Good location, very close to the city center. We received a map at the check in and helped us very much. We also got lucky and for 2 days got a parking place on the street, but also the hotel guides you to a parking place nearby (it is a bit expensive). We had in the room ironing table and iron, minibar (empty), hairdryer, air conditioner. Room was big enough and clean. The interior garden is a big plus.

There were no slippers or bathrobes. The wifi internet worked but sometimes in the garden had low signal. The breakfast is not so variated. The pillows were way too soft for us. The building is old and at ground floor it smelled like mold in some areas.

The staff are a credit to you…. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Always wonderful to be greeted with a smile and a willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 👍 Would recommend as a great central location.

The bedroom decor outdated and far too dark. Lighting poor. Carpets definitely need replacement and too much dark wood… Felt oppressive. Air conditioning wasn’t great. A must for me as this always the first thing I make sure when I book anywhere.

Staff were helpful and always happy to make tea or coffee for us . Breakfast was also very good scrambled eggs, salad cereal fresh fruit + quite a few other things. There was a box off toiletries at reception that you could help your self to . If you wanted your room clean you needed to put the tag on the door. Quite a small basic hotel but homely I would stay there again The hotel was just a short walk to the town square 5-7minuets .

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, well-organized, and felt very safe. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the whole place had a really cozy atmosphere. The backyard was absolutely lovely – such a charming spot to relax. A special shoutout to Emily at the reception! She was always so friendly, cheerful, and made us feel truly welcome.

The hotel was in a good location just a short walk to the old town, the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. The staff in the breakfast room were very hard working ensuring the food was replenished and fresh. There was a nice garden area with plenty of seating.

Had a very warm greeting on first arriving at the hotel. Our room was upgraded (thank you) and very spacious and comfortable. At breakfast there is a good selection of hot and cold food. Good location for the Old Town Square, just a 2 minute walk away.

Nothing to really complain about. Staff were lovely. Hotel was well located and very well kept.

Location is one of the best. Really close to the Old Town square but very quiet with a small internal court covered by trees where to relax after a walk around town. Staff more than friendly. Very kind in trying to accommodate all the needs. Check-in was allowed well in advance of the scheduled time.

Excellent central location with just a short walk to the city square. Was perfect for being centrally located but still far from the city noise. Good breakfast that fulfilled our needs/expectations. The room was a kind of a double room with a double bed at one side and a sofa bed on the other adjacent room what was perfect for a family with two small children. Staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice inner yard and also a small games room.

A but unusual that you need to ask the room to be cleaned as room service is not done by default, but not a real problem.

Good location just outside of "old town", plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. Surprisingly easy to find street parking. We had a "family room" and it was perfect with one double bed in one room and a completely separate room with a sofabed for the kid. Had a good breakfast.

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. From start to finish, communication was great. The staff can't do enough for you whatever time of day or night. They are friendly and willing to help however they can. Breakfast had a good selection of food and hot and cold drinks. The scrambled eggs are cooked perfectly! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room and bathroom were so clean! It had everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone wanting to go to Krakow. Location is off the main square but only a 2 minute walk or so away, which suited us. Our last day, we had an early flight, so reception pre-arranged a breakfast/packed lunch for us to take to the airport!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or the staff.
