It's the first bed I've slept in away from home that I didn't keep waking up with chronic back pain. Perfect location, bright and fresh, friendly host. Lots of lovely little cafes and shops close by. We loved our stay, the host helped book trips, taxi etc.. nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back! It felt very safe at night, the food was lovely throughout our stay.

The ladder up to the 2nd bed was very steep and straight, we were very nervous using it at first. The rooms could do with a small bedside table to put yr drinks and bits on. Nothing major but would help the customer :)

Perfect location, really friendly staff. Room was nice and clean and was always a nice temperature (you couldn’t change the temperature but wasn’t an issue). Mini kitchen was not used but handy to have if needed. Only had one night with a little bit of noise from other guests/residents but this was on New Year’s Eve so is expected. Would most definitely stay here again

There was no lift and we were on the top floor (I think it was about 6 flights of stairs) so if you struggle with stairs perhaps request a room closer to the ground floor. We are young so didn’t affect us

Location is great, lot of restaurants to choose from and old town sights nearby reachable by walking. Apartment was modern, air conditioning did not face bed which is plus. The kitchen was well equipped. Good wifi - we were on the 4th floor. We could find paid parking spots nearby without problem.

make-up remover pads for girlfriend would be nice to provide as this is something we usually find in similar apartments on booking one of towels had a stain and towel radiator in bathroom was a bit dusty before us was probably in the room some men with strong perfume/body spray so our whole 3-day stay we smelled it and wasnt enough to open a window to get rid of it. Finally last day the smell was little bit better

This is a small apartment right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants around. To enter it, you don’t need to interact with anyone, just enter the code from the message and get the key.

1. Sound insulation is poor. This is the center of the city, and you can wake up in the middle of the night because a motorcyclist has passed by or the alarm in a parked car has gone off. 2. No air conditioning. It's very difficult to sleep when it's a very hot day 3. It is very difficult to find a parking space.

The central location is fantastic, it’s easily accessible and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and bars, as well as tourist attractions - only a half hour journey from the airport. It was clean, tidy and very affordable. The balcony room was very fun and unique, perfect for a group of friends :)

The only downside to staying here is the lack of a lift, not a bother if your only taking the stairs once in the morning and once in the evening - but if you have mobility issues and can’t manage the stairs, you make a booking for a ground floor room

Good location, 5 min walk to main square. Starbucks is only a minute walk away and a local shop. The apartment is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good size.

Very little English TV channels which I know is a personal thing . We did have our iPads so not too bad I guess. There was a constant drip noise coming from behind one of the walls, not sure if it was the pipes or what but it did keep me up sometimes. The hairdryer was not very good, as soon as I turned it off it sounded like it was gonna blow and had a burnt smell.

Amazing location it is really close to the old town and good bars and restaurants. Love the loft design. Toilet was a tiny bit small but not too big a deal. Great value for the room for what we paid

Could do with a bit more of housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights but they only did the rooms every 4 nights. Not too big a deal as we were aware that was the arrangement but maybe if it was every 3 nights would be good to refill the shower gels and change of towels/bins.

The location was incredible, the apartment was nicely decorated. It was really clean. The staff was really nice and we really appreciated that. We had the keys before the moment planned. Having a kitchenette is really nice too ! We were so happy to have the opportunity to cook and have breakfast there. We also felt safe !

Basic kitchen furniture were missing, such as kitchen towel. Otherwise it was really nice to be able to cook and have breakfast in the apartment. The smell was maybe too much. Also, we were not expecting that type of ladder and were a bit afraid but it is an experience and no one died :D At the end, because we were eating there and that nobody came to clean during our stay, the ground was really dirty. We do not expect daily cleaning at all, but maybe a bit more because at the end of the day when you live with 4 people in this little space, you eat, you cook, it is very dirty.

Staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Comfy and large beds and excellant location. My daughter slept in the mezzanine bed and she loved having her own space. The bathroom was stocked with shower gel and lots of toilet rolls. The room had a hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee supplied and a little fridge. The balcony opened to the street which was lovely too!

Everything was perfect

Our driver picked us up at airport what the hotel arranged. He called straight away and was in contact with us all the time as there was a delay with luggage. Our apartment was clean and tidy and was exactly described from pictures. All the extras like soap, shower gel, body lotion, tea and coffee were provided Staff were friendly and helped us with directions. Im was very near to old town and shops and restaurants were all near. Would highly recommend and definitely be coming back to this beautiful city. 10 *
