Staff very helpfull, hotel is clean and modern. Very good lacation. Rooms aren’ l t big but very cosy.

The smell from shower, bet it has nothing to do with cleaning, more with the water staying in pipes i guess.

I love this hotel, this was my 3rd visit. Staff have always been amazing, polite & helpful with very good English. The location is excellent, sitting right next to a street of bars, restaurants & local food shops (Starbucks, and I recommend Mr Pancake), it has never been noisy of a night while I have visited. The hotel is a lovely short walk of around 5mins to Krakow Square. The rooms aren't massive but big enough for two ppl with plenty of clothes storage. They are newly decorated in a lovely modern style, very clean, reasonable sized and priced mini bar that you can also use as a fridge. The rooms were warm, flat screen TV on the wall with minimal English channels, which is fine as you're not there to watch tv. My views from the room have always been ok, either street view or courtyard. Full bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of storage and floor tiles seemed to be heated. The breakfast area is very pretty, the contential breakfast has always been amazing but have to say this time around it was ok, didn't seem as much option but we were also with fussy eatters. Hotel is great at booking trips and so easy to be picked up from the hotel for all trips. Hotel staff have always been amazing at communicating via email before we arrive, helping with questions, booking trips and booking our taxi from the airport.

Unfortunately there is a big downside to the new rooms that have double beds, the bathroom has no walls, the walls are glass with a pretty decal of Krakow city on them so you can still see through the glass! They have a curtain that you can pull across outside one side of the bathroom glass for privacy, but you can still hear EVERYTHING, I love my husband, but some things in a marriage need to remain private haha! So we had to put the TV on to drown out bathroom noises, no big deal but we could do without that on a trip haha.

This is our 2nd visit to Krakow & this hotel. Within walking distance to the square, with plenty of shops & bars, walk a little further & you will come to a Galleria, it has to be the best we have ever been in, if you like shopping you will love the Galleria, stop at Lindt store & get one of their soft ice creams, omg. Take a drive to Krakow Factory Outlet, we noticed on our drive from the airport back in September, I got a pair of Levis jeans cheaper there then I did in America. The staff at Lagos go above & beyond to make your stay memorable, we cannot fault them, they thought of everything starting with an email offering to help us with any excursions we wanted to do. Complementary bottles of water in the clean & comfortable room, breakfast had plenty of choice, hot/cold, cereals & various breads, I am a vegetarian & there was plenty of choices for me. A special thankyou to Maria who works in the breakfast room, very courteous & very efficient, a young lady who will go far. We hired a car as we wanted to do our own thing, we found parking easy & the first day we paid £8 which took us into the next day, free parking is after 8pm. If you have a blue badge it is free parking. We went to the saltmines, amazing, I won't say too much as will spoil your experience, look out for the the sculptures & plenty of steps. We drove to Chocholow for the water pool experience, we tried an outdoor pool in Tromso in October last year, one of the pools at Chocholow was 5 times the size as the one in Tromso. They had pool after pool, with many jacuzzi's, no worries of bring cold the temperature was 36°, just what we needed after 2 full on days around Krakow. We were so close to Slovakia & decided to take a trip to a little town there on our way back. We walked 15 miles over 3 days, as there is so much to see & do. A beautiful Hotel, lovely people, you won't be disappointed with Krakow.

The hotel is centrally located, on a quiet street and close to most of the sights. The double room I was accommodated in corresponded to the photos on the website, acceptable size, clean and quiet. The breakfast is OK, diversified. The reception staff was welcoming, provided all the necessary information and paid attention to my questions. For personal reasons I left the hotel a day earlier and in a short period of time the amount of money for the unused day of accommodation was returned to me, and in this way I would like to thank them.

This hotel is conveniently located not too far from the Basilica and the main square, making it easy to explore the area. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, even when walking at night. The staff were cordial and able to communicate effectively in English, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-appointed and functional, meeting all basic needs. One of the best aspects was how quiet the hotel was, particularly during the night, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection to start the day.

There isn’t much to complain about. Maybe a suggestion to install a ramp at entrance to make luggage carrying up and down to the reception easier.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Despite not having plant milk visible on the table, they were able to give me some after I asked the staff. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel after checkout to collect later. Staff was polite and helpful.

The bedside tables were behind the beds, which made it not easy to reach. This happened in one of the twin rooms. Both waters provided in the room seemed to have gas, although one of them said that it didn't. It would be helpful to have a label near the food when having breakfast so we know what it is. It would also be nice to have info about having plant milk available if required.

Top Hotel. Everything was good, Breskfast was so nice, I am vegetarian, there was much to choose from. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed to rest my weary bones. We had no problem with parking outside Hotel, I met a lovely Polish Traffic Warden, she was so helpful when we were paying for parking, which was free from 8pm to 10am, thereafter we paid 7zlt for 2 hours parking, that is around £1.40. We were within walking distance of pubs restaurants & plenty of History. Such a clean place, lovely helpful people. Cannot fault the Hotel. We asked to settle our bill the night before as we had an early flight, they were concerned we were missing breakfast and said they would make us a packed lunch for our journey. Omg, we each had a bag that consisted of 2 sandwiches, a carton of fruit, bottle of water, peach, plum & 2 chocolate wafers. So much food. So grateful for there care & efforts to make our stay memorable.

Lovely place to stay! We have stayed there for 4 days, and is was so worth it's money. The location is amazing, a walk to the city center is around 10-15min. They were very friendly, and especially the man behind the counter (I forgot his name). Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and, you had everything you needed citytrip to Krakow. Also the taxi service was really good, only 130 PLN (circa 32 euro) to the airport. I really recommend this hotel. It was a very lovely stay!

Great location, good sized room which was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Hotel arranged Auschwitz tour which was helpful, good price and excellent in all aspects. Good breakfast exception being it’s served until 10am, on the Sunday we were down for 9am and barely any bread left - breakfast servers said ‘breads done’ and that was it - insufficient amount of bread for guests. Breakfast servers were sullen, generally unhelpful in terms of engaging with guests, clearing tables efficiently and general happiness at being at work

Location is very good! Rooms are quite spacious, clean with nice comfy beds. Breakfast is not special but for a 3 star hotel is quite enough.

Hotel has midleading information about parking. Booking.com website indicate that hotel has a parking but actually they ask you to park on the street or a parking spot which is 400 metres away - 20 EUR/day. That spot also confirmed that they have no agreement with the hotel. I really liked the hotel, but definitely defining a parking option is at the hotel is misleading.
