My friends and I stayed at the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham for three nights while attending a nearby convention. Overall, the experience was fairly pleasant, with a few hiccups along the way. The room itself was cozy and nicely decorated, and we especially appreciated the comfortable beds—probably one of the highlights of our stay. That said, we did notice a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the room didn’t include a fridge, which made it a bit tricky to store drinks, snacks, or medicine. The air conditioning worked, though it was on the older side and took quite a while to cool the space. Cleanliness-wise, the room was in decent shape upon arrival. There was a noticeable smell at first, but once we aired it out by opening the window, it quickly disappeared and wasn’t an issue for the rest of the stay. On our last day—Sunday—we encountered a bit of confusion regarding check-out. When we checked in, we were told by staff that check-out would be at 1 p.m., so we planned around that. However, around noon, housekeeping entered briefly and then we received a call from reception saying check-out was actually at 11 a.m. Although we weren’t shown any check-out time on the keycard information, we understand that miscommunications can happen. The staff at the desk seemed a bit surprised by our claim, but we quickly gathered our things and checked out. After returning later to collect our bags, we were informed that the hotel had discovered some stains—a pillowcase and a small blue mark on the carpet. This came as a surprise, as we weren’t aware of any damage, nor did we have anything with us that might have caused it. We followed up with the hotel by email to clarify the situation, and they responded with an apology and assured us they would conduct an internal review to better understand what happened. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly, even provided us with a discount card for a restaurant close by. The room was ok, a little small, but we were there to sleep. Transport links were close by, tram and bus stop not too far from the hotel at all.

The size of the room, it felt a little cramped, but it worked for the 2 of us. The bathroom, the glass shower curtain/door was not suitable and the bathroom flooded easily. There could have been another way into the building that was on the same side as the public transport links, as we had to walk around the hotel to get in.

The room was impeccably clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Unlike most three-star hotels I've stayed at in other cities, this one provided complimentary welcome water, which delighted me and reminded me of the "omotenashi" (hospitality) found in luxury Japanese hotels. During my stay, I happened to coincide with teenagers on their graduation trip who were socializing and playing music both outside and in their rooms, which somewhat disrupted my experience. Despite this, I wouldn't give the hotel any negative feedback. If you plan to stay here, I'd recommend requesting a room away from any student groups to ensure a more peaceful stay.

A very good quality/price ratio hotel half was between the train station and the Tauron Arena. We stayed here for a night after a concert, and the price was a lot better than at the hotels closer to the Arena. The staff was nice and kind, room was clean and comfortable, and a free bottle of water was waiting for both of us. Fortunately it was not yet too hot outside and the air condition quickly made the inside temperature pleasant. Breakfast was great, there were enough tables to sit all the guests and selection/quality of the food was great too. I would return here next time too.

The two single beds were both quite narrow

The staff were all absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The gentleman in the car park was amazing, he reserved a space for us and was very polite in working around the language barrier. Staff in the hotel were attentive and friendly. The hotel had a lot of products to offer, the restaurant was pleasant and so was the lounge areas. Room was an above average hotel room. Lovely bathroom. Great WiFi.

The curtains didn't block out a lot of the light which woke us up at 7am. Minor issue.

The room was not very big, but very well designed. We easily found room for all our belongings. Very clean, very comfortable bed with new bedding. Quiet AC worked well. Easy access to public transportation.

Missed a mini fridge.

Really nice hotel. The room was clean and well prepared. The breakfast was even better than I expected. Since my trip was fully business related then the location for me was perfect.

There's no wardrobe in the room so for a stay longer than one night it could be problematic. In my room the heating did not work (trip in December) and it was a little cold.

We did like the hotel. The room size was enough for the two of us for what we needed, the breakfast selection was also good enough and fairly varied and we could reach the city centre in about 30 minutes on foot

The towels don't get changed every day, it's every other day, so we had dirty ones 2 days in a row The water provided at first was sparkling only in the room (I don't drink sparkling) Some of the quality of the breakfast foods were not great, but nothing to complain about really

The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is delicious, they do room service once each two days, but you can ask for clean towels when ever you need. Water and apples are provided at the lobby free of charge The location is near a bus and tram station which can transport you to everywhere in krakow

The room is considered small to stay for a long time. Our room did not have fridge, kettle or an iron.

Our stay here was very nice and pleasant. A positive surprise for us was an early check-in. The staff were nice. Our room was very cosy and warm (during our stay it was approx. -10°C outside); the beds were comfortable. Good price and quality ratio. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to explore all of the hotel facilities, which looked very nice. Maybe next time :)

There was not as much storage space in the room - but completely sufficient for a night or two. Otherwise everything was great and I would recommend it.
