The location was superb, coming with train from airport the apartment is super accessible from the Krakow Glowny train station. Also the Galeria on top of this station provided our travel easy access to a shopping mall. Also very close to the old town, the most important thing of course. The room was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The area also fels very safe.

We would have liked if the room was a bit more warmer, it averaged about 19-20 celcius degrees with radiators on max and we would have liked 22 celcius + degrees. Also some windows had cold air coming through them when closed. The street was super nosy, specially a loose manhole cover made a huge banging noise whenever a car passed on top it. They charge extra for new towels or room cleaning but we stayed for 7 nights, I would understand if we stayed 2-3 nights but for longer stays the room should have been cleaned without extra fees. Towards the end od our stay the dust balls were roaming the floor and we couldn’t find any vacuum cleaner in the common area to sweep the floor. We also ran out of thrash bags.

Amazing location, the room was spacious, there was kettle in the room, so I was able to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was delivered on time even if I asked to deliver it earlier. I never met my neighbours and I'm really happy about that :D

It's not possible to leave the luggage before the check in time. The breakfast could be better. I've tried all 4 non-sweet options, and there were fine, but not so good. The bread wasn't tasty.

The place has a great location, just a few steps from the city centre but also good for visiting the other side of the city. Everything was very close and just behind the apartament is a market with fresh food every day. The apartament we were at had also fully equiped kitchen which was a great help.

Even thought it’s not in the centre and the windows are facing to a courtyard with other flats, this place is very noisy. We were awoken each morning by loud noises and people talking. Very annoying.

We were able to check in ahead of time. Host was very responsive to messages. Location is a stone throw from the historical center of Krakow, but also immediately next to Krakow train station. Breakfast was delivered to the door each morning, including earlier on the day of check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Airconditioning remote control was removed, so no option to regulate room temperature. Curtains are not black-out model, so a lot of incoming light was waking us up in the morning. One more pillow on each side of the bed would have been appreciated.

The beautiful decor, cleanliness, very quiet, although it’s in the heart of Krakow, it’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop. The location is great, especially if you arrive at the train station. It’s only a couple of minutes walk. Also there’s a mini market round the corner plus a big shopping centre.

The apartment seems quite dark. With the windows facing onto the courtyard, dark walls, and the poor lighting, especially in the bathroom, which is not at all bright, the whole property seems too dark. Also, there aren’t any net curtains, only heavy blackouts, so you’re either exposed to the neighbours or can’t see natural light at all. There’s a balcony but the door was locked so there’s no access. It’s certainly create more light if customers were allowed to use it. A washing machine would be nice too.

The location is very good. The old town center is in 1km distance. There is a good parking lot "Parking u św. Floriana" 200m away. Endless number of restaurants and fast food in the vicinity. For longer transport you can use Bolt. For breakfast and snack I would definitively recommend "Awiteks" bakery near of the apartment. Good coffee, sweeties and sandwiches.

I was unable to find switch to ambient light in the room /perhaps I missed the obvious/. The highway from Katowice is in repair and add stress to driving if you are arriving from this direction.

First time staying in an apartment instead of a hotel but the entry process was fairly straight forward. The entry codes were sent just before 3pm as said when I made the booking. Apartment was very clean and modern and looked exactly like the pictures. Krakow Main train station and shopping centre are only a few minutes walk away. Bargain for the price you pay.

More coffee in the room or shared kitchen would of been nice as I was there for more than 1 night

The stay at the Art of Serenity was incredible. We loved the location - close to the train and bus stations, and a walking distance to the centre. The bed was comfortable and very clean. Additionally, the place is beautifully designed and made our stay even more charming.

The central location means that you may get some noise at night (as expected), plus there was some construction happening opposite the hotel during the day. The heating was off so we couldn't dry our towels, but for one night stay it wasn't a big deal.

Location was right outside the train station but just far enough away to not hear the noise from it. Just outside the centre, middle of old town and the park are just a stroll away. Place itself was very clean and had a nice clean smell. Included plenty of toilet paper, towels and shower gel. The shared kitchen was decently stocked with cutlery, glasses, cups and plates, included a dishwasher. Room included a fridge hidden in the cupboard under the TV. Very modern looking. No issues with getting breakfast or how it was prepared, you pick from a set menu (I picked the vegetarian option) and get it delivered in a paper bag outside your door. The person delivering it doesn't knock, so you have to check. Giving it an 8/10 just for the AC not working and the room being very stuffy at night making it very hard to sleep. Would stay again but not during high temperatures, unless the AC is addressed.

AC didn't seem to be doing anything, messed with the remote but it didn't seem to make any difference. I think it was just blowing the room air around. It was over 30 degrees C while I was in Krakow and the lack of any other fan in the room to blow in air from the window made it very hard to sleep at night. Breakfast, while delivered on time, how it said it would be and with everything you'd need, wasn't great value for money. there is are two zabkas and a bakery right around the corner, all seem to open at 6 on weekdays and have sandwiches and bread for sale. Not to mention the shopping centre has many options. All will cost you less. The one morning I had to leave very early I bought a decent sandwich and a pot noodle the day before and it cost me less than 20pln.

The apartment was easy to get to, 3 min walk from the train station. We had our codes to get in messaged during the day which was good. The apartment was really clean, very comfortable, could not fault it. The attention to detail was excellent. I thought sharing a kitchen may have been a bit of an annoyance but I did not see anyone at all the time I was there, people had been washing their dishes, kept lovely and clean. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

I only had one thing which was that a new kettle is perhaps needed as the button wasn't working very well, that's it! I still got my coffee after a bit of a jiggle! Honestly lovely place
