I recently stayed at 4Seasons Apartments Cracow, and I’m so happy with my choice! Although the location is not right in the center of the Old Town, it was still very convenient and easy to reach all the main attractions. The staff was amazing—so friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English, which was very important for me since I don’t speak Polish. They made my stay very comfortable. The apartment was fantastic! It felt like a small, private one-bedroom flat. By the way, the bed is very comfortable! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the lighting in the room was perfect—bright and cozy, which I really appreciated. There were also plenty of mirrors, which is always a big plus for a girl like me! The apartment had everything I needed, and it was so spacious and well-organized. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend 4Seasons Apartments Cracow to anyone visiting Krakow. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no lighting in front of the front door, you have to turn on a flashlight, which is not very convenient if your hands are busy!!

Clean, good location with shops near and only a 30 min walk to the Jewish Quatre and 10 min walk to the old town and only £12 from the airport using bolt and easy check-in via safe

95 steps up to the top floor with no lift, (we knew this when booking) but didn't realise how many steps it was. Luckily there was a big group of us to help with luggage but if elderly or struggle with mobility, be mindful of this. Booked as a group of 6 and only 5 chairs at the table No contact with staff, so had to buy extra toilet roll not a huge deal

We had 2 apartments for 5 people and both apartments were really spacious, clean and in good condition. The process of collecting keys was explained fully and easy to follow. Staff were excellent and helpful when contacted via booking.com, they helped arrange transfers to and from the airport, booked an auschwitz tour for us and allowed us to keep our luggage in the office on the last day after check out. The location of the apartments was great, 5-10 minutes into the main square with good public transport links around.

I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, great room, good value for money. Check-in was simple - I met my host in the office at the back of the building. He not only handed me my keys but took the time to go through the map and places I might want to go (all of which I did). The room was great - clean, well kitted out and one of the best showers I have had when staying away. It even had a fully kitted kitchen and a balcony. The security code/ key combination meant that I could come and go when I wanted. The location is good with easy access to old town on foot and the tram system at the end of the road. Checkout was simple - I just had to post the key. Highly recommend this property. And, finally, Krakow itself was lovely and lots to do.

Nothing, I was happy with the room. If I'm being picky maybe the bathroom could have been a bit bigger but it was fine.

Location was good. About a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Seemed to be a pretty quite part of the city so we had no disturbances during the night or anything. We couldn't get the TV going in the room but we didn't need it anyway. We spent most of our days doing tours so we were only in the apartment in the evening. It was handy having a bit of a kitchen so we could prepare lunches for our day trips.

Lovely room overlooking the street. The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. He carried my bags up to the room which was above and beyond and then showed me around my rental. Very good location - walked everywhere.

It was a little loud with the main door slamming as other residents/guests entered the building throughout the night. I personally did not mind too much but it would likely be problematic for others.

The apartment was very spacious, clean tidy and modern The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed It has plenty of facilities in the kitchen The heating worked well and we also had a little balcony if you wanted a little fresh air. Bathroom was very new and stylish and the shower water temperature was excellent. There was a shop just 2 minutes down the road if you need to get anything also. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visited Krakow in the future.

Bathroom had so much space to put our stuff in. Bed was comfortable. The balcony looking into the back had an amazing view. Inside of the house was really good in terms of temperature even though it was cold outside.

There were only 4 body towels and 1 floor towel, no head towels or a towel to dry our hands. Also, we had a problem with the lock of the door (we were staying in apt. 4). We couldn’t get it to lock properly.

The staff are super friendly, and brief us on everything, and even had a map ready for us. Plus they have a folder with a lot of information you need for day tour etc. they allowed us to check in earlier on our first day in krakow and check out quite late as our flight was in the evening which was great!! Thank you. We stayed here for 4 days. The apartment was big enough room for 4 people!

A bit far fm the station, but then we made the decision to stay at this apartment so i think thats ok.
