Great location. Very clean apartment, serviced daily, comfortable beds, warm Starbucks next door, small supermarket opposite, a choice of restaurants in any direction. main square close by. will def stay again.

there was a inconsiderate group on our last night, 2.30am talking loudly & stomping to their room opposite, but it didn't last long, apart from that nothing to complain about!

The location is unbelievable, right in the center of Krakow! Room was spacious, clean, very fancy and everything new. Bathroom was big as well. All facilities were met, including iron + ironing board. The staff is lovely and provided all the information for access at the Hotel. Underground parking was provided contra-cost but we needed it as we traveled by car. Just as info, the entrance is a bit tight, but for us it was ok (as reference, we had a VW Passat and it fitted well).

The room was well designed for groups or large families. Kids love to stay at attic rooms. Bathrooms are ok as well. Each room has an airconditioning and lots of drawers and closets which is also exceptional according to other places which we stayed before. The best part it is located middle of the city where you can go everywhere by foot. I highly recommended as a mother.

Nothing about properties but you need a passport if you have a residental permit, the card is not enough for check in. This is the first time in europe (where we travel a lot) they required for extra a passport. So if it is a must for them they should indicate it before arrival because for other places which we stayed before there is no such an obligatory if you have an valid id.

The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. It was equipped with a wide range of essential amenities, including a large wardrobe, a safety deposit box for valuables, an iron, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, slippers, and even a desk for work. I also appreciated the plush carpeting, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, good lighting throughout, and the comfortable bed and pillows. The room features both a key and a code, offering convenience in case you lose or forget the key or prefer not to carry it with you. The entire property feels modern and brand new, situated right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of the main square, cafes, and restaurants. The staff members I interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the price was very reasonable—excellent value for money.

The main drawback is that there was no way to lock the room's door from the inside, which felt a bit unsafe—especially considering the door can be opened with just a code, without the need for a physical key. Additionally, the reception area is quite small and not the spacious lobby where you can comfortably wait or spend time. The reception hours are also limited; it isn’t open 24/7, but it does open relatively early and remains open until late—around 11 pm, if I recall correctly. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of an umbrella in the room. It would have been helpful, especially since it rained a bit during my stay.

Great location, in walking distance to the main square. Very clean, quiet, and modern hotel with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, sufficient space for a carry on, but may be tight with a full size suitcase. Large bathroom with quality toiletries and plush towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Will consider again for future stays.

Parking availability is a bit confusing based on the information posted on Booking.com. Parking reservation is not guaranteed due to a low number of available spots. Contacted property about parking, and was offered one the following day after someone's cancellation. If driving, be aware that although the street ends, only residents and hotel occupants may enter the walk path to drive up to the property.

Our Art Boutique room was clean and modern and very well located (right outside the old town and very close to Planty Park near the Barbican). We were there in July and really appreciated to have the air cooling in the room too. A top recommandation for a short stay such as ours (three nights).

Very little niggles. A bit more room in the fridge/mini-bar for our own beverages would have been nice. And be aware that the bathroom wall are all (opaque) glass, not iseal when using it at night.

Exceptionally nice hotel. I stayed at this hotel three times and I must say it is one of the very best hotels in Krakow. Great location - in the heart of the Old Town, very short walk from the Market Square. It is situated in a lovely, hidden away courtyard on a pedestrian only section of the street which makes it very quiet and cosy. There are number of nice restaurants really close, Starbucks next door and a convenience store across the road. Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Quality of sleep 10 out of 10. I loved everything about this hotel, I will definitely stay here again and I would certainly recommend it

- Nice, large room. - Calm area, yet very close to the old ryniek and planty. - Appreciated the nice cosmetics offered (Rituals).

- No breakfast options offered, - Smoking area is right at the entrance of the apartments. Make sure your windows are closed otherwise you will have the very horrible experience to get the cigarette smell in your room! Such a pity the ashtray wasn’t moved elsewhere. - Shower joints (plastics) were little dirty… expected a bit more cleanness for a premium room… - Toilets not separated from bathroom. - Good quality for money but also a bit expensive compared to competition offering breakfast, restaurant, spa….

Location: Given that Krakow is a relatively small city to travelers, we do prefer the location of the hotel, it's about 10 mins walk to the center of the old town or like 15 mins walk to the castle, while this distance keeps the crowd and noises away Room: very large, clean and comfortable room and showroom, facilities are quite modern in look and by function as well. It's also safe and quiet, even our room is on the ground floor and facing the garden, we did not hear any noises over the night or in the morning. Services: all we met in hotel were very helpful and cheerful and can solve our questions in time and effectively.

Breakfast: the hotel is more like an apartment, so it does not offer any catering services if this is a concern to someone else but definitely not ours. There are quite a few choices for breakfast on the front street.
