The location of the hotel is very good. 20 minutes by walk from the Railway station and 20 minutes by walk to the Old City. There are the polite staff. Breakfast is pretty good. Various food for every wish. They have a little parking. The room on the yard side is quiet. We have had a question with towels. They brought us additional towels quickly. The hair dryer didn’t work in our room. The specialist went in and changed it.

They have a small parking and the entry to the parking is very narrow. If your room will be on the road side, be ready to hear sounds of the street and trams on there. And the bright lights will go to your room.

The details were perfect. Water coolers on every floor. Room had everything you need and more. View was beautiful of the amazing garden area they had which you can relax in. Staff was very friendly, breakfast had a great selection and very cheap. Location was right in the centre of Krakow and yet it was so quiet in the hotel. Fans in the room and a beautiful building

Only thing I would say is the pigeons ruining the outside dining experience and being chaotic. Maybe it would be good to put up a net in that area?

Location, room, people.

When I booked and paid for the room, I received an email describing the parking limitations near the hotel. It would be correct to describe these limits before the client makes a booking decision. At first I was angry that the opposite happened. But in this case it even worked out for the better. Because, knowing about the parking limitations, I would not have booked this accommodation. But as the result, we really enjoyed our stay there. Very cozy, carefree, convenient for our business and walks around old Krakow.

Rooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms (shower pressure - always my benchmark) excellent. Excellent breakfast in their garden conservatory on first day. Super good breakfast the following day in the cafe opening onto the street - great cakes and coffee - definitely one for coffee lovers.

Only a small thing, the reception area was a bit gloomy and could do with a bit of a refresh. But the staff more than made up for it by being super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast definitely above average. Very well situated. Comfortable bed…even though small. Shower stall didn’t leak to wet the floor…. as it is above floor level, I am sure some less able people might easily trip. It’s nice to have real glasses, cups and teaspoons and not plastic - thank you. The WiFi was good. Lovely garden. For drivers, I guess the parking is an asset.

We understand that in an Old City, there are compromises, such as multiple levels on a given floor, small rooms and uneven steps. That adds charm. We do feel that more attention should be made to electric plugs, there are not enough for the modern electronic traveler….maybe more usb points would help. The TV wasn’t up to expectations at all. Besides being small, response time and range of channels is very poor. One type of soap (liquid) in this case, doesn’t cover the level I’d expect from this class of hotel.

It was an easy walk down to the Old Town and has a coffee shop right next door, which was great for the mornings. The beds were very comfy and the staff were excellent, really helpful, polite and cheerful. The rooms were all very clean and well equipped, especially for the low price we paid. We didn't use the garden due to the time of year, but two of our group went for breakfast and said it was good, again especially for the little we paid.

The only complaint I could have was that the trams come across the front of the building and seem to start around 6am. If you're at the front with the windows open, it can wake you up.

The hotel is on a good spot, near the train station and the old town. You can enjoy the breakfast in the garden, which is very nice. The hotel has also a friendly atmosphere. Helpfull staff. We had a balcony at he back, viewing the garden. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was a bit small and a bit outdated. You could hear the elevator. Also the renovations were quite noisy. The curtan was a bit too small.

Location was excellent, about 10 minutes to the old town entrance, 15 from the main railway station and the adjacent mall. There is also a good cafe next door to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choices and staff very helpful and nice.

The rooms are dated and a bit tired, with windows that did not open (until fixed by staff). On the bright side, it was very clean.

The property was very clean. The room was very clean. I loved the fact that it had two separate bathrooms, one had a bathtub and the other had a standup shower, but it only had one toilet.

The pictures online were very misleading. I was expecting to get 2 room with 2 full-size beds in each room. We ended up getting a room with four twin size beds.

perfect throughout, check in was effortless, friendly efficient receptionist, room was good size spotlessly clean , large bright modern bathroom with powerful shower cleaned every day, tea/ coffee making facility with complimentary bottled sparkling and still water refreshed every day. We had a garden room through good luck we hadn't asked for or booked one. We had read reviews that rooms were noisy I can see how they might be as the hotel is on a busy road so requesting a garden room would be a good idea. Perfect location 10 minute walk to the main station one way and a 10 minute walk on one road to the main market square, old town in the other. room had a window that could be fully opened keeping the room fresh and allowing us to control the temperature. breakfast available although we didn't chose to take it, easy checkout and the facility of bag storage. We had a family room for 3 adults with 3 full size beds. We were over impressed with every aspect of this hotel including the price would highly recommend and are even considering a return visit next December already.
