Great location and few blocks from the Main Market Square one way and the large city park the other way. It was easy to get an Uber or taxi to and from this location as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was good as well and the guy who runs the breakfast place is very friendly and helpful as well.

An elevator would have been nice. It’s not a tall hotel and they will assist with the luggage if you ask. So not a big problem.

Absolutely wonderful stay - we stayed here during our wedding week and had the most incredible time here. We booked out the two top apartments and for getting ready the morning of the wedding, and for staying during the week - the staff were super helpful and even gave us a free bottle of wine as a congratulations! The rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again and will always have happy memories of our special week here. The Blue apartment was our particular favourite! Very central location and super close to the old town, and tasty breakfast.

he hotel has an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Krakow's main square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and very clean, equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom was large and impeccably maintained, adding to the overall sense of comfort. The entire hotel exudes a warm and charming atmosphere, with every corner kept in pristine condition. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of international options, plentiful and delicious. A special mention goes to the exceptional hotel staff, particularly Alicja, who was wonderfully kind and provided me with invaluable local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodation makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Krakow

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.They organised a really nice packed breakfast/lunch for us when we had early starts before the normal breakfast time. The room was bright and spacious with comfortable beds,a large bathroom and AC. Lovely coffee in the restaurant! Only a few minutes walk from the Old Town so the location is great without the noise! Overall,it was a very nice stay and we would stay there again.

Plenty of hot water with good pressure, however the shower head wasn't high enough on the wall. No view to outside as the windows in our room were high up on the wall. There is no lift in the hotel for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was comfortable and clean, beds made every day and fresh bottles of water were placed in the room every day aswell. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very nice and helpful. The location is a 2 minute walk from the old town and only a 15 minute walk to the main train station.

It would have been even better if we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent location, it's hard to find anything this close to the historical center in this price range. Has the old-time style charm in the decor and furniture.

Ventilation in the 'small single room' is not optimal, this is apparent even in the cold season. The breakfast was fine, but the space in the breakfast room is very tight, difficult to avoid bumping into other guests, and at peak hours finding a table could be problematic.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and looked newly renovated, which made it feel comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The best part was the location—just a short walk to Krakow’s Old Town, yet surprisingly quiet at night.

The bed was a bit thin, but I still managed to sleep well. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Krakow!

My room was small but lovely, great shower, and very clean. Windows were high up but I knew that before I arrived, but was the only drawback as I couldn’t see out. I still really liked it tho, very comfy bed! Would definitely return!

Location was in old town, a couple of blocks away from Rynek Główny (the main square) and principal attractions in the historic center. Walking distance to the Castle, Vistula river, Jewish district and the dworzec autobusowy (central bus station crossing the park) Not a big variety for breakfast but was enough.

There is no lift/elevator. Anyway the girl in the main desk offered her help with the luggage. They didn’t have enough info of tours to visit Auschwitz, we had to wait to the staff attending in the morning to have more info, and change our itinerary visiting Auschwitz one day later. The staff was friendly anyway. The room was big but narrow and the bed was really close to the wall, we had to walk sideways to cross the bed and kicked our feet :( The height of the shower was halfway up my belly, so the only option was to bathe in the tube instead of taking a shower.

The building is lovely, lush carpets and exceptionally clean. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, which was very well lit also. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the main square, 15 mins from the castle and loads of restaurants and bars, both tourist type and local. Fabulous Italian restaurant with fine wines attached. Expensive but worth it.

I would not recommend the breakfast. Far better going elsewhere for a better quality, variety and cost. On the first day I was given a plate of lettuce, spoon of cream cheese and slimey stuff that I think was meant to be turkey or chicken. Second day, I wasn't even given that. To be fair, there were yoghurts, 3 cereals, but the scrambled eggs were either warm or near cold. Improve this and the score would be higher.
