Absolutely perfect location literally one step from the bus station. There is a lovely park nearby.Galeria Krakowska a shirt walking distance away. In spite of the many negative reviews I chose this hotel due to a very convenient location. I had to go to the airport early morning and there is Flux bus departing from bus station to the airport. Room was lovely for the price with a view of a beautiful courtyard. Big a comfy bathroom. You have to ask for haircdryer at the reception or can make tea near reception area. The only major drawback is steep stairs everywhere and no lift!!! I ashes for the ground floor while booking and I was given a room on the ground floor. I would not climb those stairs with a 20kg suitcase. All the rest was nice for me for the price.thank you.

The location was excellent - next to the train/bus station and close to the center of town. I only had a short time in Krakow and was still able to enjoy the Christmas market. The bed was among the most comfortable experienced in many years of travelling and staying in hotels. For information, I have been to Krakow several times before and visited all the major attractions and even a few lesser known ones. I did notice the pizza parlor bar and courtyard, something to keep in mind for next time.

Getting information about breakfast was a bit difficult. Maybe because there was a delay in the bus to Krakow, I could not find out that you have to order the night before. There was no problem getting breakfast the next morning at the train station next morning, so this comment should not be interpreted as disparaging the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The location is great - hardly 200 meters from the Main Krakov Railway Station and Bus station. Very comfortable. The room was very spacious for our 3 person bedroom - one kitchen and dining room and one large bedroom with 3 beds all was super comfortable. The Reception girl was very considerate in providing her personal coffee powder etc when the machine was not working. The water machine at the reception was a great thoughtful option. Pedastal Fans were provided as it was extremely hot during our stay in Aug.

The only negative was the soap for the shower was stinking and horrible to use. NO coffee options in the no room. No breakfast options in the hotel. No lift in the hotel. The road is right down with people walking all through the night with loud noise.

The reception girl was very friendly and provided her own coffee powder for my morning coffee. Location is great right in front of the Krakow Main Train Station and Bus Station - just 100 meters away.

Since the hotel and room were right in front of the Krakow Main Train station it was noisy all through the night. The room was extremly hot during my stay in August. Without a Pedestal Fan I would not have stayed in this room. Breakfast was very very minimal in a packet.

The hotel was as I expected. Nothing grand and a little expensive for what is offered. But...it is extremely close to the bus and train station (less than 5 minutes) so it's in a great location and is great for early travel. The staff is also quite good: professional and friendly and willing to help should you need it. The wifi is excellent and there is a little garden to sit in so you can enjoy the free coffee/tea provided. My room was basic but there was hot water, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There is also quite a nice park across the street and a shop on the corner. Big plus: easy access to the bus/train station. Would I stay here again? Yes....if I needed early access to the bus/train station.

I didn't like that there wasn't a place to hang my things. There were only a couple of hooks in the bathroom but...I survived without a closet/wardrobe. There was also no TV (I don't speak Polish so no problem) and they don't clean your room on a daily basis (also no problem for me). It might be nice to have a kettle in the room but not a huge problem since there is coffee/tea in the lobby.

Very good location next to the bus and train stations and super big room. There are microwave, fridge and kitchen table inside, which was unexpected bonus. Personal is very kind and friendly. Free luggage storage.

There is no AC. It was not a problem for us but might be a challenge in hot summer. The room is worn down, but the price corresponds - you get what you pay for.

The location is perfect! It took us only 5 minutes to come to the hotel from the main railway station. We liked the beds because they were very comfortable. We didn't have a TV in our room but we didn't need it at all:) The main things for us were hot water and cozy beds to sleep well to continue our traveling. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay :)

The hotel is situated very close to railway station and city centre. Rooms are isolated from city noise and contain everything which is needed. Bathroom and bed vere clean. Central heating was working well. Staff is friendly, helpdesk works 24/7.

There were some small dirty stains on the walls of bedroom. Electric outlets were situated in strange places. Breakfast was cold, sometimes breakfast was delivered even earlier from requested time. Breakfast didn’t contain hot coffee or tea.

It's a perfect place for an overnight stay if traveling by bus, as it's next to the main bus station. I had a comfort late night checking a slept well on a nice bed in a rather big room. If you have a longer stay there are more options in terms of value for money

It was not very quiet as my room on the ground floor, and some noisy drank people walking late at night on this street. But it wasn't that much of distraction overall

Well, there was a problem with the room I booked, that was not available any more, by mistake. So, even if it was really late, I choose not to stay for the night. My reservation did not include a refund option, but the super helpful front desk and manager Kateryna made sure to refund me.
