The property was amazing, Location is perfect 5 minute walk to river cruise two minutes to castle and a pick up point for most of the excursions. A lovely walk through the park into the old town again only 10 minutes if that. The apartment was well equipped tea coffee and toiletries if required Wifi was brilliant and not that we turned TV on but Netflix etc available. Can highly recommend this property and would go back to it again in a heartbeat. I had to ask for additional door card as if I nipped to shops while wife getting ready you need the key for the power in apartment but also to leave you needed key to open gate, This was dropped off the same day and wasn’t a problem for the owner at all thanks 👍

Nothing it was perfect.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean – everything felt fresh and spotless. It was also well-equipped: there was an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic, right next to the castle and the old town. The entrance is through the gate on the left side of the building, coming from the park. You’ll need to call via WhatsApp to have the gate opened, and then you can collect the keys inside. The only thing we would suggest is adding a bit more coffee, especially considering the number of guests and length of stay. But overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend it!

Location and amenities were perfect and exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean and walkable to everything we wanted to do. My only real issue was how difficult it was to find the place and once we found it, it took a very long time to get ahold of someone to let us in, since there is no staff on site. Had to communicate through email while waiting in the cold. They never picked up the phone even after I waited on hold for 45 min or responded to text messages or WhatsApp.

Location was great, close to the main square but also close to Jewish District. Apartment is located in a beautiful park overlooking the Wawel Castle! Apartment was very clean and modern. The building was well kept and secure.

It would be nice if the kitchen had an oven. Would have preferred that instead of the dishwasher. At times, if we was in need of something such as towels, the helpline provided will either not answer or be busy! Eventually we would get the items we needed just, at times, can take some time to reach help!

Great location within walking distance to pretty much everything! Love the added extras of coffee and sugar being supplied and wash supplies in the bathroom

Check in needs improvement as was waiting outside the property for 10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered maybe a pin number lock for the entrance gate and door would be more suitable, also the property was clean but between the couch cushions was missed so alot of dirt and crumbs of other guests were between the couch cushions

We absolutely loved everything about the apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and stylish, you can find anything that you may need during your visit. We loved that it is right in a beautiful park just next to Wawel Castle. The lady that gave us the instractions for the check in was very helpful and when we needed to ask something about the house, the gentleman that we talked to, was very polite. The location is just perfect -you could walk and within ten to fifteen minutes you can be in the heart of the old town, or in Kazimierz. We hope that we will visit amazing Krakow soon and we will definitely choose to stay to WillaWawel again. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgetable.

I recently stayed at an apartment hotel in Krakow with my wife and daughter for 5 nights, and it felt like a home away from home. The hotel was impeccably clean, and they thoughtfully provided all the necessary appliances. The fully equipped kitchen was a delightful surprise, making our stay even more comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding location, which is incredibly close to the old city and Wawel castle. We could easily explore the historic charm of Krakow without any hassle. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made our visit truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Krakow. Amazing location and the apartament was beautifull. It was vèry clean also. Rally do recommend this place.

We had technical difficulties with air con and windows. Air con was set to heat windowns wouldnt open apartament was way to hot coming up to 27 degrees. When mentioned to staff this issue wasnt resolved unfortunately. Which was little disillusioned we really enjoyed our stay there apart from this issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the castle and the old town, which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment itself was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. The customer service was excellent as well, with quick responses to any questions or requests, usually within minutes. We highly recommend staying here!

I loved the appartement and it's location in the most charming and luxurious corner of Cracovie. Most of all the service at the LoftAffair is absolutely excellent, fantastic people with positive attitude ready to help. The place was very clean and well equipped. The rooms were very nicely decorated and of high quality. Definitely will come back again. I also recommend the location near Kanoniczna street and near the Wawel Castle. It is much more peaceful and absolutely stunning.
