Atmosphere is good, Design is good. Check-in and Checkout is quite good explained and feel you are being cared and prioritized as well with the Christmas decoration, free tea, free water in your room . Nice music when you enter the apartment,

Unfortunately, it was smell inside like from the moisture with wood, it could be left from previous customer, however it was first impress although amazingly decorated. I felt bad because of the smell, I have a little bit asthma problem so its really important for me. Also I didn't realize it has shared kitchen, it was my mistake i thought it has kitchen inside. as it has pictures of kitchen as well. So beware the Kitchen is shared before booking.

- good location, not so far from the city center - the shop Zabka is on opposite side of the road - spacious appartment - small kitchen to prepare breakfast - welcome cookie on kitchen table - washmachine, microwave oven, boiler for hot water

- hairdryer did not work - the light bulb burned out in bedroom - appartment was on ground floor, and other hotel quests were pulling the front door handles trying to enter. Probably, they were thinking that hotel staff was there - pretty cold appartment because of ground floor (even though heaters were there)

I found this accommodation to be delightful overall. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Despite some minor inconvenience, I enjoyed my time here and appreciated the apartment's convenient location and cozy atmosphere.

I must mention that the beds were a bit old and uncomfortable, and the bed linen seemed a bit worn. It would likely enhance guests' comfort to consider updating the bedding.

Great and affordable options for those who just need a place to put their things down, and a place to sleep! Staff was very helpful and flexible and even let me check in early since I was coming for a wedding and needed the room to change in.

It didn’t bother me, but shared bathrooms are not for everyone so be aware of this before you book!

Cozy room with big and clean shared bathroom, kitchen has all the amenities you need, check in and check out process was smooth. There is a Zabka across the street where you can buy snacks and drinks, perfect for a short stay on budget!

The shower sprayed everywhere and there was no bathroom partition or curtain, so the rest of the bathroom might get wet. There's no elevator in the building, which is fine for me as I only have small luggage and my room was on 1st floor but if you come with big suitcase and your room is very high, it might be tiring.

Everything we needed for a one night stay. 10-15 minute walk from Krakow Glowny. Smooth check-in. Cafes in the district. If you choose the room option you should be aware you share a bathroom and kitchen with other people, our neighbors were respectful though. You can turn on a heater if you are chilly, have a coffee from the kitchen and relax in your room, which has with a nice street view. Cheers xx

In this building you can choose among different types of rooms and apartments. Some with shared bathroom, some with private bathroom, some with shared kitchen, some their own kitchen area. We were four people, needed one double bed and two singles beds, and only one kitchen. We could find a combination that suited our needs. The building is located rather close to the train station, but in a quiet area, which was an advantage, since we had to leave early to the airport the day of our departure. The decoration is simple and elegant. In the main building you can find some extras, such as umbrellas to borrow (which was of help for us one of the days), cold (or hot) drinking water, even an ice machine for your drinks.

The apartment with its own kitchen area could use some more cutlery, a few cereal bowls, and also a wiping cloth. I would have loved a bit larger table in our double room, to settle down the pc to work.

The hotel is 600 m from the central railway and bus station and close to old town. It is easy to find. The host gave clear instructions how to get there. The hotel was nicely decorated and had Christmas vibe. The room was tiny but comfortable. Everything was very clean. There are possibilities for cooking, washing, ironing, printing.

The blanket was a bit small for adult. The pillow had smell of damp. Luckily, it was weak smell

Everything was great. We asked about additional pillows, we slept very good. Outside was -1C, but our room was warm and cozy. We like the floor in room number 2, it was nice carpet, not cold floor. Very friendly host and stuff. Location is perfect! Price is the best in this location. We love rhis place very much!

The best hostel in Krakow. Cleanliness and comfort are at the highest level. Compliment from the hostel - Belgian cookies and a bottle of water. Towels branded with the hostel logo. Keys are supplied in a black envelope. Detergents are always available, washing powder too. There is an ironing board and dryer, iron and hair dryer. Internet high-speed 2.4 GHz and there is also a 5 GHz hotspot. The beds are comfortable. Bedside lights with dimmer. The kitchen has everything you need. There are even stickers to leave something for the next visitors - "free to use". In other words, the service is visible in the details.

This time there was no hot water... Boiler is heating water very slowly...
