the bed was comfy and the linen was clean. I also liked the location. It is very convenient to get to anywhere either on foot or by public transportation. The receptionist was very nice and she allowed us to prolong the checkout time for an hour. I saw these awesome reviews about the place having been freshly renovated but it is not completely true.

The restroom. It needs renovation badly. The restroom is quite spacious yet the shower box is very tiny. The tiles apparently were installed very long ago as there are many parts where the grout is missing completely. The ceramics is quite old too. Although it did not look dirty, you could see spots resembling mould.

The location was excellent, quiet but central and only 20 mins walk from Old Town. Once I'd worked out the tram system other parts of the city were also easily accessible... 5 or 10 mins walk from various tram stops. Breakfast was varied and there were lots of options from cereal & yoghurt to a cooked or continental style breakfast. Having scrambled eggs cooked fresh was a real bonus and there was always a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables available. Olina (breakfast room host) was warm, welcoming and generous. A great start to the day each morning.

Great hotel in the city center. Wonderful, kind staff. ❤️ Delicious breakfasts (buffet). Good mattresses and bed linen. There is good water pressure in the bathroom. Thank you for the good welcome, after a long journey it was exactly what I needed! Recommend, we will be back.

Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Close to train station, bus, and Krakow Galleria. The refrigerator was convenient, and getting a bottle of water every day was nice. Staff were friendly and informative. A nice breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge.

A little walk from the old town but right at the back door of the main station. All reception staff were very very friendly ( we have met 3 ), breakfast just amazing including the kindness of the staff. Room very clean and comfortable and warm ( end of december ). And the price was very very generous. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Good location, close to the railway station. Simple accomodation, but everything is work perfectly. Clean sanitary, windows close well. Reception lady was very kindness and helpful.

A wonderful little hotel. I stayed in it for the second time within two weeks. Both stays were perfect. The hotel is quiet in a good location. The beds were comfortable. The linen and the towels were perfect. The staff is competent and very friendly.

We stayed at Hotel IRIS on Topolowa 40 and were very happy with our experience. The hotel is located on a surprisingly quiet street, which was a nice surprise considering it’s right next to both the train station and the main bus terminal. The neighborhood itself is also beautiful and peaceful. It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the city center — perfect for those who love walking, though it might feel a bit far for those who don’t. We stayed on the 5th floor in a very spacious room that had everything we needed. The furniture was beautiful, the armchairs were cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The room included just the basics — two cups, two glasses, and two teaspoons — along with tea, coffee, and bottled water, which were replenished daily, and that was a really nice touch. There was also an electric kettle and a fridge. The bathroom was huge, and the room had air conditioning, which I imagine is essential in the summer — especially since our room was directly under the roof, and I know from experience that it can get quite hot up there. However, since we visited in spring when it was still a bit chilly, we didn’t need it. The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and very friendly. If I’m lucky enough to visit Kraków again, I would definitely stay here once more!

Clean and conveniently located near the main train station (Glowny). The staff are professional and nice.

Warmly welcome at check-in, pleasant location, near by city centre and shopping mall. Good place to park the car.
