The apartment was great, clean, perfect location highly recommend :)

I wish we didn’t take the breakfast option. We didn’t want the breakfast to be delivered to the apartment but to enjoy the city and have the breakfast outside. The cafe itself was cute but because it was run but students who CBA it was not enjoyable to eat in there. Unprofessional service, maybe need extra staff and clearly couldn’t handle volume even though it wasn’t particularly busy. One waitress was purposely ignoring customers as she didn’t feel like taking orders… waited around 30-35 minutes for scrambled eggs, salter didn’t have salt in it, table was sticky and had to chase someone to wipe it down. If not the fact that we had paid for this breakfast I wouldn’t have go eat there.

Very responsive host. The host was kind to arrange for an early check in. We came with Bolt from the airport and it was easily accessible. The host explained how to find the apartment and sent a picture via booking, but I didn't expect the apartment door to be from the outside, so you actually get in the building then there is door to the balcony that takes you to the apartment. I stayed in apartment 16. One tip, the door needs a gentle pull for the key to move in the lock. I didn't discover all of this on my own, I called the host and she came within 10 minutes and lead the way. The apartment was so comfortable and clean. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and it was a life saver in the hot weather (end of August). The bathroom and shower were nice, Body and hair shampoo available, hand and dish soap too. The hair dryer is small but works very well. We had enough towels & many pillows. the kitchen is well equipped, boiler, coffee machine, microwave and a toaster that was hidden in one of the cupboards, Tasty black tea bags, coffee and filters, salt & sugar. Glasses, mugs, 2 pots, and a pan, enough plates, spoons and forks and other utensils, the electric stove was very good. the fridge had ice, which we did not need but it was nice to see that the host though of everything. A dishwasher and a washing machine too. Dining table with 2 high chairs. Plenty of storage room if you want to take your clothes out of your bags. I recall some people complaining about bathroom smell, this was not an issue that the air conditioner couldn't solve within a minute if someone went to the toilet for number 2 ;) The apartment is very quiet, so you can sleep well. The location is excellent, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tram stops are less than a minute walk. The Old town historical center is about 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment. I was a bit hesitant because of the stairs and my mom's bad knees, but it worked!

We are short people, I am 1m 60, my mom even shorter, so the chairs at the dining table were a bit too high and not the most comfortable. We still could sit to have our meals and drink tea, but we had to be rather quick. This is a problem we had also in restaurants, so nothing wrong with the apartment, plus I don't having shorter chairs is a possibility considering the compact design of the apartment.

The apartment is on Krupnicza street and is around a 5 minute walk into the old town. It is in a small courtyard just behind Starbucks. The apartment (no 16) is up 2 flights of stairs and is accesible through 2 electronic number pad locks, plus an actual key for the front door. The studio room has everything you need, is spacious, modern. very clean and the bed is really comfy. There is aircon, a safe, smart tv, fridge, washing machine and also provided tea, coffee, washing up liquid and powder for the washing machine. Excellent facilties. When having a query, my questions were answered very quickly and 'Sleep in Kraków' is open 7 days a week, which is also a bonus for a traveller. The majority of my queries were handled by Tetiana, who is a lovely young lady but have no doubt that everyone is great. One last thing I loved was the radio in the bathroom.... hope the neighbours didn't mind the karaoke, cat killing warble!!! Lmao.

I guess the only 3 things I have to pick on, if I am being fussy and are mainly due to chilling after long days of site seeing... No english channel to watch on the tv. However, I was able to log into my netflix account but as the internet kept dropping out, we gave up the tv altogether but this problem wasn't a deal breaker, I might add! Lastly, if we were to have used the washing machine I didn't find anywhere I could hang the clothes to dry.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated bedsit. All amenities - hot water, shower, washing machine, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine with pods, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Accommodation is centrally located, approximately 5 minutes walk from main square but situated on a quiet street. Very secure and felt very safe. Communication with host was excellent, helpful, informative and prompt. Highly recommend - it certainly added to our trip.

Nothing, zero faults.

A beautiful apartment, very well appointed with modern technology, I especially loved the radio in the bathroom. It was bright and light, with a very comfortable bed and it was in a very nice area with good reataurants, cafes and bars neaby, and a very short managable walk to the Old Town. It was also very secure, and travelling alone, this was very important to me. I had an issue with lack of hot water, and the Sleeping in Krakow staff dealt with it exceptionally well and really looked after me.

The instructions could have been a little clearer on finding the apartment, I went in the wrong door initially and couldnt locate the apartment, it took me some time to realise it was all the way through the courtyard, and to locate it as there were lots of doors and very little wayfinding.

Great location, very close to the centre of the old town, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Staff extremely helpful and organised a tour on our behalf. Held onto our luggage before apartment was ready and again after we booked out. Tea & coffee (instant, filtered & pod options) there for our use. Option of having breakfast delivered to our room each morning.

Bed was very low to the ground and pillows were flat. Maybe a few more pillows wud be nice

The apartment was perfectly located for the Old Town Square. Good range of amenities close at hand & a stones throw to tram/bus stops. Would definitely be my first choice of accommodation on any return visits.

Limited on TV channels with access to Netflix only. A British/International news channel would be good.

Lovely apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Within 10 min walking distance of the main square. Staff were very accommodation in slm requests. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable. We will e babk for another visit. Excellent value for money.

There was nothing we did not like, we loved our stay here.

Very friendly and fast. They have a master lock that gives us the independence to enter the apartment. Also, all locks are electronic, which is very secure. The place is lovely, with a beautiful location. Inside the Stare Miasto, it is perfect for visiting the main points in Krakow, such as the Rynek, the tower, Barbican and other issues.

A Nespresso machine could be perfect for the kitchen. The street was under reform, but Sleeping in Krakow did not have control over this issue. The safe wasn't working. But with excellent assistance, this can be fixed very fast. Fortunately, I did not have any negative observations to make. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable staying in Krakow!

Great location, really easy to access. Very clean, modern nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, good facilities, nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. Good communication with the owners. Warm and safe place to stay. Would recommend.
