Very spacious room, bathroom and shower cabin

Caution: there is no elevator. Going up to the upper floors might be difficult for not fit/elderly people, especially with baggage. Although the receptionist offered help if needed.

We had city view which wasn’t what we were expecting as the view was the building across the road (see photo) Being in the front of building was very loud due to trams/traffic until very late at night and restarted early hours (earplugs were provided but if you are light sleeper maybe ask for room at back of building) No lift (if you struggle with stairs request lower floor) No air conditioning but Dan was provided Bed had plastic protector on which in the heat was unbearable to sleep on (we slept in top of duvet)

The hotel is easily located in the old town - and easy to find. When we arrived, at 11am, checked-in was a few doors along the road. The hotel is built into several buildings that are linked along the street, and there was only one reception. At first impression the hotel was clean, and well kept with a well kept and nice back garden. The surrounding area is quiet, with several options for food and drinks, and a small shop. The tram stopped outside the hotel. The hotel offered to keep our luggage to, as we wanted to check in early and check out late- to suit our plans. Our room was on the fourth floor, WOW, it was a big room and immaculately clean. The room had air con, and heating available to use, and monitor ourselves. The bathroom had a modern shower with heated towel rail. Shampoo, body wash was available, and a hair dryer. The room, was cleaned, daily including beds, bin emptied, room tidied and towels replenished every day. The rooms was also decorated to a good modern standard. TV available, usb plugs. Shower had "waterfall effect" and small head, and the shower looked to be very new. Also unlike many hotels the electric, was not operated by the key and air conditioning could be left on whilst out, which I think in the very hight of summer would be needed- as the room we stayed in appeared to be built in the attic space. Same in the winter but the additional heating mode could be activated. Coffee, and selection of tea and water jug in the room. Every landing had a fresh water dispenser, for anyone's use. Breakfast- was excellent and rotated daily. All fresh and to a high standard. Four hot food selections, a large cold selection of cold meats and cheese. cereals, cakes & pastries and biscuits, salad, selection of eggs (Hot and cold), Toast jams and spreads, and large selection of yogurts, toppings and large fruit selection in several different varieties.

There are no lifts, in the part of the hotel we stayed in. This was my own fault for not checking, but for some the stairs maybe an issue. I also noted the top floor windows are also tilted and can fully open inwards. My only concern at the height of the hotel, the windows should have restricted opening. This may not be a legal obligation in Poland, so it shouldn't be a fault of the hotel just a personal observation.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms are basic but clean. Good location as not too far to walk into the Old Town. Breakfast was very nice, however some of the staff were not helpful. The gardens are a great bonus, really enjoyed being able to sit in the garden.

There is no lift which is not ideal for all. There was one member of reception staff who was friendly the others were miserable. The rooms were very warm so thankfully there was a fan that we had to keep on constantly when in the room as there is no air conditioning.

Room was great with room for 4 in 2 adjoining rooms. Location was very convenient, close to old town and the train station/Galeria Krakowska. Breakfast was tasty with choices for everyone. For the price this was a great choice.

It was very hot in the room. There were fans set up but that is not the same as A/C. When the window was open, road noise was loud, including trams starting very early in the morning.

The property is close to the train and bus station. Very safe to walk at night. Easy to find. Me as a traveller i take my bed sheet wherever i go,but when i saw how clean every single thing is in the room,i put the sheet straight back into my bag. The bathroom is so clean,that even on the shower skirting on the outside didnt have a speck of dust,even the towel hooks,the radiator in the bathroom and the light switch was very very clean!!! No dust whatsoever.the room has a kettle and tea,coffee and mineral water.very modern bedroom and a nice view of the garden. This hotel is home away from home.As soon as you enter the hotel,there is a smell of lovely perfume.and i will stay there again when i return to Krakow. The staff is absolutely AMAZING.very kind and helpful!!! I suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to go. Its not a 3 star,its a 5star for me!!!and there is no noice of traffic or people.the rooms were also very very warm!!

Nothing to say!!everything is perfect!!

Nice big room and bathroom very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. We needed an extra blanket and extra coffee which was given to us straight away. Me and my teenage daughter tried local foods and drink .Walked miles and found lots of spiral staircases to walk up and down. Some places of interest are free to enter on different days The location was excellent we took the train from the airport then walked.Close to places of interest, lots with in easy walking distance, trams and buses very close . The area felt very safe when walking around later in the evening.

Perhaps have a small fridge, (not needed if you eat out all the time)

It was clean, good ample room. It was fine, but in my case, nothing like the pictures. I liked the room, but no fridge, TV locked so no change of language (as if every visitor were going to be Polish), and I had a 4th floor and no elevator available. Good external areas to chill out. For the price, it was good.

Would have loved an elevator...

The location was great 10 minute walk to the main train station if you walk the other way 7 min walk to the old town, there is a water dispenser out on every floor which makes it very convenient even sparkling water, the hotel has a very nice garden area, the hotel was clean and quiet very helpful and friendly staff.

The fact that there is no elevator was upsetting but if u pack light it shouldn’t be a problem

Good breakfast, very good staff and location. As an example. We rented two bikes. They need a repair, but you could use them. The guy who gave them to us, cleaned them, helped us find the best way to use them. The bike needs repair or even replacenent, the staff is working hard and friendly.

The hotelroom gives a bit outdated feelings. On the other hand. Everything is very clean and working.
