Great location, it’s walking distance from everything you want. The hotel is really nice higher quality than expected for the money spent and communication was good and we arrived after a late flight and check in was very easy with good instructions for late night arrival.

The beds are new and the mattresses are good quality the shower is lovely and in general just well thought out coffee machine and everything you need laid out nice and clean. I would recommend this place to my family and anyone that likes good value for their money.

It was wonderful, quite clean and modernist, at the same time the whole building has some sort of Italian touch while at the entrance you can find an indian and other restaurants. It is literally in the heart of Krakow, next to the teatr bagetala, and you can reach to old town by just 5 mins of straight walk through the planty park. Maybe placing a washing machine in a corridore could be nice. Overall, it is 10/10, and Ms. Agnieszka was super helpful and welcoming. Polecam.

Check-in and -out very easy. All necessary info was provided via e-mail/message beforehand. Staff was always available via e-mail and questions were answered very quickly. Beautiful and well-equipped room (+free tea and coffee!), very conveniently located (busy street outside but air condition allows for closed windows during hot nights, so no problem).

Just a few minor things which did not affect our stay considerably. A shelve in the wardrobe was quite dusty which we only noticed after we had black clothes on it. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our bags in the available luggage room after check-out since the room seemed unsupervised and was unlocked and close to the entrance door (but this might only be our insecurity).

Excellent location just a short stroll to the main square, tram stop right outside. Lots of shops and eateries near by. The place was immaculate and room was very impressive. A couple of small niggles - we could’ve done with a bin in the main area rather than just a tiny bin in the bathroom, no mirror in the main room, the only mirror is in the bathroom which meant hogging the bathroom when doing hair and makeup. Would’ve also loved a second pillow on the bed each we ended up having to use the cushions. Only very minor things and wouldn’t hesitate to return here or recommend to others very highly. Thanks

Location was very close to the old town. The apartment was more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spacious and had all the basics in the kitchen. Communication with host was also very clear.

Location is excellent, a short walk from the old town square, just far enough away that the apartment is quiet. Nice to be slightly off the square, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay closer. We didn’t get disturbed at all. In fact didn’t see anybody else coming in and out. The apartment was very clean and although on the smaller size it had everything we needed and was nicely done. A little tricky to initially locate but instructions are clear. Would stay here again and recommended. Excellent value for money. Walking distance from the station and good location for pick up for trips.

Additional set of pillows in the bed would be good. Also a safe to leave passports rather than having to carry them around with you.

Very nice room, spotlessly clean and well decorated. Powerful shower and shower gel available. Nice touch to have tea and coffee machine available outside in the lobby and a luggage storage room/toilet. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The area and building also felt very safe and secure.

The rooms could benefit from a full length mirror inside for getting dressed. There also could have been clearer communication regarding check in as this was a little bit confusing.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the main square. All you need for a comfortable stay. Stayed for a week & the apartment is great for a longer visit. Carrefour Express shop opposite & a lovely Polish Restaurant as well, which very very cheap !

Nothing I didn’t like ! The Apartment is a little tricky to find, as it’s through the building, passing through a couple of very smart eateries ! The owner is not there to see you in, as it’s a coded door lock. But just before you arrive she will text or email instructions how to enter etc, so no need to panic.

Excellent location and accessible to the old town. Cleanliness, patio and safety. The shared coffee machine in the hallway was awesome, thank you. We would definitely come back again.

Without a phone connection we would not have been able to access staff on check in and to ask questions about our stay (note to self - one cannot always rely on wifi). We did not know how to check in or find our room. (We were a little early, someone spotted us and gave us some help) Thankful room was ready for us. Had not anticipated stairs. A comfortable lounge chair to relax in after a long day walking around would have been good.

Best location, everything at walking distance. Personnel very helpful, we communicated with messages and helped us with sightseeing reservations.

Everything was great; minor improvement could be with pillows, have some extra if possible. We had a balcony - didn’t have or want to use - but it was missed to be cleaned as the ashtray was full from previous customers.
