I can’t say enough about Apartamenty Bracka 6. From booking to check-in to check-out, the staff was absolutely brilliant—treated me like an old friend. I was arriving very late, and they helped with arranging airport transfer (reasonably priced) and codes to get in and access my room key. They were also quick to offer recommendations on restaurants and activities during my stay. The room was super clean, had a very comfortable bed, was well-stocked (including a coffee machine which is a must for me as a caffeine addict), and the a/c was amazing (central air which was a must for the 30*C/90*F temps Kraków was experiencing). The location is perfect, just steps from Rynek Główny, yet the room was very quiet. I was initially skeptical about all the glowing reviews but I experienced first-hand what everyone was raving about. I’m so glad I stayed here, and will definitely stay again during any future visits. Dziękuję to Barbara and the team!

Absolutely nothing!

Great location right in the old city, close to all restaurants, pubs, bars and Xmas market. Great interior and attention to details. Complimentary water, Nespresso pods. Very friendly reception staff. This was our 4th stay in Bracka 6 apartments and we would go back again and again.

Broken shower with head part keeps falling off under the water pressure making impossible to have comfortable shower as water was going into every direction. Reported to the receptionist straight away. Just replace shower head to avoid unhappy customers.

The apartment was spotless and very modern. The staff were very friendly and the location was 5 star, a 30 second walk to the Old Town Square. Pleanty of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep and a 24 hour convenience store next door. Would highly recommend these apartments. We went for the Easter weekend and we had a complementary Babka (cake) in our room, and Easter egg chocolates in the communal area to help yourself to. Also complimentary coffee, cream, tea and water in the room on arrival. Attention to detail was great.

The mattress was very comfortable but the pillows were to soft for us. The curtains were very thin so we were woken early (5.30-6 am) by the bright sun. I would recommend a night eye mask if staying in room 32. Might not be such an issues in rooms facing the front of the apartment block.

The apartment was gorgeous and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect: close to the Market Square but on a quiet street. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We especially appreciated their help in getting us last-minute tickets to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything was perfect!

Clean, cosy, elegant and well furnished, equipped and organised studio, with some touches of luxury, such as the bathroom cladding. Located at few steps away from Krakow main square, very close to a multitude of restaurants, markets, bars, etc. Very friendly and available staff. When I will come back to Krakow, I will definitely come back here!

Maybe the soundproofing could be better, but if you want to stay in a city centre you should know you will hear some noises from outside time to time; anyway, nothing that cannot be resolved with a pair of earplugs.

Everything was excelent. I came very late but as communication with the apartments was great they sent detailed instructions on how to get there. The room itself was as described and everything was perfect. The center of the city is right on the corner. All you want to see is within walking distance.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. It is located only a few metres away from the main square in the Old Town, so it was easy for us to walk around and enjoy the whole area both during the day as in the evening. I highly recommend this place to those who have only a few days to spend in Krakow.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location couldn't be better. Just a few steps from Market Square yet situated in a very quiet street. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Simple, but everything we needed and good quality. There were some nice touches from the staff too - welcome cake and mini chocolate eggs at Easter.

The only downside is that the memory foam mattress was a little soft for my liking.

My 5th time to krakow, and have stayed in various apartments and this was one of the best due to a very helpful staff member Agata as needed to rent a wheelchair for my father she went out of her way to support me for this, apartments are beautiful location awesome as not affected by noise from the square as was v busy Great shower Would benefit from having Netflix or similar available on the tv Would defo stay here again really recommended

Bed a little firm

The apartments are very well located minutes walk to the main old town square and walking distance to the Jewish Quarter. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and helped us arrange airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines which made our trip very easy.

Our apartment was located on the front of the building above a fairly busy road which leads to the main square. On evenings it can be a little noisy due to local restaurants and bars however this is expected due to the central location.
