Nice hotel outside of the city center. Has parking, bus and tram stops right in front and is overall conveniently located. The rooms are small but efficiently equipped, so that even a week long stay does not feel uncomfortable. The breakfast is good, with the standard variety of hot and cold dishes, juices, and coffee machine.

The storage space in the rooms is open and so you see all your stuff all the time. Also the rack for hanging clothes is limited. The hooks for your towels is next to the toilet. But given the space, it's understandable.

A comfortable standard double room. The room had everything we needed, with well-thought-out details, making it easy to settle in. I really liked the fact that the hotel avoids single-use waste, and you can make tea in the corridor or refill your water bottle. Standard breakfast with plenty of choice. It is very convenient that there is a café on the first floor of the hotel where you can sit, eat, or drink during the day or in the evening. The underground parking lot is quite large, spaces are not reserved, but when we arrived, we found a free space to park, the price is reasonable, and you can leave and return whenever you need to. Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent.

We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, and especially the wonderfully soft bed that allowed us to sleep perfectly.

However, there were some downsides. The breakfast selection was quite limited – we expected more variety for this price. Also, the pricing was confusing: we booked the room without breakfast for €170 through Booking, and upon arrival decided to add breakfast for two days for two people (€48 in total). Still, the final bill for two nights came to €290, which was much higher than expected. It was also disappointing that there was no option to log in to our own Netflix account, and the TV only offered Polish channels and sports. Since there were no other available accommodations nearby, we stayed, but overall the experience did not fully meet our expectations considering the price.

The beds were very comfortable – not too soft as beds in other hotels. Also, the hotel was nicely designed, new and the staff was nice. Regarding the hotel's location, there is a public transport right in front of the hotel so the connection to the historic city center was superb. There is no worry about the noise, when you close the window you can't hear a thing from outside.

There is nothing much that we didn't like, however thare is always a space for improvement. For instance – there were only two large towels and one floor (foot) towel for two people. Having additional 2 smaller towels for hands or face would be nice. If we were staying longer, I would probably ask the front dest if we could get extra towels. Also, the cleaning wasn't 100% – there were marks from spilled sweet drink under the night stand but nothing major and it is easy to overlook when cleaning. Otherwise the I found the room and the hotel clean.

Ibis is safe bet. You know what kind of rooms and facilities to expect, Staff is always welcoming, friendly and supportive. Everything works as it should so you don't need to think much. However, this particular Ibis hotel in Krakow exceeded my expectation in every single way. Everything was top notch, rooms and facilities were great, breakfast was above expectations, garage was extra value. Center of the town is 30min walk. Overall great value for money.

Really lovely sleek hotel, very nice lobby and breakfast area/restaurant. The breakfast was really lovely, lots of different foods and drinks and the atmosphere of the breakfast room was super nice. The room itself was great, very spacious and modern, very comfy bed and lovely furnishings and bathroom. Nice view out the window, too. No kettle in the room, but there was a nice communal tea/coffee machine in the lobby (picture attached) which offset this :)

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the city center- about 20 minutes (for me as a quick walker)- this didn't bother me personally, as I like walking (and the quickest route to town takes you past the Botanic Garden of the Jagiellonian University, which is gorgeous)- but this might be something for other visitors to consider if you're not a big walker/want to be more central.

It was not my first Ibis. I quite like them in Ukraine and in Poland. This one is one of the best! I had been to Ibis in France (Nice). It was terrible. The girls at the reception are amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked to keep my pills in the fridge, and they easily organised that. The girl at the restaurant shared with me the charger because I forgot at home, and couldn't use the phone. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and welcoming The hotel and particularly the lounge are very stylish and cosy. A lot of people go there in the evening for food and a nice conversation. The room is quiet and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable .I slept all night like baby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I will go there again soon!.

It's a bit too far away from the main square .

Easy to find, good location, parking was a bit much but the room price compensated, room was small but comfy and clean. Elevators were quick, run a good algorithm so we never waited long for one to come unlike other hotels we've experienced. Location was quiet and AC was working great.

Staff in the restaurant could use a training on how to look less annoyed when dealing with customers. a small fridge in the room would be nice too

Spotless room and bathroom, nice walk-in shower and under-floor heating in the bathroom. I loved the water stations in the hallways (you get a carafe in your room) The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Krakow train station, and there's a convenience store nearby.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast. Very basic, offering the cheapest products available, and awful coffee. The space in the lounge was relatively small for the number of guests -at least when I was there, and we all had to queue to the table where food was.

Hotel has a great location. We appreciated the garage, which was cheap and safe. Payment for parking was made with check-in, so we did not to wait for check out the next day. Hotel is near tram stop. We used tram to go to city center and to Tauron Arena. All of the rides were really short. Even though the Hotel halls are long and full of rooms, room was quiet and very clean with very comfortable beds. We loved the filtered water. Breakfast was delicious. There were many people at breakfast, but the staff was working very hard to fill everything. Thank you for nice stay.

I'd appreciate a kettle in the room, but the bar was open late at night and if it was necessary i believe they would be helpful. :-)
