Nice area, there are shops near by, walking distance to the Old City. The room had a small fridge, which is honestly not much common in hotels in Poland. It was clean, and the bed was really comfy. There's a kettle and tea in the room, but I didn't have bottled water, so had to buy outside to make tea. There were toiletries, like shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap. I was shared with clear instructions on how to enter the building, find my key and then check-out (this hotel has self check-in and check-out).

There's no elevator, so I had to bring my luggage up and down from the 4th floor myself, and as it's self-serve hotel I didn't find anyone at the place who could help me. The check-in is minimum at 3 pm, which is really late, and again having no reception desk I didn't see any place where I could leave my luggage at the property storage, or ask someone. The room is warm, but there's no even small rug, so it's cold walking without shoes (I didn't find any flip-flops in the room). I would suggest putting small carpet or rug in the room.

Quite a nice place, quite close to the old town. (it's basically a nice hotel, the only difference from a usual hotel is the front desk is at their other location 20 min away, and they only do housekeeping when you move in/out).

Our AC was broken and they didn't fix it over the 5 days we were there, but I assume this is not usually an issue, and it was mostly ok with the windows open. Also if you stay with multiple people make sure you list the correct number of people when you book (so they leave you the right number of keys) and always have your key with you. If someone locks the door from outside you will be stuck inside unless you have a key to get out. (we only had one key and so this happened twice to me while there by accident). I'd suggest that the owners put garbage bins in the hall (they had recycling) or tell you what to do with extra garbage. Ours was piling up over 5 days and I started dumping it in bins on the street.

There was a renovation in the building, therefore we were relocated to a Dream Boutique Apartment getting higher standard room for the same booking price. It was comfortable, very clean with comfy beds. The reception staff was helpful.

Instead of 2 single beds we got 2 joined and made into one double bed which had to be separated and made up separately. The blinds were broken especially in one window so it was way too bright early in the morning .

We didn't stay at DReAM garden Palace because they told us they had technical issues, so they offered us alternative accommodation. Loftair on wielopole, which was very close to the main square. The staff were helpful in organising our tour to the new address

The room was bigger than I had expected. It was super clean. I was only staying for one night so I wasn't looking for much. The room had a single bed, TV, minibar, a desk and cupboard. Also, the bathroom was quite big and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. There is no reception but the instructions sent on the same day were super clear and had no troubles finding the place and accessing the room. Check out also super easy. Very quiet, did not hear other tenants at all. Is close to the old town, like 20 min, about 30 minute walk from the bus station and the neighborhood itself is very beautiful and lively. I was leaving at night, so they offer to do a late check out, for an affordable fee, or to leave my luggage in their sister company, which has a reception. Eventually I left them at my friend's place, but I thought this was very helpful, especially because I had read other reviews of people complaining about this. In case of doubt, contact them through the app, they are very responsive.

The hallways of the apartments smelled quite bad... like a mixed of wet/humid carpets, and smoke, and cat. It was only on the hallway though, not on the room, which was perfectly clean and smelled nice.

I only stayed here one night, but I can imagine staying longer. The process of self-checking in was incredibly straightforward. The room was tidy and smelled good. I felt more at ease here compared to larger accommodations. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room, including a hairdryer, kettle, and refrigerator. The location is superb as it only takes a few minutes to reach the city center. If I ever return to Krakow, I will choose to stay here again.

Good location, clean room

- There is no elevator, so you have to carry your heavy luggage yourself - The hotel staff could not provide us with an iron, it took them a lot of time to answer our question, and when they finally did, they said that it was too late, because they work only till 3 pm and could provide us with an iron tomorrow, when in fact we were leaving the next day, considering the fact that I messaged them in advance. So we couldn’t iron our clothes ((

Bed was comfy, and the bathroom was big. There was AC which is nice. Close to the old town and main square, lots of restaurants and cafes close. Property is not in the touristy spot but everything was accessible with a short walk.

Never once felt unsafe, but property is in a non touristy area, so the first time traveler might not feel comfortable. However, I would recommend this property for a stay if you want a local experience and a nice room with a comfy bed.

I like the location and the possibility to enter by using codes. Everything is clean and tidy. I liked the high ceilings and soft beds. Had a great night's sleep before a big walk around the city. The price is very reasonable.

It would be nice to have a pair of slippers due to my personal habits of going to the bathroom not barefoot. There was one tea bag, although the room was for two. And as a small and inexpensive bonus, I would like to see a small bottle of water.

Nice pace in the center of the city. We stayed one night, so it was comfortable enough. Walking distance from the most interesting places.

It was pretty hot in the room, the air conditioner was working, but it is pretty noisy to sleep with. And if you open the window, the street is very noisy too, as it is full of restaurants. Also had trouble opening the box with the key, but at the end we managed.
