Amazingly beautiful place with great staff and facilities! We loved our free upgrade to a suite, the delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant - thanks to Jan who served us- and the pool and gym were amazing! I loved the breakfast in the morning, especially someone who is Celiac, as there was enough for me to eat and gluten-free bread upon request. The hotel even provided us with a take-away breakfast on our last morning when we needed to leave before breakfast hours. They certainly delivered in many ways!

The problem with the gym and pool is that it gets too busy and there isn't anyone monitoring how long people are using machines or are in lanes. Plus, while the life guards are very kind and welcoming, other staff members around the pool (including a swim coach??) made swimming more difficult due to his rude attitude towards foreign people. There should be more spaces for hotel guests to truly enjoy the package they paid for and local people should understand that it is at a hotel and guests should come first.

Friendly staff, lovely, clean room. Really nice breakfast, with great choice of food and beverage. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna area. All nicely decorated for Christmas period. Complimentary instant coffee, teabags and bottled water. Some prompting on being green re towels and room cleaning - good to see.

a little issue with the toilet, which I reported and I'm sure it will be rectified There were packets of instant coffee and tea bags in the room but no milk I would like to see a shelf/somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.

I love the rooms and overall facilities , also it’s great to have spa even for overnight stay.

I’ve been here already 6 times and finally I stopped taking breakfasts because it has to be improved! There is a good selection of bread, salats and fruits , also the farmer corner is good BUT I can’t eat anything of warm selections it is either not tasty or burned. When I asked chef to make just 2 plain eggs - he did and those were completely brown instead of white , how do I give it to the child ? On 3 day stay my kid only eat bread and yogurt as there are no porridges available and warm selections already mentioned above ….

The staff were always very helpful. The extra facilities are great, the gym is really big and the heat treatment room and pool were also great. Location was within walking distance of the tram so you could get into the city for about 80p within 20 minutes. Taxis were also cheap so could get back late no problem.

The gym is a public gym so gets busy during peak times as normal, there was also swimming lessons going on in the evening. Bed was a little soft but this is just a preference. Also when we enquired about the airport shuttle bus we were told there wasn't one, they could just order us a taxi, staff were still really helpful. Overall a great stay.

Excellent staff service. Loved the location and food is beyond outstanding 👌 and delicious!!! Pool was crowed but still I enjoyed!

Pool always crowded

The property is quite unique, a hotel transformed from a previous vodka brewery. We liked the cleanliness and design, but missed areas for children to play. Maybe the skylight as well as the glasses hall between buildings could be turned into winter gardens to offer some nature to look at? It would be so nice to look at the lush Green from the lovely swimming pool on the ground floor. Also, next time we will ask for a fridge in the room as we travel with children and need to provide snacks for them, the mini bar was too warm to store food. The booking was a bit confusing about breakfast available but not included in the price. I would have added to the booking, had I known it was cheaper this way.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a great experience. The location is excellent – all the main attractions are within a 10-minute drive, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. There is also a wide variety of restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of dining options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The attention to detail and the high standards of hygiene were evident throughout my stay. The service at the reception desk was outstanding, particularly from Mr. Jakub Z. He is a true professional and a model for other receptionists at this hotel. He was efficient, quick in navigating the check-in and check-out system, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. In addition, he was always smiling and helpful.

I have nothing to report as everything at the hotel was of a high standard.

The absolute marvel is full size swimming pool, saunas, salt room. Location among new buildings - Fabryczna business park - all looked rather impressive. The building is in place of the former distillation factory. There are fragments of old installations in adjacent museum and restaurants. Very clean hotel and its surroundings. Although the hotel is a bit remote, it has very good connections by trams to city centre: tram stop 300 m. Trams 22,1,14 roughly every 5 minutes. Room very quiet.

Textile free sauna would benefit by introducing designated few hours weekly only for same gender or only for adults. Breakfast quality does not justify its high cost. This in tandem with relative remoteness of the hotel was the only real drawback, however small.
