Location is absolutely perfect, right on the main square. Shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep. All the trips we went on had meeting points within 5 mins walk from the apartment. Sylvia was available anytime via text and provided us with all the information we needed, including transfers. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and very well kept.

We chose the breakfast option, which is located in a lovely restaurant, a short walk away. They open at 8am and one of the trips we had booked left before 8am so we missed our breakfast. A lot of trips leave before 8am so it's something to consider when choosing to add this option. Can't fault the breakfast or restaurant.

Our recent stay at Main Square Apartments in Krakow was truly exceptional and mirrored many of the positive points highlighted by other visitors. The location, as expected, was absolutely unbeatable, placing us right in the heart of the historic Main Market Square with all its vibrant energy and attractions just steps away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean upon arrival, a theme consistently mentioned in reviews, and felt modern and well-maintained. We experienced efficient central heating during our stay, and it was good to know that air conditioning was also available for warmer periods. The inclusion of thoughtful touches like remote-controlled lighting and a large TV enhanced the comfort of the living space. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and worked without any issues throughout our stay. The kitchen facilities were comprehensive and perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped with essentials like a coffee machine (and pods!), cutlery, plates, dishes, and mugs. Having a dishwasher with tablets supplied was a great convenience and spare bin bags. The microwave, electric hob, fridge freezer, and kettle all functioned perfectly. The bathroom was equally well-appointed, with thoughtful additions like provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton pads, and cleanser. A hairdryer and slippers were also a welcome touch, alongside the fresh towels. Beyond the excellent facilities, the service we received, particularly from the host Michal was outstanding. Communication was prompt and helpful, and they were readily available to provide local information and assist with arrangements, such as organizing transport. Overall, there were genuinely no negatives to our experience. The combination of a fantastic, central location, a scrupulously clean and well-equipped apartment, and attentive service made for a truly memorable stay in Krakow. We would recommend Main Square Apartments to anyone visiting the city and will certainly be looking to return ourselves.

The apartments has been tastefully renovated and include everything you need for a wonderful trip. Little touches such as electric blinds, led lighting, make up wipes, milk, coffee, local information, discounts to trips and restaurants have all been included and thought about, all things that make a difference to the quality of stay. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a good pressure and hot. The apartment is in a fabulous location on the main square which is perfect for any traveller. Michel was a perfect host, he was responsive in a timely manner to all communications and helped us choose and book a restaurant for a special occasion and sorted the taxi from the airport. He kept in touch with the driver when we were delayed in a huge lengthy queue in passport control so our transfer was perfect once we got through!! We were able to leave our bags at the property after check out which was very useful. Krakow was an amazing city, the polish are kind, relaxed people who understand good food! We will definitely be back.

There was nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect. The only thing would be - don’t stay here if you have any mobility issues as there are a few stairs and no lift.

Love the location...right in the main square of town! The view from our room was spectacular! Room was spacious with lots of special touches...toothbrush in case you forgot yours, chocolates, iron/ironing board. Plug adapter,...Michal was great to work with - had our room ready earlier than expected, offered to help carry bags, spent time orienting us to city and answering questions. Michal even went above and beyond to help locate a particular type of shop we were looking for. We loved our stay! Booked this place...you won't regret it.

The apartment is in the perfect location for accessing the centre of Krakow and is at the heart of the Old Town square. The Old Town is surrounded by beautiful gardens and transport is great. Michal was the perfect host, communication was good and he welcomed us at the door to the apartments. All the facilities were clean with additional toiletries, coffee, cream etc. Michal also helpfully gave us information on restaurants, sports bars and leisure events. Highly recommended.

Not a negative for us but the three flights of stairs to the apartment would be difficult for those with mobility issues. The plus is that the view over the square is beautiful.

The location was right on the main square, so perfect for sightseeing. It was clean and warm in the apartment, with so many lovely finishing touches. Michael met us at the apartment to show us in and he was exceptional - he was in contact prior to our arrival to ensure the apartment would be ready for us as soon as possible, and he stayed in contact for the entirety of our stay to check if we needed anything further. He also provided us lots of recommendations for places to eat and drink and things to do during our stay. The service was exceptional, and if I ever return to Krakow, I would not hesitate to book this account again!

Absolutely spotless clean . Everything & more it was superb . Modern apartment & central heated & also for the warmer months it had air-con. Also, led lights remote control . Large tv . Free Wi-Fi & it worked no issues . Euro plugs x 2 . I needn’t have fetched any. Kitchen: coffee machine with all Coffee pods provided. Cutlery plates dishes mugs . Even a dishwasher with tablets supplied, tea towel, scourer, spare bin bags for rubbish. Microwave. Small electric job if needed . Fridge freezer . Everything worked perfect no issues at all. Bathroom: had toothbrushes & toothpaste provided cotton pads & cleanser. Hairdryer. Slippers . Towels provided. Would recommend to everyone we will be returning. The host is brilliant & was more than helpful . Also central main square . Fantastic!

Michael the owner was very helpful, could message him anytime if needed. Apartments are right on the main square, couldn’t get any more central. We stayed in No9, 2nd floor. 46 steep stairs up, was only really an issue when we had our luggage to lift .. only 2 apartments on each level . Apartment was nice & clean, had everything you would need. Good Heating & aircon facilities . Sone toiletries in apartment that could be used. Umbrellas in foyer if needed. We left our luggage in foyer when we arrived & when we were leaving , only 4 apartments so safe enough & Michael told us there was cameras . Main door was always locked & key fob access .

courtyard view but was really just a wall and another property you were looking at . Not that important to us really but if you want a view then you will be disappointed . If you have heavy luggage the stairs are tough going . Only 6 hangers in wardrobe, again not huge issue as lots of other storage space .

We had an amazing stay in Krakow! The apartment was the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, especially being right on the main square. The warmth and coziness was a lovely relief in the cold weather, and having a kitchen is always a plus. Michal was such a fantastic host—having someone responsive and accommodating can really enhance the experience. He was so friendly and gentle and helped us in every way he could. Probably the only two things we were disappointed in were.... the entrance was old, worn and dark and didnt give you the impression of what the actual apartment was going to be like. The apartment was very bright, clean and airy but the entrance didn't reflect that and the other thing was the bed - the bed is most important for guests and I would urge the hosts to change the bed for a more comfortable one and one soft luxurious duvet instead of two thin single duvets!

Location was fantastic. Very cosy unit with everything you need. We stayed in winter and it was very warm inside. The manager was extremely nice and helpful and very easy to contact. He gave us recommendations for local restaurants bars and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed and Also provided you with supplies of everything you need. There was a washing machine in the unit which was great for us as we were travelling for a month and really needed to do a few loads!

There is no lift and the unit is up on third floor so you will need to carry your suitcases. Taxi will take you to top off Sw Anny st but not to door as you are in main square. But this is only a 2 minute walk from the door. Would have liked another set of towels so can have a set while one is being washed/drying
