Room was very large and everything was shiny and clean. Using the codes to access the room was easy-peasy,

There was a "mirror" on the ceiling near the bed (not over it). I can only surmise that it hides a camera that can view inside the room. I may be wrong, but I thought it was extremely creepy. Don't believe any excuse from the company representing this property. If it's not a two-way mirror, they should remove it. Also, they sent an inordinate number of emails, some of which were unable to be viewed. I will follow this up with the hotel.

we choose the accommodation because they offer a parking, but there was no parking available. You will find out after you pay and there is no possibility of cancellation of accommodation.

The property was spacious with a good sized kitchen. The sofa bed was comfy with a bedding store in it if you wanted to hid the bed away in the day. Property was very close to the old town. Very secure. Very quiet. Very good value for money.

We had two apartments and ours smelt of smoke when we arrived. They were unable to swap us to another one but it wouldn’t put me off going again as everything else was good. There is no smoking in the apartment but we had one with a balcony which had an ashtray on it so got unlucky.

clean modern apartment with electronic access so no chance to lose keys. quiet area and pleasant walk to main square (10 mins). Facilities other than temperature control systems excellent

the heating is under wire grids on the floor which made it difficult to walk barefoot or balance table/chair legs and while there were rugs/mats on the floor these were a trip hazzard as the edges were curled. It was a hot week and the air conditioning was ineffective. The entire system was controlled from bedroom rather than being able to adjust for each individual area. Internet connection was intermittent and unreliable all week. Was advised issues being experienced with network however there seemed to be a number of networks being displayed for the apartment block. No cable TV so only polish channels

This place has its own private garden!! I couldn't believe it, in the middle of the city! such a nice surprise! And I can't believe they don't advertise it. Based on photos I was afraid it won't have windows at all, but it does, but you have full privacy due to walls around the garden and no peeking neighbors. The apartment is low in the ground, but has two full size windows, there's no road noise, just birds chirping:) The bed was so incredibly comfortable, I'm almost tempted to ask who manufactured it, because it was the best!

You can hear the upstairs neighbors a bit, especially when they were vacuuming at 7:30am, but it wasn't too bad, everything else made up for it and some!

The apartment is close to the city center square so we walked everywhere. The apartment is on the top floor and it has 2 floors: the kitchen + living room (with 2 big couches) + toilet on the bottom floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the top floor. One bedroom is very small and one is very big. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were ok. You can do laundry. It was perfect for 2 families. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast or takeout (we didn't cook while on vacation), including a dishwasher and freezer. We were always in contact with the host, when we needed anything.

We missed some towel hooks in all the bathrooms. And on the bottom floor you could smell smoke at night, especially in the bathroom.

- No shadows on the windows that is especially uncomfortable with a baby, as the sun shines in almost all-day long. A shadow on the windows could be an easy addition and gives a very good impression to guests I believe - Given that the accommodation is on the top floor in the attic, the bedroom ceilings are quite low and squeezed.

communication with host was easy and rather quick. location is great (in a good area, right by the very center). the flat itself was very clean and welcoming but some kitchenware (bowls and plates) were not clean. It can happen. It is not a problem. But maybe just a tip, tell the cleaning person to check the kitchenware too. the beds were comfortable but the sofa maybe a bit less comfortable (one of our children slept in it and she was very happy though). the code system is good, you don t need to worry about keys. we could have the parking place in the garage (for extra fee) for 3 days out of 4 and it was very convenient. (but there are at least 2 guarded carparks very near).

The wifi signal is very low, we could hardly get internet through the Wifi even being right next to the box. the flat is a bit noisy (you hear the upstairs neighbours moving the chairs or hear the noise in the corridor (but it is OK).

The communication before check-in was good with all details provided. We had no problem finding the location and no problem using the codes to enter from the street and then different code to enter the apartment. Everything in the apartment worked and everything from kitchen to bathroom to balcony was as expected. We slept well, our dog was happy. Short walk to Old town. We didnt pay for the onsite underground parking and didnt have any problem with finding parling int he street, however if we stayed here again then we would pay for the underground parking because unpacking would be much easier with lift starigh to room and the cost of parking in the street not that much different from paying for the insite park. The apartment is a mid level, good value option. Everything good thank you

It is a lovely, clean flat in a great location. It is well-equipped and comfortable, with a powerful shower and excellent Wi-Fi.

Parking proved problematic. First, the fob was difficult to find in the flat as it was high on the inside of the front door. It took us a long time to locate it. Next to the remote controls would have been helpful or at least some directions. Then it would have been useful to tell us that due to the one-way roads, we had to drive around the block (about 3 minutes) to get to the garage just around the corner. Then, another car was in our designated spot one day, which caused us to change spots.
