well. There is a good mix of breakfast foods but don’t do a traditional English breakfast. It was fine though as I had scrambled eggs every day. My daughter had chocolate cereal balls followed by waffles with Nutella and a yoghurt. They did serve different sausages each day which by hubbie had but they were more like the hot dog type ones etc. they provided miniatures of shower gels and if you ask they did give us miniatures of shampoos. Kettle and fridge in room. I would 100% return to this lovely hotel.

English breakfast

They gave me a free upgrade when I arrived to a balcony room, which was lovely. The room was quiet and the bed was really comfy and there were plenty of pillows! The breakfast was lovely - it was the same thing every day but fresh and a variety of cakes, continental style and eggs and sausages. The location was excellent - only 5 minutes from the old town and very easy to find from the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is located just a couple of minutes away from the city center, close to some tram stations also. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean, mini fridge available. We arrived by car and the parking option they offer is located around 300 meters from the hotel, at an extra charge in a parking lot, but we were able to pull up our car a couple of meters from the hotel entrance, both during arrival and departure. Breakfast was fine, the offered selection was good and varied enough, but the breakfast room felt crowded at times. The staff was overall friendly.
