Great communication via booking.com regarding the checking in process / any queries & concerns as there is no receptionist. Codes to the building and key safe were provided at 4pm, via text message. Very easy to access. There is security on the front desk at night time. Room was clean on arrival, small kitchen area is very handy. Great location, 5 minute walk into Krakow Old Town square. Shop and x2 restraints beneath the apartment complex which are very handy. No concerns, would definitely recommend!!

Unable to check in before 4pm, meant having to carry luggage around with us due to early flight.

Very quiet location adjacent to some good restaurants and bars. Short 15 min walk from main square. Supermarket late opening next door. Portuguese bakery nearby. The city is clean and streets safe people are very friendly.

Waiting to get into the apartment all done by messages. Nowhere to store luggage so whole day wasted sitting around carrying luggage. We were only told about luggage store shops after we checked in. No staff on reception just a security guard at night.so no one to ask about facilities. The site opposite was a demolition building site very noisy during the day but tolerable.

Great location. Prompt and helpful staff responses to messages. I booked for my niece and her son. This was a ‘White’ apartment. It wasn’t very clear when booking the difference between the different apartment colours. Had I known I would have gone for an upgraded colour. I stayed in a Dark Green which was fab. White was slightly small with a balcony with room for just one seat and facing the road. However, it was very clean and nice and modern. As they were only staying 3 nights, and it was just a base as mostly out and about, it was ideal and great value.

The apartment was lovely and we really liked the style of the room, the set out and the storage it had to offer. Plus the location was good.

On arrival we noticed a strong smell of sweat on one of the pillows on the bed as if the bedding hadn't been changed. The pillows were very flat and did feel like we were sleeping on the mattress rather than have the comfort of a good comfortable pillow. Maybe two would have been better. There was a large stain of what looked like blood on the mattress and the duvet did not fit the bed it was smaller and for two people this wasn't enough. There was also only one seat on the balcony as it would suit one person not a couple. There is no one to speak to on reception and I believe this service is on another site by contact via email.

Perfect location for a short easy walk to the old town and square. The apartment was bright and airy, spotlessly clean and modern. There was everything we needed. The shower water pressure was amazing. Comfortable big bed. Customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend.

This is hardly worth mentioning but I was unable to use the hob as it kept turning itself off, I suspect that was due to me not knowing how to use it correctly. The issue was resolved by using the microwave instead so it definitely didn't become a problem.

Easy walk to old town and bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious flat. Great shower and good facilities.

Balcony was very small, only room for one. Fan continued all night and we could not turn it off. Difficult to use keys to enter flat ( two locks). Each time it took time to get out and get in. No reception. Instructions should say you have to go though a door before you find the code. Decor was very dull, unlike the reviews we had read. View from window was uninspiring. The corridor with the metal doors was reminiscent of a prison.

The location is excellent, close to the center in an updated building with very good sound insulation. Restaurants and shops are available already at the foot of the building. It seems like many rooms in the building are used as similar apartments; we found the provided kitchenware more than enough for our simple purposes, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the price. We had no issues connecting to the wi-fi throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, with a main entry (electronic door) and lockbox (physical door key) code provided quickly via message once they were ready for us (no staffed reception, although the building does have a security guard at night); check-out was similarly smooth, with the simple expectation for us to replace the key in the lockbox. Staff were very responsive when we needed them (mostly for questions related to checkout preparations) and helped confirm that we'd be able to store our bags in lockers until check-in formally opened around 4 PM.

The location is good with convenient transportation.

Currently (06.2025) there is a renovation going on for the building opposite and the work started at 7.30 in the morning without a break in the afternoon. The ventilation is central without an option to stop, which is not good for people with sensitive lungs. For a stay of 5 days, cleaning and change of linen and towels are not offered. My check-in was delayed and I had to stand in front of the hotel for 45 minutes.

The room was bigger than we expected, since we were here two years ago, and we got a really small room, but this time it was nice. We liked the way from the balcony, the room itself was good and comfortable, there was a table in the middle, so we could eat, and leave our stuff there, also, thanks for air conditioner.

I did not like bathroom, since the shower is not really separated from the bathroom, and I had a flood inside. There is no door to close while you are taking a shower.

Location good , good restaurants close by , good cafes close by , Easy accessible to all main attractions

One towel per guest only , Felt it was poor service to ask for payment for clean / fresh towels , especially when staying for more than 2 days. Felt it was poor service to only have welcoming tea and coffee and not at least a coffee pod per day. The duvet was not for a double bed ,More the size for a single bed , pillows poor quality.
