Great location. Very clean apartment, serviced daily, comfortable beds, warm Starbucks next door, small supermarket opposite, a choice of restaurants in any direction. main square close by. will def stay again.

there was a inconsiderate group on our last night, 2.30am talking loudly & stomping to their room opposite, but it didn't last long, apart from that nothing to complain about!

Great location, in walking distance to the main square. Very clean, quiet, and modern hotel with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, sufficient space for a carry on, but may be tight with a full size suitcase. Large bathroom with quality toiletries and plush towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Will consider again for future stays.

Parking availability is a bit confusing based on the information posted on Booking.com. Parking reservation is not guaranteed due to a low number of available spots. Contacted property about parking, and was offered one the following day after someone's cancellation. If driving, be aware that although the street ends, only residents and hotel occupants may enter the walk path to drive up to the property.

Exceptionally nice hotel. I stayed at this hotel three times and I must say it is one of the very best hotels in Krakow. Great location - in the heart of the Old Town, very short walk from the Market Square. It is situated in a lovely, hidden away courtyard on a pedestrian only section of the street which makes it very quiet and cosy. There are number of nice restaurants really close, Starbucks next door and a convenience store across the road. Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Quality of sleep 10 out of 10. I loved everything about this hotel, I will definitely stay here again and I would certainly recommend it

- Nice, large room. - Calm area, yet very close to the old ryniek and planty. - Appreciated the nice cosmetics offered (Rituals).

- No breakfast options offered, - Smoking area is right at the entrance of the apartments. Make sure your windows are closed otherwise you will have the very horrible experience to get the cigarette smell in your room! Such a pity the ashtray wasn’t moved elsewhere. - Shower joints (plastics) were little dirty… expected a bit more cleanness for a premium room… - Toilets not separated from bathroom. - Good quality for money but also a bit expensive compared to competition offering breakfast, restaurant, spa….

Location: Given that Krakow is a relatively small city to travelers, we do prefer the location of the hotel, it's about 10 mins walk to the center of the old town or like 15 mins walk to the castle, while this distance keeps the crowd and noises away Room: very large, clean and comfortable room and showroom, facilities are quite modern in look and by function as well. It's also safe and quiet, even our room is on the ground floor and facing the garden, we did not hear any noises over the night or in the morning. Services: all we met in hotel were very helpful and cheerful and can solve our questions in time and effectively.

Breakfast: the hotel is more like an apartment, so it does not offer any catering services if this is a concern to someone else but definitely not ours. There are quite a few choices for breakfast on the front street.

Arrived early before check in time. Staff were very friendly & helpful & stored our luggage for us & texted us when the room was ready. The room was spacious & well equipped with a kettle & coffee machine which was restocked daily. There was a pay mini bar & complimentary water. The bed was comfy & the location was superb, a very short walk to the old market square.

Great location, very modern new apthotel. Comfy bed spacious room, great waterfall shower and fluffy towels. Complimentary daily water and tea/coffee. Plenty of bars , restaurants and supermarket right nearby. Starbucks nextdoor.

Very small reception area not the feel of welcoming so no area/ bar lounge to sit during the day or waiting for your airport transfer. Problem with the room WiFi card not working on our last day, lucky the reception staff was on duty (11am-11pm) so later could of been a problem, they had to give us a key as she couldn't fix it. Asked for extra pillows and did not get them, so had to ask again following morning.

Could not fault Art Boutique. This was our second trip to Krakow and should we return I won't hesitate to book again! Staff were great, room wasn't ready when we arrived, because arrived early, the lady on reception kindly labelled our bags for safe keeping and confirmed my mobile number so she could send a text when the room was ready. The room itself was very modern and absolutely spotless, with everything we needed. Handy fridge, stocked with soft drinks, water etc. and prices provided, they weren't bad I did use some of the items, then pay on checkout. There is also a small supermarket directly opposite for convenience. Great location, I would say less than 5 min walk to the main square. Highly recommend!

- Location is perfect. - Rooms are cozy and spacious, and the whole property feels nice.

- Considering the rather steep rates for in-house parking (25 EUR per day), they could have at least considered replacing the garage access doors with something a bit more slender to facilitate getting in and out. In case you're driving a full-size car, accessing the garage can be quite a challenge, let alone maneuvering around inside.

Great sized apartment, fabulous location and essentially extremely clean except for the waste bin lid which was located next to the toilet which could have done with a wipe as splash marks presumably from flushes were clearly evident. The stay was great and the location just fantastic, planning to return and stay again in the summer!
