Lovely room in the heart of Krakow, within easy walking distance to most attractions. The room was very modern and well equipped

The self check in was convenient but could be confusing if you hadn’t pre downloaded check in information or if you’re not great with technology. No official reception as everything was done through your phone so no where to leave baggage if you have a late flight

Very clean and comfy apartment right in the middle of the city. The bed was amazing, you have a kitchenette with all needed amenities for cooking something small. The apartment is very well located right in the heart of the city and plenty of public parking spaces for the car

It is worth noticing that the apartment has no hook or place in the bathroom to hand you towels to dry, it was pretty annoying to leave them on chairs or tables to dry out.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. We have stayed in this block before but on another floor. The spacious secure lobby is great when you arrive with your luggage. The bathroom was fantastic. Both a French shower and a smaller hose head. Water stayed within the tray, absolutely no leakage out onto the floor. It was light bright and spacious. We hadn't been expecting a fridge and were delighted to see it. The weather was really sunny and pleasant and it was lovely to have cold water and soft drinks when we got back to the room. There were plenty of towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee and sugar as well as a selection of crockery, mugs and glasses. The bathroom even had dish soap and tea towels. The Wifi was faultless. Right beside Planty Park so you are in the square in minutes.

The TV had one Polish news channel. We followed the guide in the room but couldn't get any other channels to work and hadn't thought to bring a fire stick.

Very clean, central, comfortable, good coffee, nice shower gel.

Can be a bit noisy outside because of trams and police/ambulance cars.

The room was really comfortable and the well situated. It was hot weather during our stay and we appreciated having an apartment with aircon. Showers and water pressure good and bed’s comfy.

We didn’t like only having the details to enter the property 30 mins before arriving as our wifi wasn’t working and we had to locate cafes nearby to access codes, etc, There was an unpleasant smell in the ground floor foyer which was a little off putting at first but it was only in this one area and didn’t affect the rest of the building. The kitchen was very small and we did prepare a meal but noticed there was no tea towels or dish rack to dry dishes etc. which made it feel like the kitchen wasn’t used very often. Despite these minor issues it was. Very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

The property’s location is its main advantage. It is a 10-minute walk away from the city’s main square. There are nice bars, restaurants, and convenience stores easily reachable in a short time. The view from the room that we were given was okay, but we usually kept our curtains closed for privacy. The facilities were all functional.

The property is great, but there are two main issues. 1) The sound from trams passing by can disturb your sleep. I sleep with earplugs so I wasn’t concerned. 2) The thick curtains are NOT long enough to cover entirely the window. This has been the biggest problem, as at 7:30 AM we were forced to wake up because of the light.

Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen – everything you need. Great ramen spot downstairs and Biedronka just a 2-minute walk away. Super central and convenient!

Only downside: we didn’t receive the check-in message with the link and had to call the company to get access.

The location was fantastic. The staff were very very helpful and always available when needed. The room was spotless and the facilities were exactly what we needed.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable for both me and my boyfriend. We both got back ache. The curtains also aren’t large enough so the room gets really bright really early. There needs to be a blind to block out the light.

Very central, perfect location! Close to some great restaurants! The accomodation was super clean and the whole check in and check out process was easy!

Reception was challenging to contact! We landed early and as we are international travellers with e-sims we couldn’t call them. They don’t accept calls over WhatsApp and we’re only contactable for certain periods of time! They were not very accomodating to our needs!

Everything was great that was the first we went to Krakow and we loved it .the apartment was just like it was posted in photos There are a little bit of rules to be followed about closing the doors and not letting anyone from outside in and out, but maintenance was being done or garbage was being taken out and doors was open I think there should be a sign posted to let us know that it's being under maintenance there should be a key from inside the apartment to lock the doors at night keypad entrance is nice but to feel completely safe there should be something in place to make people feel even safer
