Public parking is on the street, we got space almost opposite to entrance. And it is free after 20:00 and on Sundays.

Someone had forgotten to send us entrance codes but the good thing was that they sent them immediately to email once we called the property. Despite looking like call center with lot of 0000’s in a number - answer was quick.

Lots of space air con in every room but the back room air con keeps pumping water away so needs looking at . Kitchen needs a microwave but that’s all. Bathroom shower is good two sinks no window or vent though . Smart tv in main room both bedrooms spacious and not together . Plenty of hanging storage . Washer in bathroom if needed. No cafetière which is a shame if you like coffee but no big deal. There is a lift to all floors and it works well.

Air con in back bedroom is noisy no curtains just a poor blind so very light . Door is broken all the hinges have been damaged so it doesn’t shut well. These are small things this is still a great apartment well situated for the old town and train station all 5 mins away.

The apartment was clean and bright. Plenty of towels, including hand towels. Even pull-out couches were fairly comfortable. Such a great location. Two minute walk from train station and two minute walk to old town Krakow. The large table allowed us all to sit together while eating meals and playing cards. Truly a beautiful apartment, which my family of seven very much enjoyed.

I would have loved black out curtains for sleeping and curtains big enough to cover the full windows, instead of just partially covering them. TV would have been a nice bonus, but we didn't require it any way as we spent a decent amount of time out in town.

- Location. - The apartment is small, so all the equipment is small and located to use aa less space as possible, but anyway works. - No issues with access.

- The apartment is on the roof flour and the elevator lifts you to a one flour below you need, so you have to use stairs. Those stairs are steep and narrow, so that is quite difficult to get there if you have a heavy luggage. - All windows looks into others flat windows, so you see other people life and backwards. There were curtains, but them a dense and heavy, then you close them you get a night inside. So there is no option to have natural light and not to expose all you life to neighbors.

Well equipped, clean and quiet apartment. Very close (literally 5 minutes) to the central train station. Easy self check-in and check-out. Fresh bathroom and actually everything else

The shower door is a bit poorly isolated and there was some good amount of water on the bathroom floor after taking shower. Not a big deal though and could be solved with a spare towel

Amazing location really close to old town, main train station, and buses/trams to get all around Kraków. Amenities made for a nice home base to cook a meal and do laundry after some long days traveling.

Shower door wasn't sealed at the very bottom, but it wasn't a problem if you aim the shower head closer to the wall and the leaked water was easy enough to towel up.

A small appartment, but on a really great location. Just 3 min from the main train station (with direct connection to airport) on one side and the old town on the other. Small kitchen so you can make your own breakfast (also possible to have breakfast delivered). Bed and bathroom are good. Appartment is on 3rd floor, an elevator is available.

As said, it is not very big (27m2), and almost half of the size is taken up by a long hallway. So not a place where you hang out for long. Cleanliness was good enough, but not excellent.

The location was great, close to the train station and the old city. There was a community washer and dryer in the building.

At first we couldn’t get WIFI but then we noticed the router and reset it and then the WIFI worked fine. It was a little noisy at night when people would talk in the courtyard.

The location was great, very convenient if you are entering the city via bus, it is walking distance which was a bonus. The apartment was more spacious than anticipated, we were 2 couples and each had a very comfortable room with clean bedding and towels. The bathroom had all the amenities needed.

Too hot and we could not control the heating as it was central. Toilet area was a bit small and also the bed was attached to the wall from the one side so it was not very convenient. Overall we had a good impression and would choose this again if we come back to krakow
