Hotel was in an excellent location 10 minute walk to main square and 5 minute walk to tram/bus stop. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold options. Rooms were warm a nice size and cleaned everyday with the towels also being changed everyday. Tea and coffee provided in the room. We left before breakfast on our final morning spoke to receptionist and she arranged for us to collect a food bag before we left giving a choice of meat or vegetarian. Each bag contained three small salad rolls two with ham and one with cheese a piece of fruit, yoghurt, cereal bar and s bottle of water.

There is a need to put some more seating in the bar area.

The location is great, just outside the old town. The interier is clean and pleasant, including a the restaurant and bar. The room was properly clean and pleasant. Our room was small, but there was enough space for luggage and to move around. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful, we left our luggage at the reception for a few hours after the checkout. The breakfast was very good. We stayed for 2 nights, and the 2nd morning some of the options were different, which is great. We liked the coffee (which was important for us). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The pillows were super thin, but that is subjective. We were woken up by the neighbours, but that is not really hotel’s fault. The walls are not super thin, but we could hear people talking loudly in the hallway.

Even before we arrived, the staff helped so much online with booking tours. On arrival at the hotel, we noticed how clean it was - exceptionally clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast (included in the price) was great and fresh, lots of options. We had dinner in the hotel for 1 evening and again the staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Not the hotel fault - but there were a crowd of "elderly" men staying and they were extremely drunk and very loud most days/nights. The hotel staff did their best at keeping them quiet, but could see it was a hard job! Apart from that, couldn't fault anything.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. From help with a sewing kit to booking a table at a local restaurant. Bar staff and waiting staff were equally amazing. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast unbeatable. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The only gripe I would have is the lack of choice for television channels but then again I wasn’t there to watch tv!

The breakfast was one of the best with a big selection of foods. Good information on the key card envelope. The staff quickly addressed issues. They were friendly and interacted with us.

The cobblestone in the courtyard is very bad on suitcase wheels. One old suitcase wheel became broken. Staff did not understand that I booked and would pay for multiple rooms for my group. They assigned the wrong name to the reservation.

Super breakfast buffet. Nice room. A/C would be nicer if the temp was 23 not 25. . The staff kept tables clean. Good shower controls.

Minor problems: The booking information was mixed up. Bad information system and procedures. My name was changed to the name of someone else in the group. My name could not be found easily and continued on the paper I signed. The rough pavement broke one of my suitcase wheels.

The hotel is fabulous, rooms decent size, very clean fresh towels every day, complimentary waters each day with tea and coffee also. Nice touch was that you could take an apple from the reception/bar too which was also help yourself! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Hotel location was only a short 10 minute walk to the main square and close to transport links and a corner convenance shop. Shower was good with a heated towel rack in the bathroom which again was a nice added touch. Fridge available in the room also. Iron and ironing board available when asked at reception which the staff kindly brought to our room and we were able to keep for the duration of our stay. Would 100% stay at this hotel again we had such a pleasant stay here! Thank you!

If i am being really picky, there is only one pillow which was fine for me however my partner struggled to sleep with, after the first night he asked at the reception for an extra pillow which he received without problem. Brilliant service!

The location to the Old Town and the Market Square was brilliant, less than 10 minute walk. The room very good, warm, clean and comfortable. Complimentary water replenished daily was a nice touch too. Good food and drink in the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were a credit to the hotel. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Two small gripes. One that we were in building B so had to go outside to get to restaurant and reception, luckily the weather was dry. Two there was no milk for the tea and coffee in the room.

I greatly enjoyed this stay! The only disappointing part of my stay was that I thought I had paid for / agreed upon a price for room & breakfast for my group, but was informed breakfast wasn’t included… it was confusing & expensive. The rate was the same online for both at different points, so it didn’t feel good paying 600 each day for my group for breakfast.

Great location, short walk to central square, great communication both before and during our stay, requested rooms close to each other which was great. Breakfast was really good, something for everyone. Bar staff really friendly and great value drinks/ cocktails We had to leave early on a trip one morning and got a packed breakfast at 6 am.
