The property is in an amazing condition and cleaning is always at the very best level. All the essentials that you may need during your stay are provided. The apartment in the city centre which makes it a great location. Still Rajska street is quiet and peaceful comparing to other streets in the centre.

There is nothing that I was not happy about.

Fragola Apartments are in a great location only about 10 mins from the old town with some lovely cafes close by. The apartment was comfortable and spacious for a studio and the addition of the balcony was nice.

Unfortunately our apartment was opposite a bar where people would sit outside chatting sometimes till gone 3am. It wasn’t very loud but you were aware of the noise. I am sure some ear plugs would help! Not anything we disliked but some things we thought would make the apartment more comfortable would be the addition of some luggage stands as there is only 1 small clothes cupboard and there is plenty of space for 1/2 luggage stands to put your suitcases on. In addition a loo roll holder and somewhere to hang a hand towel and bath towels in the bathroom would have assisted. Also a drying up clothe in the kitchen would have been helpful.

Positives: very good location near center. In the entrance of the building there is a great pizzeria and in the neighborhood plenty of bakeries and coffeeshops so you can get breakfast there in low prices. The facilities of room was very nice especially the shower is super. The bed was very good also. The building is in very good condition, quit, safe.

Negatives: we asked early check in bcs we arrived around 13.00 o clock instead 15.00 we had check in. They haven't done anything to help for this issue, finally they gave the room to us 15:30 instead of 15:00!!!. The opposite of our claim. Second, the second bed at the upper floor has very low ceiling so many times we hit our heads on the ceiling. In addition the air-condition does not climate the upper floor so it was hot up there, as we have been there on August. The breakfast was a bit heavy for our tastes. They should put more simple things, for example bread, butter, marmalade etc. who eat chicken for breakfast? More fleximple choices for breakfast, recommended.

The place was very well equipped , clean, easy to find and easy to check in. The personnel on the reception was very nice and polite , they even helped us with transfer from the airport (even when requested last minute the day before we arrived) and luggage storage before we checked in. The reception is literally 20 m from the main square in the old town. We needed to stay close to Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University, so the apartment was really close - less than 5 min walk. It was perfect stay for us. In the future if we are visiting we will repeat for sure.

Everything. Location, staff, all was extremely nice. We even had a problem with some towels & dust, but it was swiftly resolved and we were compensated by the staff. We will definitely return here

The towels were stained & the wardrobe was dusty. But the staff was quick to replace the towels with new ones & send someone to clean the dust. The first batch of towels seemed to be clean but I believe the stains were from cosmetics.

The location is great, just a short walk into the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them

The apartment was small, no bigger than a normal hotel room. The balcony was very small, it was only big enough for one of us to sit on at a time.

Really helpful and attentive. Text them about leaving our cases somewhere and got a reply within 5 minutes. Early check in was available for 100 PLN but we just left our cases at the reception desk about 10 minutes from the apartment itself. Really easy check in with the codes for the apartment and a really good location. One of best apartments I’ve stayed in from booking.com and the room is massive. Great value for money in my opinion

The appointment was in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the city center. Great communication you get all the information you need for the entry to the building and check out. The room has everything you need great facilities great and a lovely balcony

The bed is 2 single mattresses on a double bed base with separate sheets and duvets so you do fall down the space in the beds. But apart from that all was good.

First of all, I would give 10 to the location, because it was absolutely amazing! it’s super close to the old town plus there are many nice restaurants/bars nearby. For example, if you want to have a nice breakfast, I will suggest you Mr. Pancake, which is just a few steps away, they have all kind of pancakes beautifully decorated. The building itself is nice and new, there is a security person at the reception of the building Who is working nights. The Apartemnt is modern and clean, although the one I got that is situated on the 2nd floor is very very simple unlike the pictures on Booking.com. In reality the apartment I got wasn’t even presented on the pictures here. The good thing is that they provide a coffee, tea, boiler, kitchenware and soaps in the bathroom. There was a small balcony overlooking an old non-operational building.

I didn’t like that when we arrived there was a terrible smell in the bathroom and it was there until we checked-out. Apartment’s staff asked me if they can come and solve the problem when we weren’t there, but I had to check out the next morning anyway, so i didnt ask them for that. I also think these kind of problems should be solved before guest arrives. The other thing is that I probably got the most simple apartment which wasn’t even presented on pictures on Booking.com. Our walls were just white boring, nothing special unlike fancy pictures on the website.
