The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They were all quite young but spoke excellent English and were always willing to make the extra effort to assist the customer.

My room, 201, was both right next to the elevator and the cleaning staff room. So starting from 7:00 guests would go to breakfast and the cleaning staff would get to work. The noise from either of these are enough to wake you up. The rooms have amazing soundproofing from outside, but very poor for inside noise. So please ask to avoid room 201 if you value your sleep.

Breakfast was good. It has cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, breads, cereals, juices, tea/coffee etc. Location was amazing very close to main square and walking distance to station. Room was spacious and well lit. Hotel has a lift and mini fridge and tea/ coffee/ kettle in room. In room AC was there. Staff was very helpful and sweet

Shower cubicle has a curtain and no door do u are constantly worried water wl spill out. Also pillows are too large and square. They are more like cushions rather than pillows. Other than that we had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel

We liked the location, close to the main railway station and also to the central Krakow area. The hotel was an older building, but well looked after. It had modern aspects not found in newer builds such as good WiFi, large 'smart TV', air conditioning, and sound deadening double glazing. Our room had a kettle, tea and coffee that could be replenished at reception. Nice sized bathroom with bath/shower. Quite a big room with comfy bed, plenty of storage and a safe.

The location being close to a night club and bars meant it was noisy, particularly at the weekend. Not the girls fault if course, and addressed to a degree by the double glazing.

Was always happy to stay there. - Spacious room with sufficient amenities and equipment Bath and shower are separated and 2 large basins are there. Bed is large enough for 2 people. - Location Absolutely fantastic.close to Krakow station within old town. You can even come back anytime while staying in the city. *The elevator goes to all floors, so effortlessly moving-in.

The shower head was a bit broken. Water came out to the opposite side through the crack.

Fantastic location overlooking a busy street in the heart of the old town which I liked. The manager was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was served in a beautiful quirky cellar and the food was excellent for me. I was happy with the price of £115.

I arrived at 2pm for check in to be told my room wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. Wasn’t happy as I wanted to change etc and I was only in Krakow for the night so was on a tight schedule. The manager got involved and I was in my room for 2.30 so problem solved. Another couple were told the same. Maybe there was a staff shortage on the day?

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – very central and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options. It was also great value for money.

The twin beds were very narrow, the mattress was too soft for my liking, and the pillows were quite large and soft, which may not suit everyone. The bathroom could also use a bit of refreshing.

What a great little find, just off the main square in old town. Very comfortable spacious rooms did not try breakfast but for what I could see it looked really good (I was travelling with a group of friends who were in other hotels so we ate out all the time). Even though it is near the centre of all the activities it was quiet at night. Five minutes walk from the main train station Glowny, and a massive shopping mall, the train station is one level down below the shopping mall. Very friendly staff, would definitely return to that hotel if I was revisiting Krakow

The breakfast is excelent! Very fresh foods, several alternatives and high quality foods. The location is just on the Old Downtown, excelent! It also near by the Central Train Station (~600m). We we gifted with an room up-grade, and got a very nice room, big size room, big size bed, several facilities as refrigerator, coffee machine + coffee capsules, tea machine + tea. The staff is very polite and always available to help.

The breakfast could start at 6:30AM or 7:00AM instead of 7:30AM.

Truly a fantastic location, easy walk to many major attractions in Krakow. Despite this the noise level was not a problem at night (I am a light sleeper). Air conditioner and WiFi worked fine, receptionists were kind and helpful with our luggage storage, the bathroom was super clean and the bed and pillow were comfortable. Overall a great experience!

It is an old building (obviously to be expected with the location) so a few things are fairly dated, most notably the elevator made me sort of nervous that it might suddenly stop working (but all was fine in the end).
