The rooms are super spacious, spotless and have everything you need for a lovely stay. They have a beautiful garden too when you can relax . Location is fantastic. And Paulina, she is the kindest, friendliest lady. We have been staying at Topolowa for years now and she is one of the reasons we are coming back.

The place needs someone on sites to help with the luggage. The apartments don't have lifts so it's near impossible to carry heavy luggage. Please update the old TV's or just get rid of them.They are useless. Please provide sleepers again.

The young lady at front desk warmly greeted me with Polish cherry vodka and coffee, and advised me on to-do/see in the neighborhood and Krakow. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with high ceilings, and everything was exactly as photos on webpage. Hotel was about 10 min. walk from central station, and my room was quiet even it's right beside a street with traffic. Breakfast was sufficient with many choices.

Enjoyed the spacious studio, nicely updated with AC in high ceilinged room in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had good space with large table and 4 chairs, but plates and utensils were available for only two people. Sink was tiny. (But that was not a problem for me as I did not cook. Lots of take out places in the mall next to train station) The apartment building was located less than 10 min walk from the main train and bus station if you walk through quiet residential neighborhood. Carrefour Express was on the way from the station and I found it very convenient.

There was no lift and I had a third floor apartment. However, the management company was located in the same building and I was able to leave my large suitcase downstairs with them during my stay there. Also the building and apartment had a keypad entrances. After walking three flight of stairs up, I found the keypad for the apartment did not work, and I had to go down again to ask for help.

Beautiful house on a quiet street within walking distance of the old town. Check-in was seamless thanks to the property's clear instructions. The rooms are spacious, fit the description, and immaculately clean. There's a compact, well-equipped kitchenette with a supply of capsules for the coffee machine, tea, and all necessities. The property even provides an umbrella for a rainy day :) . Our two-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms face a street, while the living room windows open onto a patio with coffee tables. The air-conditioner is available in the living room only. The rooms are elegantly designed, reflecting the respectable nature of the building. They are brightly lit during the day, but, for my taste, the room dims a little in the evening. It certainly would be the top of my list for my next visit to Kraków.

It's a very comfortable and exceptionally arranged apartment (endeed a piece of high-quality furniture). The place is close to the city center and the central station, which is an almost perfect location. It's clean, and the stuff is helpful.

In our case, the bed was broken (maybe by the previous visitors). The situation was resolved with the reception (but to a point). Also, when you are staying for more than three nights (in our case, 6), it is mandatory to receive a new set of clean sheets in the middle of the stay.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious — a real pleasure to stay in. I loved the small touches like tea, coffee, and candies being provided — such a thoughtful gesture! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the staff were responsive and polite. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the main train station (despite Google Maps saying 20 minutes).

The only downside was that the building doesn’t have an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very good location close to the train station, short walk around 10 minutes away from old town centre, easy access to hotel with very clear instructions, night guard was very helpful getting into the building and with other instructions, the room was very big for the price and the theme of the room we loved as it was like old town very comfortable bed and soundproofing was very good barely could hear anything outside the room and it was very spacious to walk around in, bathroom was very nice too huge mirror, you could see everything while getting ready and so was the shower with very good water pressure which most hotels dont have, and the kitchen was really nice too not too big but had everything we needed for our stay, definitely recommend this place to stay when you visit krakow

The rooms were clean, bathroom had a pleasant smell. The room sizes were big and the beds were king size. Beds were a little too soft for us, but we managed. The apartment had everything for a nice stay. A small kitchen and a refrigerator was also there. One great thing is that paid street parking just out side the main gate. We easily got the place to park and you can just buy it on the machine standing there (pay either by card or cash - PLN 6 per hour). The property also has its own provision of parking space but the price is same as the street parking outside. We were better off with hourly paid parking as we went out with the car. Location of the property is nice with just 2 km from the old town. Also, supermarket (carrefour) is just 100 metres away, which was quite handy in the mornings. One of the few properties in the areas with air conditioner and still withing budget.

There could be more pans in kitchen. But it did not affect us much and we had a great stay at this property

The Furniture of the room is very modern and well maintained. Everything in the room was perfect. Most of the essentials “Kettle/ Espresso machine / Cups.. etc “ A nice gesture from the residence is that they put in the famous Polish sweets Krówki. Even they serve us big portion of the sweet before we left

We were given a room on the third floor and there is no elevator. We had difficulty carrying bags. If you have heavy luggage, I advise you to inform the officials

We stayed in the executive apartment (nr. 103) and it was a great experience. Very spacious, stylish and luxurious. Two balconies, a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath and a large living. Walking distance to the old town and the enormous Krakow mall. Also several small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

We loved everything. The only thing missing is a washing machine but we didn't really mind.
