Very clean and tidy with towels provided and a small kitchenette that had a kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, etc. In a great location, 15mins from Old Town and taxi able to pick you up 2min walk around the corner. Details on how to access the building and room where provided promptly

The only two things that we didn’t like about the property is that our room was in the front of the building and the curtains allowed the street light through and was difficult to get to sleep. The other was that the room was very warm (not a bad thing) and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down or find someone to show us how. One thing we’d of like to have seen in the kitchenette would have been a toaster in order to make a quick breakfast before leaving for day trips.

The location is really good, near the city centre by walking distance. Bus or tram stops are next door, while there are shops like supermarkets by the corner. The room was really clean, fully equipped and spacious.The owner send me a text with all the codes and information that we need and was so well written that everything was really easy with no issues! For us a big value for money choice! I strongly recommend it!

The only thing that I would prefer to be changed are the pillows. But do not forget that each person prefers a different type of pillow

That the public transport is on the door, the park across the road is beautiful, and they are shop in street next to you that the resident use so cheaper then in the centre, old town square/centre is about a 15 mins walk away and Jewish is around 30 mins away but can catch the tram down, there was building work going on the front of the house but you could hear it, there is everything you need in the apartment, and even washing machine just outside your door you can use. The apartment is beautiful, about 2 km.from the main station and down the road from the old town. There is a convenience store on the corner, with good food and everything else basically. We were very grateful for access to the washing in the cupboard in the hall and the pod in the unit. It's an easy 25 min walk to Wawel Castle as well. The aircon works great.

It took about half an hour to get hold of the person to send us the checking in pins, but it was a Sunday night, and she sent it right away. The road is a little noisy, but the windows blocked it mostly.

The owner is very friendly and is doing his best to offer you comfortable stay. He is a very hospitable person. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable, everything was as it was advertised on the website. The hotel is 200 meters away from the tram stops which takes you to everywhere with the tram net. We did not need our car to discover the centrum. There was air-co available in our room, which was very handy with hot temperatures. We thank the owner for the comfortable stay, we will definitely consider booking here again if we come back to Krakow.

We rented 3-bedroom appartment with 2 bathrooms. A lot for space, very comfortable. Appartment has all you need for the stay. You can ask the staff if you miss smth. Easy check-in and check-out. Good location, walking distance to sightseeings.

If you travel with the own car, it is really the problem even to stay for the minute and unpack your luggage, because the building is situated along the very busy street

Accomodation was great, good location, a short walk to the central square. Everything you need for a couple of days is there. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend this apartment.

I didn’t quite like the persistence to tell the check out time. For some reason my booking app wasn’t letting me reply to their message,so I got extra messages, plus a different APP to set my check out time. Until 11am I have the right to be in peace🙂 Instead of enjoying my last night with friends I was around Booking trying to figure out how to reply.

The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean, everything we needed for a 5 day stay and very modern. Easy self check in with great communication. They did have building work happening to the outside of the building but this did not affect our stay 😀

Great location, close to a tram line which took you further into the centre. Excellent apartment, modern and clean. Very friendly staff member who let us put our suitcase on the bottom floor prior to check in time.

Tiles were loose near the stairs which could be a trip hazard for people who are less mobile.

Everything. Location was perfect for a walk into the old town. Very rare to find a place with three separate twin bedrooms which were exactly as described. Two bathrooms with power showers. Communication with property agent very good. Very responsive to all of my enquiries. Very kind lady let us in on our first day and helped us to access our apartment. Even though we were around 30mins early we were allowed to leave our bags before heading out.
