This is a lovely studio apartment, well-furnished and comfortable for two. It was spotlessly clean and they very kindly provided tea and coffee to use during our stay. The location is about 5 mins walk from the old town, but there is a tram stop very near and the excellent network gets you around Krakow really well. There are a couple of grocery shops, bakers, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a very nice park about 50 metres away. Beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. The arrangement for breakfast was very good as was the food at Café Fable, their coffee was excellent. Particular thank you to Anna who was really kind and helpful. She met us on arrival and showed us round and came to say goodbye when we left. She speaks excellent English and was happy to help when we had a slight problem. Liked it here very much and would be pleased to go back if I returned to Krakow.

The property is fantastically located near Old Town and was incredibly spacious. It was very well equipment with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Anna was a fantastic help, offering local recommendations and being very flexible to our needs during our stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, same with all of the pillows and duvets. Such a comfortable and easy stay, can’t wait to come back!

The location, the host who was very helpful both before and during our trip. It is a short walk to the Stare Miasto or a very short tram ride which means the whole of Krakow is before you. Anna, the host was always on hand and contactable if you needed help with anything. I will return again soon, which I cannot say about many places.

Krakow is a beautiful city and Crystal Suites was good value for money and in a great location, only about 10 minutes walk up a bustling road to the heart of the old town. The apartment itelf is just off the main street, on a quiet side street. Anna, our host, could not have been more helpful and responsive to the few questions we had. The apartment is spacious and warm, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, the TV worked fine, and everything was clean. There were even three English language guidebooks which proved helpful (DK and LP). As we had the loft apartment it was on the top floor, with a lift to the 3rd flor and then a flight of steps, but that was not an issue. There are shops nearby and plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes on the way into the main city. For beer lovers, CK Brouwer is most handily located on the way into town. For veggies, the Veganic Cafe is just around the corner. The Fable Cafe, where you get breakfast if you have included it, is also just a couple of minutes walk around the corner and does great coffee and breakfast. The bus stop to go to the Salt Mine is 5 mins walk up the road away from the city centre, and takes 30 minutes to get there, for just 6 Zloty per person - fascinating place, but be prepared for lots of steps down and plenty of walking. Most of the main sites in Krakow are walkable if you are fit enough, even to Schindlers Factory - we went via the old Jewish town - which you can do in about an hour if you want to, but its easy to take it slow and steady and just wander and take in the sights and atmosphere. You can also walk all the way around the old centre through the park area where the old walls were in about an hour or so as well, but you will inevitably find plenty to divert you en route.

It suited us wonderfully and we would stay their again. Having your own apartment beats being in a hotel. I dont think there is anything we had an issue with.

A very nice, clean, well-furnished and spacious apartment with a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. While apartments are placed very close to the main market square - it's very quiet there in the evening / night.

Great apartment, welcoming and friendly staff, and wonderful location. Cannot recommend more! The staff also offer us a welcome bottle of wine

All great. If a want to be super stickler, the door knob should be fixed. But it is very minor thing

We liked the apartment, it's close to the old center but not so loud. Also I want to thank you for the tasty breakfasts in the cafe, it's so nice to have it after small walks through the park in flowers :) We really enjoyed staying at this place.

Stayed in the loft, it was quiet, clean and perfectly located for historical part of the city. Anna is a very nice hostess, allowed me to stay after check out time, which was very much appreciated on a cold rainy day!

Everything was fine!

We booked a trip with a group of friends and stayed at the superior and the loft appartments. The service and staff was great. It's conveniently located and fits well with the city's atmosphere. Everyone had a good nights sleep in comfy beds and the temperature was great for the period of the year. The decor is a blend of modern and old which was a nice touch!

Lovely location really safe. Everything close by and shortcut through the park. Art deco interior was really nice. Apartment was spotless. Anna who was our host was so helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Very quick response from Anna
