The construction of the hotel is new, the room with good heating, towels and shower gel available. The location is excellent, nothing to complain about, allowing you to do everything on foot. Near the hotel there was a supermarket where we were able to stock up.

In the communal kitchen there were no utensils which made it impossible to use. There were no mugs and plates. There was no way to heat water to make tea/coffee. In the room there was no infrastructure to prepare food. No contact with anybody, the administrative part works in office hours which made it impossible to order anything because one as a tourist wants to make the most of the time in the city. Only one roll of toilet paper was offered.

A very comfortable and safe apartment/ hotel with great facilities: clean shower, washing machines, an equipped kitchenette, a big tv and fast WiFi. (Note: no toaster and no USB charging ports so adapters are a must). Location is also brilliant as it’s only a 10 minute walk from the main old town square and close to key transport routes. You should note that it is connected to student accommodation which, as a young solo traveller, was a great environment and made me feel safe.

Really great place to stay. Cozy, quiet and comforatble room with everything you might need. If something is missing, you can borrow things at the reception (hair dryer, iron, etc.). Room was finished in a high standard and even had kitchen with the dishwasher in it. You can’t hear any noise from the outside or inside through the walls/windows. Near city center and in general good location. I enjoyed stying there and am planning to book this place again for my next business trip.

In general clean room but in bed sheets I found some bits of hairs. Bed comfortable but pillows terrible.

I stayed here for a month, and it was perfect. The place looks brand new and is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a long stay. It’s quiet and cozy. The common areas are beautifully decorated and great for digital nomads like myself to use as workspaces.

Cleaning comes at an extra charge, whether you request it after a week or a month, which doesn’t feel fair given the price paid.

Highly recommending this one! I stayed here three nights through the weekend and it was actually a nice experience. Quiet place, friendly staff, clean and well-kept apartment. 15 minute walk to the city centre, which is basically nothing. The room I stayed in was exactly like the pictures were given, there were kitchen necessities and a worktable if you need that. Wifi-network was much better than I expected.

Overall - really good, for the room price. The guard of the building checked us in & out. We arrived pretty late but that wasn't an issue. Easy access, clean rooms, iron & hair dryer available upon request I believe. Good aircon in the room.

The car park is quite expensive, charging ~16 EUR per day! So just be aware of that. There is quite some space for public car park around the hotel, so don't worry.

We unexpectedly arrived 3 hours before check-in time. The very enthusiastic lady said the room was probably ready, called someone and then immediately gave us the key. She then proceeded giving us clear and elaborate instructions for our pleasant stay. The room was clean and very sound proof.

We had some trouble finding the entrance as we had to enter some student building.

The overall look of the apartment was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The space was also enough and the desk was useful. The chilling room was amazing. Internet connection was stable all of the time, the login was curious.

Not once did we receive a cleaning person in 6 days. So it was too much time in my opinion without cleaning or even a change of towels.

Pretty close to the city center, very quick check in and out, fresh in the summer, the fridge and the stove is useful, silent during the day and the night, you might hear the people next door but not so much.

It’s an essential aparthotel, the bed is not so big but still ok, would appreciate an additional blanket for a couple and a lighter one because it could be warm for the summer.

A nice quiet location just 15-20 minute walk from the old town. Trams are also nearby for access to different parts of the city. A clean and modern room. Overall great value for money for a short stay in Krakow.

It would be good to have better signage because it wasn't clear where the entrance was on arrival. The dishwasher didn't work and there were dirty dishes left inside. Would be good to have tea towels provided to dry dishes.
