Great choice for those who needs to be close to the station and old town which is next to the hotel. I was using this hotel for my business trip and it provided everything I needed without requirement to ask for something. Room is spacious, with very good and new, individual AC unit which gets your room in the right temperature within minutes which is important for visitors during summer. Breakfast was very generous for this price category hotel with acceptable coffee machine and all additions needed for good start of the day. When I stayed there hotel was also extra quiet. Room service is done according to request by leaving appropriate door sign which I found quite nice thing actually.

Location was amazing! Very close to everything. Near old historical town. Where the hotel was located was very calm. Staff was very polite and helpful! Room was okay. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of vegetables, meat and sweets. There is the patio where you can relax outside. I had to leave my luggage in special room and it was very comfortable for me so I could walk in the city and not think about my bags. There was water, tea and coffee with cookies in the reception all day and night. I would definitely stay here again!

Really recommended! The hotel has perfect location, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was so good and with great variety (from salads and fruits to hot dishes and local food), the rooms were spacious and clean, amenities were enough for what we needed and the heating was perfectly set for a great night of sleep even in the cooler days. We left too early in the morning and the staff went an extra step and packed breakfast for all of us to take to the airport with a smile. Definitely coming back!

Nothing! But the airport taxi service we booked through the hotel charged us more than what was previously agreed so I would not recommend using it.

there is a lot to say： Mr first impression for this hotel was super cozy, made me very relaxing just went in to the lobby at the first day. And all the stuff are very friendly and nice, they answer all the questions very patiently and always ask whether everything is okay for me. Our room was not that big but has everything we need: a small beautiful balcony, a fridge, private bathroom room. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and we slept very well. They also provide very nice free breakfast which has many options for both Veg and no-veg. There is also very nice Suna room which we can book for private use. It was wonderful experience!!

Perfect

Hotel is located at the city center with great connection and walking distance to lot of tourist attractions. Breakfast selection is great - bufee with fruit, vegies and meat and cheese selection also some hot items. But for us personally the biggest plus was a great gym. It was clear that it was designed with sport clients in mind not on for sake of having a gym. Our Room on 3rd floor was quiet and clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull, helping us with All bookings - taxi and tours and giving us All the information.

The breakfast was great - a little bit of everything! Fruit, cake, ham and cheese selection, different breads, croissants, yoghurts, cereals, salad items, and some hot food, usually scrambled eggs and they alternated each day with the type of sausage. So, pretty much everything! Beds were really comfortable with soft sheets, the TV had a few different international channels too, which is always nice, and the staff were always lovely. There was also a lovely courtyard at the back with nice seating, and it was pristinely quiet and peaceful. I also liked the idea of a sauna as part of their facilities (which I unfortunately didn't have enough time to use, but, it's nice to have that additional option!)

The size of the room for 3 people was good. The breakfast is good, However, they could add some more meat choices like bacon, waffle or pancake and pork and bean for the breakfast.

Unlike most of the standard operations in most hotels, the change of towels daily is not included when you request to make up the room. The guest has to request it. We only realized that our towels were not changed when we came back to the hotel after our tour of the city. The replacement of food during breakfast was slow. with only 2 personnel manning the breakfast. The parking is not within the building but in another street. It was misleading information in the hotel Advertisement. I only learned about this arrangement once my booking was confirmed and there was no change or cancel the booking. The pillows were too big.

The location of the property was excellent in easy reach of the central square and amenities. An idea spot for exploring Krakow. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms comfortable and generally quiet.

Not so much that I didn't like but what could be improved. The breakfast was adequate although it had the same selection of food every day , a little variety especially if you stay for a longer period of time would have been nice. Also a lot of the crockery was chipped, this should have been binned immediately unfortunately it was not. It said the rooms had air conditioning BUT at 22c they considered it was not hot enough to be switched on.

Nice size of room in a quiet hotel in a quiet area very close to the main tourist areas. Very clean with welcoming front desk staff. A very well kept hotel at a decent price. It had a relaxing small outdoor courtyard area.

There was nothing I didn't like but some people may not appreciate the small scale and quietness of the area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for evening entertainment.

Lovely little hotel, pleasant staff & in a good location. The room was quite small but the little balcony made up for that.

A pre-authorisation was taking from my account 6 days before my stay which left me overdrawn after opting to pay at the property on the day. Wasn’t fussed on the breakfast especially being English as it only had scrambled eggs & toast the rest consisted of mainly salad & continental food.
