This is the place to stay in Krakow! We loved our stay here on every level. We stayed here twice and the owners let us store our bike boxes for two moths while we cycled in Poland. When we returned we arrived early in the day to disassemble our bikes and were welcomed and greeted warmly by staff at reception. There are two many corporate feeling hotels and apartments these days, where you never even meet staff or owners. This hostel understands the importance of the human connection with kind and caring staff. and your hostel is run in a way that the staff. The facilities are super with a tiny but functional kitchen in the room with table and chairs for eating. The hotel also offers a very affordable breakfast for people who want to meet other travellers and not cook themselves. They provide real coffee and filters for making it in the rooms. The rooms are bright and comfortable. We stayed in a bigger room on our first trip that was absolutely beautiful. On the second we chose a smaller one which was perfectly comfortable as well, and still had a little kitchen. They have recently installed an elevator. The location is fantastic too! Just steps away from everything.

The room was lovely—modern, well-maintained, and spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed, as did the kitchenette. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city center. While it would have been convenient to use the affiliated private parking, there is also a very handy covered parking nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and offered something for every taste. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

It would be even more convenient if morning check-in were available, especially for those passing through like us or visiting the city for only a single day, so as not to interrupt the sightseeing schedule.

The apartment is quite spacious; it appears smaller in the photos than it actually is, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Main Market Square. At the same time, it is situated in a very quiet area, allowing for peaceful nights with open windows. The heating, cleanliness, and bathroom and kitchen amenities left only positive impressions. The sofa in the kitchen was also surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with tea, ground coffee, sugar, and dishwasher tablets. Trash was taken out daily, and there were periodic cleanings of the apartment with towel replacements. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. In terms of value for money, the apartment is outstanding.

There is no coat rack in the hallway.

Staff is great. The apartment, while a bit funky (e.g. the dining room table is in the bedroom instead of the kitchen/living space) is spacious and if you don't mind the non-traditional layout, quite nice. The shower has tons of hot water at an exceptionally good pressure. The apartment is outfitted with electrical sockets throughout so there is no competition between recharging devices and a required wake up alarm. The bed if far more comfortable than expected. In summary, this is a great property.

The overly sensitive motion detector hallway light. While that shouldn't be a problem, the bedroom door is composed of glass panels. When the light goes on the bedroom is fully illuminated. While uncommon, it can happen at odd hours and can be a sleep disrupter. On the other hand, this is a boon for those that need to go to the bathroom during the night.. Finally, a majority of the listed amenities are only available upon request. Yes, they are available but only if you ask for them which is a bit of a nuisance.

The property is located close to the central area, close to tourist attractions or bus and tram stations. It is a studio, clean, quiet, decently equipped with useful things, clean and comfortable bed and quite varied and tasty breakfast. The very kind staff gave us useful information about Krakow. I recommend 100%

The kitchen is far far too basic for 4 guest,ok for a weekend, not for a longher vacation. The dinner table was in the bedroom,we could not eat there,sorry. No chairs or table in the balcony It would be perfect as 1 bedroom,not 2. I would suggest if I may to put an extra sofa bed in in the bedroom to avoid the extra beds in the lounge. In this way the room could be use as a proper lounge/diner room(with the existing sofa bed) and you will still have space for 4/6 guests

Great position, comfy beds, spacious, easy walk into city centre, BRILLIANT value for money staff were very helpful despite a bit of language barrier, however their English was better than our Polish. Nothing. The shared kitchenette on the landing was a bit strange but spotless. Not ideal if you are planning on making large family meals every night.

- Good Location: close to the city center.​ - Clean, spacious and Comfortable Rooms. - Friendly and helpful Staff including the manager and the girls at the reception. - We might come back again :)

- No elevator, but manageable to reach the first floor with heavy luggage; however, the building's common areas seemed a bit dated. - No Dishwasher: Felt the need for a dishwasher with limited tableware: plates and cutlery for 5 people. ​

Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us a map with the best places where to go for a meal and attractions. Not very far away from city centre but I would recommend taking the tram. Apartment was clean and options off hot drinks. The kitchen had everything what you need but it would be good to have a few bigger bowls for making a salads etc. Parking available on the street next to apartment for additional fee.

The room was quite outdated but didn't bother us for one night stay. Unpleasant smell in the communal corridor.

Staff on the reception really friendly and helpful. We been show to our apartment ,map given with directions how to get to main tourist places we wanted to visit. Apartment was really clean had everything that was needed for our one night stay . Good location walking distance to town square and close to airport.

We were travelling with two little kids light in the kitchen that was between two rooms (13) was moved sensitive and when kids were going to sleep it was not nice that it was coming on. But I have to say I didn't ask can that be turned off.
