Amazing location. Only 6 min walk from the old town. Incredibly clean facility. You couldn't find anything bad at the room. The room was large and the bed was queen size. Great staff, really helpful. The breakfast buffet wasn't very big but was more than enough! Extra tip: If you have a car, ask to reserve a parking spot. It may seem expensive but it was the cheapest among all the parking spots around Krakow old town.

The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious, reasonably varied, and it had a few changes during the 3 days we were there, which is always nice. Great position close to the city centre, in a tranquil neighbourhood.

While the bathroom was modern, it had a bathtub instead of a shower, meaning that as a tall guy I made quite I mess whenever I tried to shower (there was no shower curtain). The blinds in the room also weren't able to entirely block out the sun, so it could get quite bright quite early. The AC unit was sometimes a bit noisy, but worked well.

Lighting oversight: While the lighting wasn’t a major issue for us, it was odd that about five bulbs in the room and bathroom weren’t working. Since the room is regularly cleaned, it’s surprising this hadn’t been noticed or addressed earlier — it seemed like a long-standing issue. The staff did offer to move us to another room, but we declined, so they replaced the most bothersome bulb in the bathroom.

This aparthotel is very well located and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very clean and spacious and kitchen is amazingly equiped so you would be able to prepare yourself a simple meal, coffee or tea. Location is perfect because you are at the edge of old town, so you are close enough, but at the same time far enough to be very peacefull. Very large windows so it is very bright. Service and staff are great.

Just a little bit more variety for breakfast. There are people who do not eat pork, so it would be nice to have some fish or poultry options whennit comes to meat.

This hotel was amazing, very stylish. The receptionist was very helpful and went out of her way to help us with an small issue we had ( unfortunately we did not get her name, long blonde hair, very sweet!) The room was just what we needed for our 3 night stay, very comfortable, clean and a good amount of necessities needed for the stay. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of fresh food and choice. An amazing shower, with plenty of hot water. We checked out at 10.00 and we were able to leave our luggage at the premises until our flight later that day, which gave us the opportunity to freely walking around the old town. This hotel was situated in a great area, just a short walk to the old town, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops along the way.

I can honestly say ...... There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. If the opportunity arises in the future for another visit to Krakow we would definitely stay at the same place.

The staff were more than polite, helpful and courteous, at any time in the day, even whilst checking in at 2am, so, so helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious. We slept very comfortable. We could set the heat of the radiator to our comfort. The hotel offers cleaning on request which reduced our carbon foot print by avoiding unecessary towel changes etc. The little kitchen had some basics, only suggestion is to add a tea towel. TV could receive multiple language channels, we needed German and had a choice of 3 channels and a German children's channel. Breakfast was elaborate with something for everyone and a daily variety of egg dishes. We were thrilled to find Shoukha for our Dubai heart but also poppy seed cake for our Austrian heart. I am a salad eater and could get my daily dose of nutrients so that I could later in the day indulge in the Polish cuisine in Krakow. Everything is well presented, neat and clean. We twice did a trip when we had to leave earlier than breakfast starts. We were provided with packed breakfast, which was so much that it kept us going for the whole day. We were really pampered. We can highly recommend this hotel apartment. It was extremely good value for money.

The most amazing huge pillows, like twice the size of normal ones and like marshmallows!!! May buy some for at home. I slept so well. Great aircon, needed as there was a mini heatwave when I visited (early May). Shower was huge, powerful and hot. Really quiet both in terms of location and noise from other guests. So modern and clean, both my room and the whole building. It was a genuine treat to stay here, nicer than my apartment in England!! Breakfast was fab, loved the pancakes and cheesecake and eggs especially. Friendly staff on reception and my stay was so reasonably priced considering its location. You dont need to pay for a posh hotel with pool/restaurants etc when youre out all day sightseeing. Id definitely stay again

Seriously nothing. Only thing to make it perfect would i just wish breakfast could be even earlier to fit in with trips out.

Staff were excellent, they were very friendly and helpful, the location was within walking distance of the Old Town, our apartment was very spacious with modern facilities, great choice for breakfast and all areas including our apartment were spotlessly clean

The only slight issue for me was the water for tea at breakfast was not hot, no big problem as we had a kettle in our apartment and could make our own hot tea😁

The location was very good, only a few minutes walk away from a couple of tram stations. Close to the park and main square. There was a good selection of food on offer for breakfast. Lots of variety of hot and cold food. The room and hotel were spotless. There was great natural light in the room. Staff at reception and breakfast very friendly and helpful.

The pillows provided are no addition at all they should be chucked. The mattress was not firm enough for my liking either.

The location was within short walking distance to the center. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet, especially with the windows closed. You didn't hear the neighbors. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped, and the shower worked well. Everything above the floor was clean, but the carpet needed some shampooing. Breakfast was tasty with good choices, but when you came 90 minutes after it started, staff had a hard time replenishing the food. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our suitcases in storage until our departure in the afternoon.

The wi-fi was frequently down for short periods of time. One of the lamps next to bed was not working, and despite reporting it, it was not repaired. Our room was rather small, and we had to move furniture to make room for a second suitcase.
