The location is perfect, plus, it gives a sense of luxury and privacy, as it is small. I don't agree with the reviews of 2023, which I read out of curiosity :)

Our room had a bathtub, the steam and the lack of a window meant that for a while after using the bathtub, the room was damp and heavy. The AC can't be set by yourself even though there is a panel for it in the room, you have to call the reception but unfortunately, it's not enough.

The staff was from the first moment till the last very friendly and helpful! They offered an excellent service, because when it was raining we asked for an umbrella, which they really went looking for. And for breakfast, as I had to eat lactose ànd glutenfree, they put in the effort providing me slices of bread, a brownie and cupcake, and there was 1 staff member who even went through the effort of making me batter for a waffle. Besides that the hotel is still very new and uprising. It screams luxury and in the meantime is still very affordable. You enter this building and immediately go: wauw! It's also just a 10 minute walk from the main square and in the neighbourhood is thé best wine bar (1 minute). A hidden pearl? Certainly!

Absolutely nothing! Just stay as you are.

Location of the hotel is very close to old town (Stare Miasto) and close to every important point of the city.Interior design of the hotel gives you perfect vibe when you enter the building. 1-Rooms are nicely decorated,The quality of materials and craftsmanship in the rooms is of a very high standard.Ceiling is very high and you have nothing missing in the room, 2- Staff is very helpful,friendly and gives you good vibes (Especially young lady at the kitchen is very ambitious,friendly and helpful) 3- Breakfast is very delicious,coffee is better than in coffee shops,a lot of tasty options such as chocolate muffins,Croissant and some other very tasty bakery products.They also put recycled coffee mugs for you to take away your coffee 4- Building door is automatically opening and closing and makes you feel very special. 5- Internet works fast 6- Bathroom is very big and water pressure in the shower is very strong.Towels are always clean. 7-Bed is very comfortable 8- In room you have pocket tea and two types of Water bottles are always ready.

Everything was perfect.No negative things.

Quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent bathroom, rooms cleaned daily and a really good quality breakfast.. % min walk to the main square. Very peaceful hotel and spotlessly clean throughout.

Windows where quite high up, so couldn't see out ( i think this was just the 3rd floor). That's just a minor issue and would stay again.

The rooms were spotlessly clean - I thought we were the first guests in the room but that's not likely. Cleaning every day was very thorough. The breakfast buffet was very good and some specialities every morning. The staff was great, very helpful and let us play cards in the basement room. Beds were really good as well as pillows so we slept well and heard absolutely nothing from other rooms and our room was facing the lift and still no noise. The location was perfect - peaceful surroundings, restaurants and grocery stores nearby, short walk to Old Town Square. Air conditioning worked very well. Will book again when we ever go to Krakow!

We were supposed to get rooms facing the backyard but got rooms facing the street. However the street was quiet so no noise problem. Our "view" wasn't a view at all because there was only one window which was so high that you could only see the sky. But we were there exploring Krakow, not looking at the window view and less window > less light in the room in the morning.

Location is fantastic. About a 5 minute walk to Krakow's old town. It's also on the West side of the city which means that it is closer to the airport, therefore getting there is easier as you can get the bus from the airport and its about a 10 minute walk from the closest stop (use Google maps to navigate your journey). It's very much walkable to a lot of the main areas / attractions within Krakow. Just to note that its about 30 minutes to walk to Krakow Glowny (main station) and around 20 if you use a combination of public transport and walking. Didn't experience much noise in the room. The room is pretty basic (well the one we had anyways) but had no problems with that. Beds pretty comfy, bathroom and room overall was clean. Had air-con which made a massive difference.

Might have just been our room but the window was right at the top of the wall (closer to the roof than the floor) which meant a lack of natural light but really its not a big deal at all.

This was better than I imagined the room was perfect for me and my daughter to stay for 3 nights we had a twin room. Very clean spacious tea and coffee and water provided. Mini fridge. Clean modern shower room was clean everyday with fresh towels. 6 minutes walk from the main square. Friendly staff. Shower gel n shampoo provided. We didn’t have the breakfast as we wanted to explore the city. We had a late flight and didn’t arrive till 2.30am this wasn’t a problem the receptionist was waiting for us it’s a 24 hour reception although I did email ahead to let them know our arrival time. Would highly recommend.

Location was near to Old town , about 7-8 mins walk. Tram stop was close by as well around 3 mins walk. Breakfast was excellent , 3 types of hot dishes and various cold dishes, various cheese and self made pancakes etc, ladies at breakfast counter was very humble polite & very helpful. Wifi was good. Reception Staff were very pleasant & helpful in giving recommendations. Few restaurants were closeby and also a convenient store.We stayed for 6 nights and loved it, we will use the same hotel if to return.

Had to wait until 2.30 - 3 pm for the room although we had arrived by 10am.Early check-in was not available, but luggage storage facilities was provided, hence cannot fault .

Great location: close to the old market while at the same time silent place. Breakfast with very good choice. Building is old while they have elevator

I stay in the room for one person. Outside the room in the corridor was some noise from air conditioner or hood on ceiling. I heard the noise all my stay. I said about it on the reception and they said that they don't see if something is wrong with air conditioner and they also couldn't change my room since the hotel is fully booked. I slept with ear stoppers, it helps a bit. The motion sensor was also in the room with blue light. It is ok but not in the night. Especially the position of the sensor is on the level of the bed. All the time when you move in the bed in night it starts to light and you see a blue projector in the room. Sleep mask helps a bit.

The location is fantastic—centrally located but in a quiet area. The room itself was well soundproofed, ensuring a restful night without disturbance from the outside. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast. There was an excellent variety of both international and local dishes. I particularly appreciated the availability of a kettle in the room, which allowed me to make tea at my convenience.

Unfortunately, my room was on the top floor and had a skylight which could not be darkened out by the curtains. Also, the breakfast buffet area was rather small.
