The apartment is spacious, perfect for three people, and kept tidy and clean. It has a modern bathroom with all the essential amenities. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the booking.com website. They were always quick to respond to our inquiries through the message board on booking.com, and their replies were polite and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant staying.

On the morning of our checkout, there was no place to store our luggage at the apartment (Rajka 20). However, after reaching out with a request, they informed us that we could leave our luggage at the RED BRICK APARTMENTS at KURNIKI 3 (1 km away), where their reception is located.

Gorgeous newly renovated apartment in a perfect central location a few minutes walk to the Rynek and close to tons of cafes and restaurants! It is our favorite location in Krakow and we were so happy to stay in this area beside the library. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed and a kitchen with a coffee marker, fridge, stove and things to cook if you wanted. Lots of space in the apartment and it was extremely clean. There was an elevator to get us to the 3rd floor which was great as many places don't have elevators!

We asked about luggage storage or checking in 45 min-1 hour early as we arrived into the city early. They said we could store at their luggage storage but the luggage storage is located at their main location about a 15 min walk away. This was not ideal with 2 large heavy suitcases and they never called us back about checking in early after the receptionist said she would look into it. There is a nice cafe down the street we just waited at until getting an email with the check in codes. Otherwise they were very responsive and helpful, I would just keep this in mind if you plan to want to store luggage it is not on site.

Our host was extremely prompt and approachable via email. Delivery of breakfast was great, and when we wanted to change our order, it was no problem. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff (we needed more towels) was very nice!

Shower door did not seal correctly and water flooded the room. Someone came to look at it, but problem was not resolved. We had to shower very carefully, using only the handheld wand, and always facing away from the door.

We did not meet the hosts as all communications were remote and digital, but they helped with anything we asked for. Breakfast was always on time and the room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the old town,next to cozy coffee shops and restaurants.

The temperature was really high, not only in the room but in the building as well. They turned it off remotely when we asked, pretty fast and they were really eager to help, but it remained hot even after sleeping with open windows. This was the only negative experience during our stay. Other than that, we were truly satisfied!

The apartments are clean, bright, tidy and have plenty of storage space. The kitchen has some cutlery and is stocked with some basics (salt, pepper, sugar, a coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge). There apartment was large with a bed, seating area, dining nook and a balcony. The apartment is not located on a main street so there is no noise. However, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The building feels safe due to the building code and the door code that has to be entered. If you book the breakfast option there are vegetarian/vegan options available - just be sure to inform them via booking's messaing service.

If you booked breakfast (either at the time of booking or later during your stay), you may be a bit disappointed. The breakfast comes pre-packaged and is dropped off at your doorstep at around 7:30am. While they do accomodate vegan/vegetarian options, it primarily consists of bread which many may not like first thing in the morning.

The location was fantastic, not too far away from the main train station. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you could need. The entry process was simple and avoided the worry of carrying keys while out and about.

The breakfast or pack lunch was delivered to the apartment next door but didn’t look good value for money. However, the kitchen has all the amenities you need to be able to prepare your own breakfast in the comfort of the apartment.

The breakfast was delivered early in the morning in front of the door. The first day it was labelled "classic" and the second day "Polish" but they were identical. A lot of bread, some cheese and some ham plus some fresh sliced vegetables. Not really my taste for breakfast but all in all alright. The property was very quick to help and very understanding when I realised I had made a double booking. They agreed to cancel the unwanted reservation without penalty. I very much appreciated this.

Not having a physical reception at all was a bit unsettling but this was hardly a problem.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the main square, bars, resteraunts and local attractions. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and perfectly furnished, modern, spacious and comfortable!

We stayed in December and although it was cold outside, the apartment got very warm (which we appreciated at times). However we were unable to turn the heat down and after contacting the property via telephone, we we’re told that the heat was unable to be turned down by ourselves, resulting in the room being very warm whilst trying to sleep.

Very nice clean flat. Good location - short walk to the very centre of the town. Nice cafes and restaurants around, especially the cafe next door called Fable cafe- great breakfast. Convenience store just across the road. Flat had a kitchenette with all the utensils you may need as well as Nespresso coffee machine. Very easy check in process - instructions sent to you on the day of arrival, no need to see anyone. I would most certainly recommend this apartment.

A perfectly furnished apartment, a small bedroom, a bathroom with a shower gel that smells nice, a living-room with a kitchenett, a balcony. It has a hair-dryer and an iron too. It is modern and clean, the beds are comfy. There is a coffee maker. You will have everything you need for a short stay. There are 2 cafés right downstairs and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Rynek Glowny.

It is fair to say that the street is not as quiet as it seems. We spent 4 nights and did not sleep.well once. Sometimes it is other guests' party, teenagers singing outside in the middle of the night, more often it is the construction site nextdoors, cars, and glass breaking, because there is a glass bin there. The shower water pressure could be better and new towels are definitely needed, the ones in the flat leave small pieces of cloth in your hair.
