Location of the hotel is excellent, city is very walkable so you can easily go from the hotel to all the attractions by foot. Free parking in a garage is a great bonus, we didn't mind the distance from the hotel. The first night the receptionist helped us with the noise from the other room (kids playing on 11pm on the corridor). Bed was comfy and big enough. Good coffee for breakfast. Just by the hotel you can find a Žabka market.

Garage card is a problem. You don't get you own card, so you have to return it to the reception, because of the distance that is a big problem. We paid extra for breakfast but I'm not sure it was worth it. Fruits were not washed, there are no varieties of food, if you have a food allergy it's a problem to find something for breakfast. There is a lost of dust underneath the furniture.

Amazing location near the main square and within walking distance of the train station from where it's a 20 to 30 minute journey to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's a small hotel but breakfast buffets were ample and the rooms were fine for a short stay. Small but perfectly adequate.

We were on the top floor so had to climb 3 sets of stairs. However the staircase was original pre war and atmospheric. Some noise at night from revellers as the street is one of the main ones in the old town but if you take ear plugs it's fine.

It was a great hotel! Very friendly and professional staff, clean cleaned rooms and incredible location in the center of old town! Traveled by car and was provided a parking space.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was polite. Location is perfect. We had a yard view so it was not noisy from the streets. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not very various, but even our 3 years old child could find options to eat))

The room itself was clean, especially bathroom, which is very important for us. But it would be nice to clean under the beds from time to time, cause our child dropped a toy under the bed and it turned out it has not been cleaned for a very long time.

Breakfast was varied and was of a high quality - loved the fresh rolls and the chocolate marble cake! Easy to find, easy to check in and out, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff, especially the chap who checked us in and out, were all lovely. St. Florian's Gate greets you as you step out of the front door. Hotel was decorated nicely.

I didn't hear anything (I wear earplugs), but the room was noisy for my other half because she could hear the partygoers on the main street late into the night. Breakfast seating is a little limited for the popularity of the hotel, so it was quite busy and cramped, especially over the weekend. Very dusty under the beds! I dropped a coin and left it under there.

Exceptional location right in the old town. Clean, nice towels,good mattresses. Breakfast was really going although previous day we had to choose style-polish,continental etc. But this was only for their convenience. We could choose from quite a large collection.

1.Free parking is located 1km away in the resident building's garage. To get there took a bit of nerves. First we had to find hotel which is not accessible by car as street is pedestrian street. Then you take garage card from hotel and drive to park it. And by foot come back with your bags. 2. Noise from conditioner outside building came uncomfortable. 3. Furniture and decorations look used.

Breakfast was great (we did not do it justice as we were in a hurry)---everything was fine. Location was fine, close to rail and bus services. Within the old city walls.

The hotel is located within the old city walls and hotel like this and many within this location do not have lifts, it is simply impossible to have this facility. Lugging luggage is a small problem. But, help was offered by the staff. I have no complaints.

Location was convenient to Old Town and the train station. It was quiet at night despite being on a busy street. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was too large for the room, with only a foot of space between the bed and the wall; a lamp stuck out from the wall too, so you have to perform some strange contortions to get into bed.

Hotel was perfect location in the centre staff amazing food fabulous. Hotel arranged our transfers which where on time ... perfect They also arranged our day trips ... absolutely first class. Only fault ... No lift Only stairs so if you have mobility issues ask for a lower floor.

Friendly staff. Clean. Great breakfast.

No elevator and we were put on the 3rd floor. Being 73 and 76 years old, it was very difficult taking up our luggage, and generally, going up and down several times per day. And our room faced the street where loud revelry went on each night until 3 or 4 AM both nights.
