Everything was excellent at H11 Aparthotel. The receptionist got our room ready as we arrived a bit early with no trouble at all. A super coffee shop next door with fabulous staff and a great selection. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, great big windows in the living area with all the mod cons that you expect. The place itself is centrally located to the Old Town, 5-10 minute walk to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants. Upon leaving another receptionist got our transfer to the airport sorted in the morning. Could not recommend this as place to stay more, everything that you want with value for money to boot.

Nothing at all

The location is perfect, surrounded by best restaurants and cafés in the city, making it easy to enjoy the local atmosphere. Cleanliness was perfect, which is very important to me. We stayed as a group of four and needed three beds. While the beds were a bit too soft for my taste, they were otherwise comfortable. At first we couldn’t understand how the heating works, but reception team explained it and everything worked perfectly.

One small issue we encountered was realizing around midnight that not all the necessary linen for the sofa bed was provided. Fortunately, blankets and pillows were available, so we managed without calling the emergency number outside reception hours. It wasn’t a major problem, but it would have been nice to have everything prepared in advance

We stayed 5 nights, we were told that cleaning is once in 3 days. On the 3rd day, the apartment wasn't cleaned, they didn't changed towels or took away the garbage we had to do it by ourselves. Although requested numerous times they didn't clean the room even once during our stay claiming the maids forgot.

Upon walking in the first time the staff were very friendly, showing how to access the property as well as my apartment. Staff coverage throughout the week was very good. Room was very tidy and had everything I needed with the temperature being suitable. The location is also a great plus. Overall can't think of how to improve.

There was a bit of a muddle up on the Saturday when it came to checking-out. Happy to say it was a one-off misunderstanding which was quickly resolved and I see no reason to deduct my review score because of it when everything else is taken into account.

The hotel looks very new and the cleanness level is superb. The design is modern and sleek. It has the fastest wifi I've ever seen in any hotel. Smart TVs in every room. Washing machine on the same floor. The breakfast is served at the adjacent coffee place and is very esthetic and delicious. Best cappuccino I've had.

I had no major problems. I wish the variety of the breakfast menu had been a bit larger.

The room wasn't cleaned once in the 4 nights we stayed there. This isn't great for a 4 star accommodation.

The aparthotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Rynek Glowny. Plenty of public transportations around. It’s quiet, very clean, and has everything in the kitchen for a short stay. The bathroom is very specious, and the shower is heaven, especially after a long day of walking and sightseeing:) The sweetest souvenir from the hotel? A bag of delicious chocolate and Krówki that Anna brought to me when I checked out, or another full bag of Krówki as I told Anna in joy that I heard of this Polish little cows, and i plan to purchase them in Warsaw before I head back home.

This was the second stay at H11 and once again was excellent. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, very clean and warm (it was -9 degrees outside so radiators very efficient but I have also been when it was +38 and the air con was great) the breakfast/brunch option is excellent value if you have it included with the accommodation booking. 7 minute walk to old market square, close to trams and buses. The area has some great restaurants and is also quiet. The late check-out of 11am and flexibility of breakfast/brunch until 2pm is fantastic. This is the only place I now stay in Krakow.

Had a deluxe apartment & a 2 bedroom apartment - both were lovely. Modern decor & furniture - very clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Ewa! Location was ideal, less than 10 min walk to the Market Square. Also handy for Hop on, hop off bus stop 6. Coffee shop on either side of the Aparthotel, one of which was where the included breakfast was had. Good choice of breakfast & nice food. Would highly recommend H11 and if visiting Krakow again, it's where I'd look to stay again. Many thanks 👍🙏

Could be busy at breakfast so would advise if have a tour booked at a set time - go to breakfast early. As all the food is cooked fresh.
