Beautiful apartment. Lovely high ceilings, tastefully decorated. Large balcony. Situated 10 min walk from the main square. Very clean. Zabka in the corner of the building if you needed any essential shopping. Very quiet.

TV alarm went off at 2.45am on our first night and couldn't find a way to turn off, so I just had to pull the plug out. Also, one evening, someone got into the building looking to rent a room and knocked on our door. We had to explain that reception was only covered early in the day, which he was unhappy with, was very worrying that he'd just got in when the door can only be opened with a code or key card.

Location and the room was adequate for our needs

A taxi was supposed to collect us from the airport, however they had gone by the time we got through Customs control. They were only going to wait up to 45 mins. They should have found out how busy the Customs hall was and taken that into account. We could not move through Customs any faster than the officials would allow. Disappointed that the taxi firm would not return to pick us up.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The balcony was fantastic and we enjoyed the breakfast there and a afternoon pree dinner drink. The apartment was remote and silent. The bed in the sleeping room was good and comfortable.

Unfortunately the sofabed in the livingroom was not suited for two adults, as it was too narrow. It was also not a good bed for comfortable sleeping. This apartment only suites 3 adults or two adults and two smaller kids

Room was spacious & airy plus a nice temperature. The location was good.

The TV had only one English Channel which was World News. I feel it would be better to have more or something like Netflix. An apartment is generally where people spend more time in the place, after sightseeing. We heard someone else questioning whether there were other channels as well. Also, there wasn’t many tea & coffee sachets for the 4 nights we were there.

The apartment was very clean. Located nearby old town, everything was within 10 minutes walk. The reception was also very helpful and kind. We were a family of three (2 adults and a 13y old girl) and found our staying at Belle Epoque very satisfying and pleasant. The neighborhood is extremely quite and safe, next to some University buildings. The price/day was very logical. We absolutely recommend it to you all!

Everything was great

The apartment was excellent, perfect for 4 adults, it is around a 5-10minute walk to the main square(depending on your walking speed), safe area to walk in at night-nice little bakeries around for breakfast or lunch-a shop on the corner next to the apartment also. Staff available if needed and we were also able to leave our luggage on the last day once we had checked out. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a spacious, classy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance of both the train station and the old town. The small grocery store next door was handy..

This accommodation is located in the central area of Krakow just north of the old town. That area has criss-crossing trams and busses going almost everywhere but, unusually, Belle Epoque wasn't particularly close to any public-transport stop. So, you get an abundance of quiet and a very pleasant stay, but you have to walk a bit more.

Plenty of space for us all, good sized beds, bathroom and well equipped kitchenette and dinner table. Door host was very helpful. The hotel was just a five minute walk from the main square, and in a nice area.

The accommodation was very good and suited our needs. The only slight negative was that the room didn't have a view, just skylight windows.

Room was with two floor and kids loved it. Air conditioner is like a godsend because it is so hot outside. Room was clean and a have lot of space. Location is super. Small walking distance from old town. A lot of drinking glasses and plates. Staff was helpful

Here and there was some hair Roof windows doesnt have curtains and in the summer morning sunlight come in the room pretty early.

Second visit to this accommodation, stayed in the same room a year ago. Dissatisfied that the safe deposit box did not function all week although I reported it to reception at least twice. Room not serviced all week, ran out of toilet paper and coffee satchets.
