The location is great. The cleanliness is excellent. The bed is comfortable, crockery, kettle. Fridge and hairdryer on the floor. Price and quality are decent

The only thing that bothered us was not the constant noise from the trams in the morning and at night. But it was still very convenient to stay there geographically. But if you are used to silence, you will sleep less with such traffic. The old parquet is very squeaky. If you are an elderly person or have problems with stairs, there is no lift.

Beautiful old period building and rooms, original wooden floors, doors, period furniture. Old wooden 100 years old lift (not in operation ) and stunning staircase with glass roof. Pre war feeling to the building. Old and beautiful. Perfect location next to old town. Atmospheric and beautiful.

The stunning wooden doors are not very sound proof but you need to accept it in exchange to be in this beautiful old rooms, the wooden original period floors are making squeky sounds as well but I wouldn't change it for a new floor. The building doesn't officially have a lift so if you have problems walking on a stairs make sure they give you room on the lower floor. I was on 4th which was ok for me but couldn't take my mum to the top floor.. I will book again. Great value for money.

Perfect to visit the old city of Krakow. Just on the old city edge in front of the university. Very basic furniture and equipment but enough to have a rest, some decent sleep and a basic breakfast. In the apartment there are a kettle and a cooler, a few glasses, cups and basic utensils are available. So just what you need to get ready for a day around and have a nice sleep. We were very late in making the reservation and have announced our arrival just in the last hours, but everything was just fine, and the personnel was very flexible.

Little stronger curtains could be mounted in both rooms, at least for the summer, when the sun sets very early and the day is already before 7:00

Probably one of the best price/quality ratio you can get here. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and bus/railway station, very clean room and bathroom. We promptly received the check in instructions, even though we booked for the same night that day. Highly recommend

Nothing really, we enjoyed everything

+ wonderful location + clean rooms + separated showers and toilets + got it for an excellent price (547 pln for a room for 3 nights) + kind staff + zabka (a grocery store) is 100 m away up to 23h

- beneath us were trams so it got noisy even at night (i would recommend closing the windows) - the floor was old so it could get noisy when walking during the night - there was no kitchen (at least to my knowledge) All those negative points were not big deals for us, so we had a really good stay.

Staff were fantastic. Very responsive and supportive. Facility was very clean - bathroom and shower were great. Location was awesome.

Thin walls/connected balcony allowed for disturbances due to neighbours not respecting noise levels late into the night and early in the morning. Not staffs fault for neighbours actions and they did provide contact info that I could have used to let them know so action could be taken.

I found the description to be somewhat deceiving regarding "parking", because it's refering to public parking. But that settled, everything else was great.
