I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. This accommodation is up there with some of the best in terms of cleanliness, facilities and decor. This is the best value accommodation I have ever had. Fabulous location, facilities and decor. Would/ will definitely stay there again without hesitation.

TV was not connected to a signal so had to use my ipad to access programs using wifi. Sound isolation was not good and there was some noise when people were talking in the corridors or accessing their PIN pads and rooms. This did not prevent me getting a good nights sleep. I could also hear talking through the bathroom vents. This would not stop me staying here again and it was a fabulous base to explore Krakow..

The location of the property is an excellent base as it's very central to everything. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard and the décor is beautiful. The hosts are very responsive, we had an issue with our room code on arrival but this was sorted within 10 minutes.

There was a smell of drains near / in the bathroom but it wasn't too offensive and you couldn't smell it anywhere else in the apartment. The apartment doesn't have many windows and was quite dark as its surrounded by many buildings but we would book again instantly. We have been looking to see if this brand has any other properties.

Lovely apartment, just perfect for a few days visiting the city, right on the square. Very well laid out. Nice touch having the sauna, was welcome after a long day walking around the city. We had an interconnecting door with the apartment next door, which although locked, was @ first quite disconcerting The only down side was the first floor apartments are directly above a bar, so the background beat of music could be heard until 4am on Sunday morning. Starts about 10pm. So the gentle reminder not to disturb other residence between the hours of 10-6am, was slightly ironic. However ear plugs are available on a bowl in the sauna room. Very clean, very pleasant, we would stay again !! Thank you

We like the location and apartment, especially the decoration and bed. The bed was so soft and nice, which helped us to relax after the long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the bathroom are so nice. The smell of shampoo and shower gel, is amazing. The location is just right in the old city, which is so convenient to walk to the restaurants and parks. We definitely will stay there again.

It was noisy for the first night from the neighbors, we could not sleep without earplugs as there are some noise from outside and inside. The drain in the bathroom is smelly, we have smelled it every time, we entered it from the outside.

Beautiful brand new rooms with great facilities, space, functionality, style, perfect location, great value for money, big smart tv you can remote connect to easily for netflix etc, good communication via whatsapp with staff, foyer smelled lovely and friendly cleaner lady.

No elevator, have to carry suitcase up and down flights of stairs to and from room. Shower smelled of drains so had to cover drain up with a towel. No receptionist so everything done via whatsapp not face to face, which was sometimes unconvenient as they dont clean your room during your stay and we needed more towels and had questions about luggage storage etc. No luggage room so had to take suitcase 10 mins walk away to sister hotel to store.

Perfect location right on the square. It was amazing to just walk out and be in Christmas market. It was also nice for bathroom breaks, not having to find a public toilet. The beds were very comfortable. Really welcoming interior and I felt safe in the apartment. There is a great pizza place right downstairs that was perfect for a quick late meal.

The pipes in the bathroom always let out at foul smell. There was a panel missing in the bathroom ceiling up to the water heater. The hot water ran out faster than my family could shower. We had 5 people in the room so we had to alternate shower days.

Excellent location right on the main square. Entrance off of a courtyard made it feel much more private. Apartment finishes were very nice and a huge shower. Some other reviews mentioned limited hot water, we had no issue getting plenty of hot water the whole time we were there. There was a sauna on the main floor, we didn't use it but the option is nice.

Apartment was smaller than expected, there was barely room for my wife and I to lay out our suitcases, however, that was a very very minor inconvenience.

The property is perfectly located. Its entrance is off the main square and you can walk to most of the main attractions in Krakow. We went for the Xmas Markets which were on the main square - ideal location. The decor and finish is extremely high quality. Our appartment had two WCs, a separate shower room and a fantastic bath. It was -8degC outside, but the appartment was warm and cosy. It is beautifully decorated and feels very spacious due to the high ceilings. The all glass staircise was a bit disconcerting when going down, but you got used to it. I highly recommend the appartment and will definitely stay there again when we return.

Nothing negative to mention - loved it.

The aesthetic and the location were unparalleled

Everything was just a little off. The upstairs room had a beautiful bathtub, but there was no shower up there to rinse off. The automated lights can’t be turned off (to the best of my fiddling with it). There are stairs pictured but from ground floor to bed was three flights of stairs (not clear in booking). The windows don’t open so there’s no ventilation in the slightest (which was absolutely needed). Still worth it, just kind of ugh

We loved the interior of the apartment, it was very unique, stylish, modern and clean. The location of the apartment was great, everything was on our doorstep. The apartment was well supplied with fresh towels, toilet roll, kitchen facilities, complimentary sweets and water, smart TV both upstairs and downstairs and a bath with separate shower.

My only criticism would be that we didn’t find the bed to be very comfortable, but if you like a firm mattress then this would not be a problem.
