The property is in a great location, right in the centre of old town. Lovely little apartment.

Only downfall was that there was no information about housekeeping, for instance no change of towels when we asked the housekeeping lady in the building in the morning about if its possible to change our towels as we’re there for 5 days she bluntly replied no. And we had no information about taking the rubbish out, when we ask her said it’s on the top floor next to room 13 but when we tried there was nothing there and all doors in the corridor were closed so we had to find our own way of taking the rubbish out by putting it in the small bins on the street, as we were there for 5 days with 6 people we filled the bins up quickly. Would recommend for this information to be explained on arrival or put in the room.

Szewska 7 is in an outstanding location, only 4 properties North of the Main Square. It is under 1 minute walk to the edge of the square. 3 capsule style bedrooms were comfortable, with phone chargers at the edge of the bed which was good. Spacious, and large enough for a short break. The bathroom was small but functional, excellent shower with amazing power and temperature control but a small cabinet.

It was very noisy 0200-0400 as had to keep the main windows completely open due to the building not having A/C operational due to being outwith summer. Needs addressed as it was very hot overnight

We stayed in the penthouse one on the 4th floor, for 4 nights at the end of June 2025. Group of 7 lads sharing the property all had their own bed with one on the sofa bed and still a sofa bed available in living room/ kitchen. Loads of space and huge big private balcony. There was 1 bathroom but an additional separate toilet we weren’t aware of which was a huge bonus. It was warm in Krakow but the air con made it comfortable, the air con in the master bedroom was fantastic. Location was great, property was easy to get into the codes all worked, the lifts worked. We never saw anyone the whole time we were there and was fine. Good WiFi also. Deposit was 400pln which was sent back within an hour of checking out. Host messaged during our stay to check everything was okay. This was our 4th time to Krakow as a group of 6+ lads and we’ve always stopped in apartment on the square, if we come back for a 5th time we will be stopping here, best one yet.

Nothing, it isn’t a 5* luxury penthouse but for the price you pay it’s completely fine and comfortable.

The location was great, just off the main square. It was quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was also very good.

I didn't like that the main entrance was also the entrance to a strip club, so there were lots of drunk men in and out at night. Also, there was no one there if you needed something just the sex workers on the desk at night and I didn't want to speak to them. However, the apartment was contactable via booking.com app.

Location was perfect. was looking for somewhere with real beds for my teens, not a pull out sofa, so the 4 singles beds worked well for us. Host were very communicative.

No really anything I didn't like, I was slightly concerned after reading some reviews about the club in the basement, really was no issue for us. A toaster would have been handy, and we couldn't work out the tv but it really wasn't needed anyway.

The apartment was nice, cozy, and above all with an excellent location, with the necessary amenities, but with one minus - it was very noisy every night. And not noise that ends at 2 or 3 o'clock, but parties that last until 5-6 o'clock. Please take measures - it will be a shame - if this nice place remains without guests or suffers minuses because of it. I would come there again if things were more moderate. thanks Margarita

The rooms are really nice, clean, and comfy- very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is perfect! They provided coffee, tee, bottles of water, there is also a coffee machine with coffee pods. Our stay was really worth it! The apartment is like 5 steps away from the square itself and everything is nearby. I will recommend it to my friends and family! One more important thing, the staff are very communicative. They are very supportive guiding us before we got to Krakow, and during the day we got there. They can even arrange a booking for you to Auschwitz/Salt Mine. Unfortunately we didnt manage to get a place in the bus. I still appreciate the effort though!

The property is well furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent, being right next to the main square meaning you are instantly in the the centre of town.

The apartment (located on the top floor of the building) was very warm. There were total of three air con units in the room but these were not the most effective.

I got in the lift after someone got out of the lift. So didn't need to use the code but then got stuck as. I couldn't open the door I'm only saying this so you could change this maybe put a notice. This didn't effect my stay at the lovely penthouse. LUCKILY I COULD CALL MY FAMILY WHO PUT THE CODE IN AND HELPED ME GET OUT :)

Excellent communication from the owner from booking and through the whole stay. Loved the fact that they asked if everything was OK and how to contact them if we had any problems. Brilliant. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location is excellent, just off the main square. Fantastic value for money. Thank you for providing a great accommodation for our stay.
