We arrived late at night, so we picked up the keys from the locker. We stayed in the maissonette. Although the door had 2 lock, we only had one key, which only worked form outside, but we could only lock ourselves in with lock from inside as the other key lock was broken. we asked about it at the reception why we have only 1 key and that was the answer. The accommodation was quite nice, my teenage daughter loved the idea sleeping on the top floor. Her mattress was really comfortable, but the mattress on the other double bed was just too soft(I think it was just a foam), so I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Pillows were awful, but there were some spare ones, so we doubled them up. It was nice and warm there. We used the kitchen only on a small scale, but everything seems to be there. They forgot to tell us we need to plug the fridge in when we get in:-(. the bathroom was small, clean, but the sink wouldnt flash. I asked them to fix it, but it was the same when we left. The apartment was on the 5th floor, a good exercise, except the smell of cigarette smoke was too strong on the stairs, but I must say I couldnt smell it while inside our apartment. The apartment has a great position, 4-5min walk to train/bus station, which has a huge shopping centre. You can take train to Wielicka salt mines for 7 ZLN per person. We took a train to Airport as well, 2 adults, one way ticket 42ZLN, I think it took 25min. There are 2 small food shops near the appartment and tramway no 76 will take you to town. You can buy tickets on tramway, but you need cash - 4ZLN each. Our flight was in the evening, but we had to leave at 10am in the morning. We were told we can leave our backpacks in the reception

cigarette smell on the staircase, blocked sink in the bathroom, pillows, breakfast was delivered at 6.10am even though ordered for 8am

It was cosy, it was clean. Mattress on upstairs bit was comfy. Sofa beds good and easy to use. Fine for what we needed.

Receptionist was nowhere to be seen for the first 2 days of our stay & we saw them once within our 5 day stay. There was no towels even though in description it said there would be. There was 5 of us. No receptionist to ask so found a cleaner & got some off her. The pillows were really poor as inside was all broken down.

The room was a really good size, had a balcony, and the beds were great. The location was ideal, very close to old town, and right to central station. The bathroom and kitchen were without problems. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not much. The reception wasn't manned when we got there though they appeared shortly after and the alternate-tread stairs were unstable and could be a bit dangerous for older guests.

The location was good, we were around a 20 minute walk from old town which we didn’t mind. It was snowing at the time so maybe keep that in mind if you wanted to stay here. There are a lot of things close by which is good though like little cafe’s and the mall so we were happy with the location. The room was lovely and warm and the staff were really nice and helpful. We also liked the room layout and we had everything we needed.

The only thing I will say is that the room was mostly clean but there were bugs splatted on the ceiling and someone had written on the wall behind where the bed was. Apart from that everything else seemed alright and for the price you can’t really complain.

The location was perfect, could walk to the main square, shopping center, supermarkets and restaurants all near by, great apartment, very clean and very quiet.

nothing, we couldn’t fault anything after staying here for 5 days, everything was perfect and we will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Very nice apartment, cozy, clean, modern, good location. There's everything needed for cooking, towels. I was checking in after working hours, so personnel assisted me on the phone, which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying in!

The apartment was on the 4th floor, without an elevator, so I had to carry my baby, baggage and a stroller by stairs. But as I understood the absence of elevators is common for Krakow:) Also, there was no wifi in the apartment, and instructions sent beforehand re this were useless. And it would be nice to have some toiletries, at least mini versions of shampoo, shower gel, etc.

we stayed in the maisonette with two levels and the room was very spacious, clean, exactly like the pictures and had a balcony. receptionist was lovely and had our room available 2 hours early.

only thing is there is no lift so have to walk up flights of stairs with a suitcase but understandable.

Great location, clean and modern apartment with all the basics, lots of stairs to get up but good for the heart

Could do with a microwave not just hob, not super responsive to messages, apartment itself is no smoking but the rest of the apartment building smells very strongly of smoke from people smoking which isn’t pleasant every time you come and go. Also booked taxi transfer with the people from airport. On arrival was fine and taxi was waiting for me but at the end of my stay I wasn’t given confirmation that anyone would be coming or time estimate and no response when asking so ended up getting an Uber, but could have done with not needing to worry about that before my flight in the morning.

Apartment is located close to the railway station, which is convenient. Though there is not much space inside, it is nicely planned and has all the essentials.

Although the apartment is nice, some renovation would not hurt. It was located on 2nd floor, so mind if you have big luggage as there is no elevator.

The location was really nice in a spot, transportation to everywhere was very convenient. The room was clean and warm. There was no hot water problem in the bathroom. There was no problem at all, except that there was no elevator.
