The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the central square. There are many places to eat and drink nearby. The breakfast is tasty and the coffee is very good compared to other Polish hotels. The staff is professional, polite and helpful. The parking spaces in the courtyard are great.

The room. It's like falling back in time a hundred years. The floor is creaky parquet, not maintained for decades. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a fan. But it's no use in summer time if you don't open the windows, and if you do so... you will "enjoy" the screaming of drunken gangs until about 2-3 am. Here's a suggestion - ask for a room with windows facing to the courtyard.

Location was perfect. Close to the main square and walking distance of the Castle and Jewish quarter. 20 minutes or so away being elderly I walk slowly. Many restaurants serving exquisite food nearby and lots of pretty shops too. Huge shopping mall within walking distance next to railway station which I arrived at from Krakow airport then took a Bolt to hotel. Total cost about 8 euro. I was lucky with the weather - it was chilly but dry. I was prepared with 'layers' of clothing but didn't need them all. I was there when 80 years celebration of liberation of Auschwitz took place and lucky to see King Charles as he visited the Jewish Community Centre. As I will be 80 years old this year this was sad but exciting too. A visit to the neaby Salt Mine is a must - tours are well organised.

That I didn't have the strength and ability to do more!!

The hotel was very central, 5 mins to the main square. The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent, a very good variety of food including eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, breads, ham, cheese, cakes etc and all of a high quality. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with kettles and tea and coffee and free bottles of water. The hotel was solid, traditional and well maintained. When my son went out early a couple of days a packed breakfast was made up for him and again it was excellent, lovely fresh filled rolls, croissants, fruit, juice, water, muesli bars etc. I would definitely recommend the Pollera.

There was nothing that I could fault.

Charming hotel located near the Krakow city center. Great location, very close to Rynek Glowny, walking distance to Wawel Royal Castle & Schindler's Factory. Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent, however if you are not a big breakfast eater then it is likely not worth the cost, but if you enjoy a big breakfast then it is definitely worth purchasing. The staff is outstanding, they are very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied! If we return to Krakow, we will absolutely stay at Hotel Pollera ... we will not even consider another hotel!

The two minor issues with the hotel were: 1) The shower is very small 2) If your room faces the street, you will obviously hear "street" noise during the night if your window is open. However, for us neither of these items were an issue. We are not "big" people and we are sound sleepers.

Pollera is ideally located in the old town Krakow. If is an older property that has been updated very systematically. It is located opposite a small square - great for people watching and nest door to the Duck shop. Our room was huge & one of the nicest we have stayed in for this grade of hotel. Staff were lovely & even made an effort to remember our names. Breakfast was also very nice with a good variety of everything. There was some noise from the street below none of which disturbed us In any way. The clip clop of the carriage horses was, in fact, very pleasant. They also have a beautiful stained glass window in keeping with the period of the building yet they had a lift! Krakow is a beautiful city. Pollera is a great place to stay & enjoy it. Thank you so much

There was absolutely nothing I can complain about

Everything! Great location, close to the train station and minutes away from the main square. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. The staff is amazing, so quick to reply to messages and extremely helpful. We arrived mid-morning and our room wasn’t ready so we left our bags, then an hour later we got a message saying our room was ready and we could check-in. We also booked trips through the front desk and it was super convenient and well organized. The room was very clean, newly renovated bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and a kettle with coffee/tea. Will definitely be back!

Nothing! All was perfect :)

We stayed for 4 nights Jan 2025. We arrived late but had a friendly welcome and staff have been lovely throughout our stay. The hotel is old but rooms are very clean and bathroom facilities are modern. Breakfast provides good choices every day and there is a nice outlook from the dining room on to the square opposite. The main square is less than 5 minutes walk away and the station and castle are also within easy walk We would be happy to stay here again and overall feel it offered excellent value for money.

Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the main square in the Old Town, but far enough away to not hear the noise. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. I had an early morning tour one day that left before breakfast started and they were kind enough to organise a take-away breakfast for me which was lovely! Breakfast food, very good and the room and hotel in general was meticulously clean.

The single accommodation room literally looks like a repurposed cupboard, once inside the room is a decent size, a couple of negatives, the curtains didn't fully cover the window, it was only the second night I worked out how to position them to ensure maximum privacy. The bathroom was very small, a vanity size basin with a shelf immediately above and a small shower.

In the heart of the beautiful old city, yet also nice and quiet. This is a historic hotel, established nearly 200 years ago. The bathrooms have been modernized very recently and are stunning, while the bedrooms retain their old-world Polish charm. The building's atmosphere is serene and timeless, with so much more character than a generic chain hotel. The breakfast is the most exquisite hotel breakfast I have ever encountered!! Excellent coffee machine and a huge variety of elegant dishes such as panna cotta with fruit toppings, pretty little cakes, as well as the usual croissants, fruit, and cooked hot options.

Nothing to complain about.
