Love the location, was so easy to get to everywhere. Not to close to the centre but not far away for walking. The room was clean and comfortable, well aerated and roomy. Staff were lovely when we checked in (this was the only time we had contact with them) and were very helpful. They were very kind and let us check in early as well, which was so helpful.

I wasn’t too keen on breakfast, good spread but not to my taste as it seemed to be a lot of lunch items e.g. tuna salad, not a lot of pastry items (but this is just my personal preference). I also wished there was more supply of teas and coffee in our room. We only got 2 each of the milk, teabag and coffees. We were usually out all day and so by the time we get back, reception was closed and we couldn’t get anymore. I think it’s a small thing that would go a long way. Not sure if there was a problem with the pipes but the entry way also smelt like sewage, some days stronger than others, which was a bit off putting when you first walk in. Overall we’ll definitely stay here again. The location is convenient, clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was able to leave my suitcase before the check-in in the storage room, which allowed me to explore the city more comfortably. Very good breakfast, the room was clean and rather cosy.

Soundproofing could be better as the noise comes from the outside and inside the hotel you can hear all sounds from the other rooms. There was a loud bang at 2a.m which terrified me: it sounded like someone was trying to break through my door, but I guess it was the hall door being closed.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view that made our mornings extra special. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from each day. The location was perfect, just under 1 km from the main square, which made exploring the city very convenient. There's also a tram line right next to the apartment, so getting around was incredibly easy.

Excellent communication. Room was clean and well laid out. Shower facilities were great (only criticism is there is nowhere in the shower to put your own toiletries). Room was refreshed on request to a high standard. Late sign in communication was excellent, departure was also easy. Breakfast staff were efficient and kept everything well topped up. Breakfast was kindly left for us when we had a very early day trip planned. Overall great. Would return

Location and service are pretty good. Fast communication. Self service for late check in or early check out is possible. Some groceries around and few minutes to old town Market. They also have breakfast or can do a "packet of snacks", if you checkout at 4 am like me and have a long road ahead. Central Station Krakow Glowny is 12 minutes walk from here.

A bit far from bus and tram stops. Very small apartment, suitable really for 1 person for a few days.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of dishes. The location was also excellent. Just a short walk to the main square and very convenient to have a tram stop right next to the building. It made getting around the city quite easy, even for someone not familiar with the area.

☆ The whole atmosphere in the hotel was cozy and hospitable. ☆ The administrators were friendly and supportive - we were checking out in the early morning and lady offered to pack the breakfast so we could take it away (we didn't even thought that we would miss the breakfast). It was something really nice. ☆ Our room was neat and good equipped with comfortable beds, tea/coffee, bottles of water, and a kettle, fan. ☆ Amazing breakfast with jogurt, ham, cheese, buns, cereals, sausages, salad, coffee/tea - more than enough for me. ☆ Great location, 10 min to the city center and tram, 15 min to the train station. ☆ A plenty of restaurants and shops around.

I was staying in a single room. The room looked pretty similar to photos and it was clean. Location is perfect - 10 min walking to the market square, and lots of parking places on the streets nearby (I went to Krakow by car, so it was important (note: parking is not free)). Breakfast was good

The floor is old and creaky, so you can hear all your neighbours' movement pretty well. Please note that the street is noisy even at night (cars, trams, horses (yes, that's right)) and some rooms are located right on the street side

It is a very nice "Kosmopolita rooms and apartments" hotel located in the downtown area of Krakow. We spent one night with my sister on our way to Europe and were happy with the room, service, breakfast, and location. The staff is really very kind, professional and helpful. The instructions on how to enter the hotel after 20.00 were also very clear and useful.

The only thing is that the tram line is close to the hotel, and it was a little noisy for us in the evening and morning.
