Milestone urban living is located in a very convenient location (walking distance to the train station and the city centre). The staff was very helpful and let us check-in earlier than 15.00 which we were very greatful for because it was raining a lot that day. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay (including a small fridge, dishwasher, stove, plates, cups and cutlery, kettle). We were even offered to borrow a hair dryer if needed. Very convenient check-out system if you leave early in the morning. The whole property looks newly renovated and very well taken care of. We had a wonderful stay, would love to come back one day.

The rooms are a little small but it was still nice The bed was very uncomfortable and I kept waking up with body aches! They were not very responsive when I messaged them for certain things like extra towels or questions about the accommodation, they messaged me after we had check out! It is a student living compound which I didn’t know so we didn’t get the keycards from onsite security as they mentioned, it was from a bunch of students that were living there, but it was otherwise alright!

It was a really good distance away from the Old Town meaning it tended to be much quieter at night so that we could sleep with the windows open to let some fresh air in. This wasn’t a necessity though as the AC in the room was really good and coming into the room after a long day outside in the heat was fabulous. The room itself had everything we needed, was very clean and it was just fantastic to stay there. The staff were also so incredibly helpful and on top of things. I requested a hairdryer and this was given to me upon check-in. We also left our bags before check-in and again after check-out and getting them was a really smooth experience. We really look forward to staying there again.

The construction of the hotel is new, the room with good heating, towels and shower gel available. The location is excellent, nothing to complain about, allowing you to do everything on foot. Near the hotel there was a supermarket where we were able to stock up.

In the communal kitchen there were no utensils which made it impossible to use. There were no mugs and plates. There was no way to heat water to make tea/coffee. In the room there was no infrastructure to prepare food. No contact with anybody, the administrative part works in office hours which made it impossible to order anything because one as a tourist wants to make the most of the time in the city. Only one roll of toilet paper was offered.

Modern, clean, and easy to find on map. Within 15min walk of Old Town, and 5min walk from a train station (SKA1 to/from airport). Staff were nice and you can check in/out with security if beyond their usual hours, no problem.

Better water pressure in the shower but still wasn’t that bad. No individual hair dryers in the room/apartments, but they have some you can borrow if you ask the lobby/reception staff. It’s also not listed as included when you book so it’s not a surprise anyway. Just a minor detail but not a proper negative.

Very good access to everywhere. I think the level of sound proof is pretty good so the surroundings didn’t bother that much for me.

On the second day, suddenly the electricity went off around 9am (hot water was available but Wi-Fi connection was also cut). I was gonna go out so dropping at the office and reporting that issue. Then, the staff told me that the electricity would be switched off until 12pm. Although it’s not that huge matter for me as I was due to go out, it’d have been helpful if they shared that kind of info properly.

A very comfortable and safe apartment/ hotel with great facilities: clean shower, washing machines, an equipped kitchenette, a big tv and fast WiFi. (Note: no toaster and no USB charging ports so adapters are a must). Location is also brilliant as it’s only a 10 minute walk from the main old town square and close to key transport routes. You should note that it is connected to student accommodation which, as a young solo traveller, was a great environment and made me feel safe.

Very nice apartment, the kitchen was very handy. We enjoyed our stay. It wasn't far from the center of krakow so we could go everywhere without taking ubers which is always good. The staff was very friendly and let us in a few hours before check in and for check out we could let our baggage at the office so we could enjoy the city one last day.

The kitchen was good but the knife wasn't very sharp so sometimes it was difficult to cut something but for the rest it was very good nothing to complain about.

Really great place to stay. Cozy, quiet and comforatble room with everything you might need. If something is missing, you can borrow things at the reception (hair dryer, iron, etc.). Room was finished in a high standard and even had kitchen with the dishwasher in it. You can’t hear any noise from the outside or inside through the walls/windows. Near city center and in general good location. I enjoyed stying there and am planning to book this place again for my next business trip.

In general clean room but in bed sheets I found some bits of hairs. Bed comfortable but pillows terrible.

Very central location with a short walk to local market, old town and Kazimierz districts. Very modern facilities in the room and a comfortable bed. No reception staff but the security workers for the adjacent student accommodation were very helpful. They provided a hairdryer and unblocked the shower drain. Easy check out when we left.

It was a pity the dryers were not working in the laundry and the technical staff were unable to connect our television to any channels.
