there wasn’t a bed. there was only a mattress. there was a loss of privacy considering the window was at the road and there was some noise from the other apartments

I don't know where to start. Our stay in this place was wonderful! I will never forget this balcony and the view, at some point I wanted to stay there for three whole days and not leave the apartment :D The room was clean, there was a lot of staff, especially an iron, which I needed, a kettle, a large wardrobe, a table with chairs, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, two towels. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was pleasant, it was a bit cold the first night and the radiators were on. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. The building is now quite new, but clean and safe. The location is top notch!!! only 10 minutes to the Rynek and even less to the Mall. The station is a 2-minute walk away and there are also many grocery stores nearby. The only thing I would recommend improving is the door, it was a bit difficult to open and close with the keys, and I would also recommend adding slippers. The girl at the reception was very kind and helpful, the whole check-in and check-out system was very simple!

Comfortable little apartment for a short stay. Very convenient location only 5 mins walk to the train station. The apartment was perfectly clean. Having a kitchen is a bonus for keeping food costs down. I didn't cook so I'm not sure how the cooking equipment was, but the glasses and cutlery i used were all nice and clean.

There were a number of small maintenance issues that were a bit annoying, and would have become even more frustrating if I'd stayed more than one night. The shower holder was broken so you have to hold the shower head to use it. The toilet flush kept getting stuck and I was scared the button would actually break. The blinds did not work so I couldn't shut them. Just small things like that which are a bit annoying and it's a shame they aren't promptly fixed because in all other ways the apartment was great.

Wonderful location of the apartment, easy and straightforward check-in. Excellent communication with the administration. Good option to stay overnight when passing through the city. Excellent hot water pressure in the shower, quite clean and tidy. There is a set of necessary utensils, tea/coffee. Would be great if they updated the pillows and added a foot towel and hairdryer. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist when I arrived, My accommodation was pointed out to me, along with instructions as to the facilities. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and fresh lined and towels were supplied. Although the property is right on the main road to Krakow's central railway station, my room wasn't at all affected by noise. My stay went entirely to plan.

I didn't find fault with any aspect of the apartment. It served my purpose perfectly and had the added bonus of being less than 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. And since I was travelling by train to the airport at the end of my holiday, it suited me down to the ground,

Needed a room for one night and this did the job, good if you are not looking for anything fancy. The room was generally clean, the receptionist lady was super friendly. My room was facing a busy road which can get quite noisy with the windows / balcony door open. Didn't bother me but keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Just a thought complimentary tea / coffee would be much appreciated :)

Spacious bedroom area with small table to eat at. Also ample space in bathroom. Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The apartment was clean and good size. It was situated on a straight road directly leading to bus and rail station which was great as I entered and left by train and also used buses. The staff were helpful and contacted me regularly to help me arrive as easily as possible. They arranged a direct accomodation pick up for a day excursion. Very friendly, helpful young man took me to pick up point and waited with me to ensure I got on correct bus.

Although the apartment was clean overall, it wss a little tired and could do with being refreshed but this may be planned as end of high season past? Bathroom floor I found to be slippery when wet as was the shower basin without any mats to reduce risk of slips. I chose an apartment to cater for myself but I found it to be poorly equipped really and the cooking utensils a little worn, especially the frying pan. There were no useful utensils such as a spatula, hence a scratched pan ? A few more useful utensils would have been beneficial although I wasn’t expecting a fully equipped kitchen Just to make people aware that the road the apartment is licated on is a busy one.

Great location, close to Galeria Krakowska. Cosy, clean room with an unusual sleeping place. Very soft, wide mart where it was very comfortable to sleep. There is an adequate set of crockery for two people. The bathroom has two large towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Checked into the flat after midnight, having previously received detailed instructions by post on how to get into the entrance, find the keys and connect to the wifi. Very pleased with the stay at this place.

Really cozy futton to sleep on. Warm and good shower. Great with a water cooker and additional kitchen supplies for making a late snack or breakfast.

Walls are thin, you can hear the noice loud.. But its not an issue if youre just so tired and fall asleep as a rock from all the sightseeing and walking in Krakow. The balcony will usually face towards and old and depressing backyard...

Nice little cozy apartment, built as a loft, with a low higher platform where the sleeping area is set. The kitchen has what you need to cook, fridge with a small freezer compartment. A small sitting-eating area was also available, as well as a higher bar with higher chairs in case you need to work at the computer, for ex. Since the apartment I had was in the back section of the building (entry through the patio) it was quiet. The location is very practical, not far from the train station, close to cafes and small stores. I had a problem with the shower the first day, lacking hot water, but after calling the number I had in case I needed anything, it was fixed relatively quickly. Also, nicely, they assured me that if the problem could not be fixed (it was Friday afternoon when this happened), I would be moved to another apartment with hot water (which in the end did not happen, since the problem was fixed).

Internet comes and goes, especially in the evening, probably because more people are trying to connect. There is no fume extraction hood in the kitchen, so you have to be aware about what you cook. Although the patio-facing window was good for keeping it quiet (rather than a street-facing window), it provided little light.
