Excellent location for those who are using the public transport: 5 minutes away from the autobus/train station, a few tramline just a few steps away from the door. The building is fine, maintained and clean, the arrival was problem-free. The bathroom in one of the junior suite is spacious and well equipped the kitchen desk is fine also.

We know the junior suite's window is on the court side but despite the top, the 3rd floor, actually one window is not enough to make light in the room, for us it was dark, we have to turn on the light even at breakfast time. Due to the apartment partitions, the plasterboard walls are very, very thin, we could hear every movement of our neighbors through the hallway, who didn't care about others, they were loud.

The location if very good, near you can find a secured parking for good price, apartment is clean, curtains are dark, so in night it’s possible to sleep well despite the fact that the street lights are on all night long. Beds are comfortable.

The property is quite small. For a longer stay, more space is needed to hang clothes or store belongings, especially if you are traveling with family. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped – it has only the bare minimum. There’s no dish towel, salt, or oil, just a few dishes and some working appliances.

Detailed and clear access instructions. Easy to contact to administrators, they are always in touch. We lived in room #6 on the 4th floor (no lift, but it was quite acceptable), it was rather spacious with equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa, both for good sleep and convenient bathroom. From the corridor you can get to the balcony with a table and chairs. We always choose this place as it’s 5 minutes walk to the bus and railway station.

It would be good to find some coffee in the kitchen, when you arrive late. And one more thing is a lack of teaspoons)

Entry to the apartment is by a code to collect the key, then there is a con on the keyring to open the main door. Very easy. The apartment is small but adequate with everything that you might need for the stay. The shower and bathroom were great, and there is a small bit well equipped kitchen area if you need it. Nearby are good cafes and a 24h supermarket. The diner across the road serves inexpensive Spanish lunches.

There's no lift, which was what I expected, but at night the automatic lights cut out before I reached my level. Also there was a popping noise occasionally in the room. But these are very minor problems.

Rooms are old but clean. Fantastic location close to the train station and short walking distance from the historic old town. Shops, restaurants and nice coffee places nearby. Quiet at night.

The building and especially the room doors are very old so you can hear any noise from the corridor. Not suitable for people who cannot carry their luggage up the stairs (was not a problem for me though). Key pick up procedure was rather complicated and was only sent to me shortly before arrival.

I like everything about this hotel from check-in to check-out. Although the room size is small but it's got everything needed. Location is near the Main Station but it'll take some walk to the Old Town. My room was right by the road on the 2nd or 3rd floor but it's quiet enough and didn't disturb our sleep. AC was working, kind of, if temp was set below 19C. I like the coffee machine, shower, kitchenette, and little details like hooks in the bathroom. I do wish there was a closet where clothes can be hung, not folded.

The only thing that kept me hanging was the photos shown on booking com are too limited; I didn't know what kind of room I was getting until I entered the room. so that got me worried for a while because some comments here said the rooms were not as expected. If the photos could match the room which one is booking it will be a lot more helpful and gives more peace of mind.

The Location is great. It's very close to the main train station, making it very easy to go to the airport. Takes literally about 5 minutes to reach the train platform. We also liked the uncomplicated check-in system and the big space in the apartment. The kitchen had most of the stuff needed for cooking on our own.

The A/C had some problems at the moment and was dripping condensation water, making a lot of noise. The apartment is a bit humid and having a working A/C is important. The TV could also have some sort of Chromecast or Stick to make it Smart and be able to watch from own streaming services and not cable

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just near the central train and bus stations and a short walk to the old town. There are cafes, restaurants just outside and a small supermarket on the opposite corner. There is a large shopping mall with food court and much bigger supermarket next to the train station.

You need a Fire Stick or your own device to use the TV. I just wanted some music but there are no channels tuned in and it's not a smart TV. Not a big issue for me but useful to know.

Location couldn’t be better considering that my priority was to easy get to the railway & bus stations. The area as well was safe and had 24h-open mini-markets nearby. Speaking about the apartment itself, I particularly highly rate the comfy bed, good shower, and well-equipped kitchen (although I didn’t use the latter much).

The sofa in the living room was dirty, it badly requires cleaning or replacement. (Attached the photo which I made when I just checked-in) Besides, the request to submit my personal data via the online form that I received prior to check-in is VERY CONCERNING.
